BRAND NEW BEACH HOUSE

Nyinköpt strandhus. På övervåningen enhet, 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, välvda tak över hela huset. Bara några steg till stranden och bukten och mycket nära till shopping och restauranger. Två parkeringsplatser i tandem garage. Mycket stort master sovrum svit med stort master badrum.
Master har king size-säng, sovrum 2 har queen size-säng och sovrum 3 har full över fulla våningssängar. Dra ut drottningssoffa i vardagsrummet. Sprängmadrasser finns på begäran. Strandleksaker, strandstolar och boogiebrädor och surfbräda ingår.

Had an amazing weeklong stay. Wendy’s home is beautiful and in the perfect location. It has all the amenities you need and is very clean.Can’t wait to return for another stay!

Beautiful house in great location

We had the top floor. The house is beautiful, bright, & well decorated. Great location…short walk to the beach, coffee shop, restaurants & short drive to the grocery store. Check in was easy & garage parking was tight but doable. Would totally stay there again!

Weekend wedding

Stayed the weekend with friends for a wedding! Very clean, great walkable location, abundance of blankets and pillows, and easiest check out process I’ve ever had. Would recommend.

Holiday in Newport

Great Location & well stocked home. Beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed a nice short walk to the pier. Excellent communication with host. She was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Convenient location

Very close to ocean but not too close to be in the partying mix. We walked to restaurants, Starbucks and grocery store, 10+ blocks or so but beautiful neighborhoods and safe. The house is darling and very clean.

Birthday get a way

Friends wanted to stay for a 3 day weekend when visiting from Texas. I found the most incredible, newly remodeled Newport beach home to rent for our party. This home was perfect

Beautiful home in a great location

This lovely 3-bedroom house was perfect for our family beach getaway. The home is just a short walk to the beach and was well stocked, very clean, with comfortable beds. There's plenty of room to relax and eat together after a fun day at the beach.

We recently stayed at this property and overall had a comfortable experience. The price was very fair for the area, and the unit was clean and well-kept. That said, I want to highlight a few things that future renters should be aware of.First, I missed that this is an upstairs unit, so if stairs are an issue, it’s something to keep in mind. Also, it’s very important to accurately indicate how many people will be staying at the property when booking.Lastly, this is not the kind of place you’ll want to use for any sort of gathering or to invite guests over, even if they aren’t spending the night. I received a message from the property manager warning that any extra people at the home could violate a city ordinance and would be reported. So while it’s great for a quiet stay, it’s definitely not ideal if you’re hoping to host friends or use it as a hangout spot.Just want to help others book with clear expectations. Thanks again for the stay!

Great getaway

This how was amazing. Plenty of room for 8 people. Pull out couch was comfortable the bunkbeds the kids loved. The other two rooms were very nice and had plenty of room. There was more than enough kitchen supplies. The property manager was very nice and replied back quickly even before we checked in to any questions that I had. It is close to the beach came with all the stuff you need for the beach as well chairs sand toys and boogie boards. Thought parking wasn’t going to be the best but I had a suv and there was a truck in the other spot and still had a decent amount of room. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about my stay.

Light & Bright

This house is light, bright and beautifully appointed. Love the soaring ceilings and skylights. The beds are comfortable. There is a small deck off the living room and another off the master bedroom. The beach, boardwalk and restaurants are all within walking distance. We rented bikes on 20th street. Highly recommend!

Nicely located and well appointed clean 3 bedroom 2 bath upper unit. One small parking space in a shared garage is difficult to maneuver in and out of with beach chairs, etc. Overall, enjoyed the beach lifestyle!

The perfect beach getaway!

I stayed here with 5 girlfriends over the weekend and the property was perfect - such a cute and nice location that is less than a 5 minute walk from the beach and close to lots of restaurants. This is the upper unit of a duplex but it felt very private from the tenants below us. The place was beautiful and spotless and had everything we needed to make meals together and have a great time - the only thing that was missing was filtered water, so make sure to bring your own! Thanks for a great stay, Wendy :)
