Denna helrenoverade och oklanderligt inredda sommarutflykt med välvda tak, glidande glasdörrar och balkonger belägna på en halv hektar mark intill ett naturreservat. För miljöanpassade gäster - vårt hem el kompletteras med solpaneler.

Vårt hem är en 2900 kvadratmeter, två nivå öppen konceptdesign och oklanderligt utrustade utrymme med 4 sovrum, 3 badrum.

Det rymliga och eleganta sovrummet (på första våningen) har en queen size-säng, skjutdörrar som öppnar upp till en balkong utrustad med 4 Adirondack stolar perfekt för att njuta av ditt morgonkaffe eller kvällscocktail. Balkongen har utsikt över bakgården och hade enkel tillgång till en helt ny 18 "x 40" inbyggd pool. Det har också eget badrum. Sovrum nummer 2 (första våningen) har en queen size-säng, stor garderob och vackert utformade plantage fönsterluckor. Sovrum nummer 3 (första våningen) har 2 enkelsängar och wainscoting som ger dig en stuga som känsla. Sovrum nummer 4 är mycket rymlig (lägre nivå) och privat rum med 2 enkelsängar för dem som gillar lite mer integritet. Bara några steg från den nedre planen bluestone uteplats där du hittar teak lounger, jacuzzi, matbord (6) och inbyggd grill.

På första våningen finns ett öppet och ljust rymligt fullt renoverat kök, välvt tak, matplats och vardagsrum med öppen spis. Det finns också en balkong utanför köket som är perfekt för middag och underhållande utomhus. Detta utrymme har ett distressed färdigt parsonsbord med plats för 6.

På den expansiva nedre våningen finns en våt bar och stort nöjesrum, stort sovrum och badrum. Det finns också direkt tillgång till en privat och vackert anlagd bakgård där du hittar en stor uteplats för uteservering / lounging, inbyggd grill, 6 personer badtunna och en 18 x 40 inbyggd pool. Fastigheten gränsar till East Hampton Nature Preserve där du hittar några av Hamptons vackraste spår. Bara några minuter från den mycket populära byn Sag Harbor och dess många restauranger, affärer, konstgallerier, stränder och marinor. Snabb promenad till Havens Beach.

Very nice quiet property

Super responsive host. Very nice home in very quiet location. Lots of areas to sit back and visit. The backyard is large and very nice. Plenty of seating and a great pool!

Sag Harbor Weekend Getaway

The house is lovely— great location, incredible backyard, very communicative and available for anything we needed throughout the stay. We had a relaxing and fun long weekend. Would definitely stay again!

Very close to the city center, incredibly quite and beautiful neighborhood, great area for outdoor living and big pool, and huge indoor family areas. Definitely would stay there again.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay. Pam our host was so easy to communicate with and helpful with all of our questions. the house was beautiful, immaculate, appears brand new, well maintained. Has everything we could need. The hot tub is amazing as is the large pool and beautiful private yard. The drive into town is about 5 minutes which is very convenient. The beds, pillows, towels were all excellent quality. Would strongly recommend!

Lovely getaway

We came with our 2 young children - we had a wonderful time. We loved how accessible the backyard is from the house. We loved using the pool, hot tub, and eating outside. The kitchen was well equipped and all in all we had a great time.

Moms getaway

The house was perfect! 7 minutes from downtown Sag Harbor with a secluded and beautiful backyard with pool and hot tub. The house is exactly as seen in photos. There are a few noodles and pool floats in the shed to use (we left two as well). We had everything we needed for a group of 8 30+ moms wanting to relax and celebrate an engagement.

Perfect getaway!

We spent a wonderful and relaxing long weekend at Sag Harbor Getaway, celebrating a 70th birthday. The house was beautiful and comfortable, and we (5 sisters and a brother) enjoyed every minute, cooking meals, reminiscing and unwinding. Pam was very accessible and accommodating, answering all of our inquiries immediately. We highly recommend staying at this fabulous getaway!

Beautiful property in Sag Harbor!

Beautiful property! The description was accurate in every way. The interior was welcoming, modern, and contained every amenity you'd want/need. The backyard - pool and hot tub and privacy lanscaping - made it truly your own sanctuary! Just a few minutes drive to town for shopping and to enjoy the marina/water, and terrific restaurants. Pamela, the property owner, was professional, thoughtful, and made you feel as though it truly was your home during the stay! A lot of value for the price point - we would definitely stay there again!!

Great house in great location

The house was a perfect stay for our family. It was clean and well kept with all the necessities. The pool, bbq, and jacuzzi was a great touch for a relaxing weekend. The house is situated within a short driving distance to Sag Harbor, East Hampton and other towns which made our experience even more enjoyable. Communication with Pamela and Patrick was very easy. They checked to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this house and we can't wait to return.

Peaceful Hamptons Getaway

This property was in a lovely quiet neighborhood just minutes from Sag Harbor. The house was perfect for our family and exactly as the listing described. Pamela was an excellent host and was very prompt with any questions we had. The backyard was such a tranquil setting after busy days out. I’d highly recommend this property and Sag Harbor is a great base for exploring the Hamptons. grocery stores, liquor, restaurants, bike rentals and wineries all in close proximity. Thank you Pam!

A+ Location & Pool Area!

My family (7 adults/1 toddler) stayed at this lovely home for a week mid-July. We had a great time at the house, which was only a few minutes drive to Sag Harbor. The best part of the house is certainly the pool and backyard area. It is spectacularly landscaped and the pool is divine. The entire area, from the grill/patio, to the floats and chairs and umbrellas is perfect for spending the entire day outside soaking up the sun and swimming in the cool water. The kitchen and family room is also a standout with plenty of space and seating. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook full meals. And the couches are comfortable and adequately seated all of us. Pam, the owner, is incredible with communication and assistance. Any issues or questions were answered expediently and we appreciated how considerate she was to ensuring our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as it could be. All in all, this home really offered what we needed at this time as our family continues to grow!

Beautiful Home

This Sag Harbor rental was beautiful, well appointed and very clean! I actually think that it looks even better in person than online. Pam was a wonderful host and readily available to answer any questions. The home has everything you could possibly need! It is obvious that Pam puts great care into the home and does her absolute best to make her guests feel as comfortable as possible. It is in a great location where you feel secluded, yet you can easily go anywhere you would like to visit in the surrounding area. This was our first trip to The Hamptons and we cannot wait to return!! We traveled with our two boys ages 9 & 11, the boys 2 grandparents and uncle. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Can easily all gather together for a movie night or find a quiet place to curl up with a good book. Thank you Pam!

November weekend getaway

My friends and I stayed at Pam's property for a weekend and had a great time and everything was as advertised. The house was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was terrific and definitely a highlight of the property. Communication with Pam was easy and she was very responsive. We would love to go back in the summer time.

Perfect for a girls' weekend

My girlfriends and I had an amazing and relaxing long weekend at Sag Harbor Getaway. Pam was very easy to get in touch with for help when we had a slight hiccup with check-in. The great room was the perfect hangout space - comfy couches, and a huge kitchen island. The house was stocked with everything we needed; everything was clean and looked just like the photos. My friends kept commenting on how great the yard was, and so nicely landscaped! The neighborhood was quiet and only a short walk or drive into town. Checkout was simple and straightforward. We only wish we'd stayed longer - hope to stay again soon!

We had an outstanding week. The house was fantastic! The pool and hot tube even better. Pam was absolutely fantastic. Checked in with us a few times and could not have been more pleasant and responsive. Highly recommended!!

Clean, comfortable with great amenities

My family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pam’s home. It’s is beautifully decorated and spotless. It was also extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in this very tranquil location.
