SUNSETTER, ligger 2 minuters promenad från stranden och centrum av Avila Beach. Lägenheten ligger i är en av de bästa gated community platser - Ocean 17. Inträde hemmet, på gatunivå, finns en stor jr svit (queen size-säng + tvilling / sovande stol) med öppen spis, TV, klädkammare och eget badrum. Också på gatunivå är 2 garage och full storlek tvättstuga. Upp ett trappa är det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet med öppen spis, gourmet kök med rostfritt stål Viking apparater, frukost bar och master svit.

Från köket är panoramautsikt över bergen med balkong. Den främre balkongen har en propan BBQ, och plats för 2. Den främre balkongen är belägen utanför köket vilket gör det bekvämt för måltidsberedning och servering. Strax utanför vardagsrummet finns en annan balkong med en spiraltrappa som leder till ett rymligt takterrass med utsikt över bergen och havsutsikten. Taket är perfekt för lounging eller underhållning. Grillplatsen har ett inbyggt minikylskåp, gasgrill.

SUNSETTER är en hörn i komplexet, när byggarens privata enhet har så många extra detaljer och bekvämligheter. En 2 minuters promenad till stranden, och lätt promenad till Avila Beach Golf Course och Bob Jones cykling och vandringsled.

This was our second time staying in Ocean 17. We love the condo and rooftop deck, all balconies, kitchen, bedrooms, baths, thoughtfully appointed. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday this weekend and had everything we need for a birthday dinner. There was a power outage on Sunday, so we were not able to turn on the dishwasher upon check-out. There was 1 broken beach chair out of the 5 (we had brought a few of our own so we were OK), and we accidentally took the frisbee with us but returned it the same day and left it hidden behind a bush by the front door. Thanks, and would love to stay again!

Great for young kids!

This is a great place!!!

The condo is in a great location (Very close to the beach and the town but not noisy) and we could hear the ocean while we were falling asleep which is wonderful!!! We had a pretty good view of the ocean too from the living room, the master bedroom, the rooftop deck (which we loved) and the deck off the living room. Everything was in good order and super clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We’d go back in a heartbeat!!

Needs a deep clean

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for two days. Power was out most of the day due to a city outage. When power came on the smoke alarms beeped for 24 hours. Chirping every few hours. The master sink would not drain , and i called to see if I could have a late check out and was rudely told no cleaners will be there in 15 min . In which they were not there until 4 hours later as we were still visiting friends. The automatic gate near the garage opens whenpulling into the garage nearly hitting the car twice. Gate needs a pad on it in case it does bounce off the car and should be painted a bright color so you can see it coming at you in the dark. And the garage does not park two cars just one . Too small bc of the cabinet that is standing in the left side of the garage. Other than that, the condo is beautiful inside and is decorated nicely.

Both bedrooms were the same size which was nice. Plenty of amenities provided too. A bit tough to remember all the access codes and tough maneuvering entering/exiting garage due to unit being on end. Very tight squeeze for 2 cars. Overall I would recommend this property. Management was excellent at communicating.

Five days in Avila at the Sunsetter

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very well stocked with all that we needed. Access to the beach and the stores is very convenient and close. The only problem we was access into and out of the garage for the second car. The entrance is very close to the gate and there were trash cans obstructing the entrance to the garage. There were a few minor repairs I needed while we were there. They were handled within a very short time by maintenance.

A Pleasant stay

Location is perfection. We loved having two master bedrooms with attached baths. The main living area was great for relaxing after a day in the sun. The kitchen was well organized and amazing. Being able to easily walk from the house to the beach was so nice. Also the short (less than a block walk ) to Front St. with all the shops and eatery is an added plus. Our stay was quite pleasant.

Great stay!

Quality property in Avila. Responsive management as well - the washing machine did not work and, while repairs were quickly underway, the management team took our laundry offsite, washed it, and returned it folded neatly. We will be back!

Wonderful Get-A-Way

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful little get-a-way weekend at our stay at Sunsetter in Avila Beach. The views from the home are wonderful. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen, BBQ and played cards on the upper deck. In the morning we'd wake up and take the 1 minute walk down to Kraken Coffee which was excellent. Our host Terri was excellent and extremely responsive. A very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Spring break

We were there for spring break and for our son to tour Cal Poly. The property was just as advertised. It was a great location and in good shape. The property management was easy to reach and communicate with. The washer wasn’t working, and we had packed just enough to wash during our stay. This was inconvenient but they did offer to wash for us and did a good job. We would definitely rent this property again!
