We absolutely loved our stay ! Sooo close to the beach , the views were incredible. Short walk to pier and anywhere else. Comfy beds and wonderfully stocked kitchen. Will definitely stay again!

Anniversary Trip

Had a great time and would definitely come back. Only suggestion would be better blinds. Room was pretty bright from lights outside but not a super big deal. Thank you very much for allowing our fur babies in your beautiful home. Hope everyone continues to respect it and take care of it so we can return.

Wonderful Pismo Stay

Found this lovely condo and rented for 3 nights. It was perfect tor two couples. The condo is very well appointed. Close walk to everything you’d want to do in Pismo! We will definitely stay again! Had one small question uponthe owner got back to me right away.

Beachfront respite

We three adults and one dog enjoyed our 5-night stay here. We loved watching the morning surfers from the comfortable and inviting living room. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening after watching beautiful sunsets. The kitchen had everything we needed for eating in. The heated floor in the master bath was a pleasant surprise. We were thrilled to have a garage AND elevator available to us. Getting around Pismo Beach on foot is easy. The pier and many restaurant are nearby.We appreciated the quick response we got when the coffee maker leaked. It was promptly replaced. We also appreciated the ease with which we could access WiFi. The welcome letter from the owner prior to our arrival was welcoming and helpful. Thank you for not overwhelming us with house rules; we have rented many times and found endless house rules off-putting. One suggestion - also mentioned in other reviews - to provide blackout window covering in the bedrooms. Reinforcing the sliders in the bedrooms may also help minimize the sounds from the outside. Many thanks for the owners’ hospitality and a lovely respite from freezing temps on the East Coast.

Pismo beach beauty

The location is amazing! You can walk everywhere in town from here. You are right on the boardwalk and close to the pier.The sliding door in the second bedroom has a gap and allows cold air, and noise in. So happy to see a fireplace, but it was not working properly so we couldn’t use it. The carpeting needs cleaning as It is very stained. The view is absolutely amazing up and down the beach and you are right in the heart of where the surfers are.

Superbly located townhouse with ocean views

Very nice townhome with well appointed kitchen, We stayed 3 nights and so we basically unpacked. We appreciated the storage space for our out of suitcase items.

Lovely place! My husband and two grandsons 6 & 9 years old all agreed this was our happy place!

This condominium is located close to the beach and walking distance from many restaurants downtown. We loved having a garage to park our car and a safe and very friendly neighborhood. We never used the elevator because it required a key but this certainly adds to the safety features. We hope to be back next year for a week or two👍

Awesome Oceanfront Condo!

My husband and I, along with our pups, thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Oceanfront Condominium! The condo is just as described and shown in the listing. The garage was a real plus as was the proximity to shopping and various eateries. If I’m going to travel from the mountains to the ocean I want to be able to see it and I was able to relax and enjoy the view. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Location

Perfect condo for beach getaway. Great views and easy access to the beach. Beach also allows dogs on leash which was great for us. Condo is appointed nicely with everything you would need.

Post Christmas Respite

This was a great find. We were right on the ocean with beautiful views in a spacious condo. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We had a great 2 nights there. A few comments, 5PM is a LATE checkin for the price. Most others are 3 or 4. Also, the property is at a parking lot with lots of night lighting. The curtains should be blackout because it was too light in the rooms. Lastly, I would correct the posting. It reads like there are 2 beds in each room. We knew otherwise from the pics, but it threw us off a bit. All in all, a GREAT spot!
