Admiral Benbow. Söt stuga bara fyra hus från en strand som har fått namnet en av endast fyra "superstjärnstränder" i landet. På mycket med två liknande stugor, undangömt från gatan i en liten privat trädgård. Ljus och ljus med kustinredning. Trägolv, matta, nytt kök och badkar. Stort privat däck och / eller uteplats med vackra utemöbler och grill. En dubbelsäng och två enkelsängar. Parkering utanför gatan för en bil i delad uppfart.

Gå till allt i stan - restauranger, kafé i närheten, barer, stadspark, shopping, underhållning - eller ta den lokala friluft "Jolly Trolley" i slutet av gatan för en snabb tur till Rehoboth Boardwalk. Vagnen kör varje 20 minut från 8 till 1 am dagligen.

UTHYRNING VECKA ENDAST 1 JUNI 1 SEPTEMBER. Under sommarmånaderna finns inga helguthyrningar. Men andra arrangemang möjligt september till maj. Uthyrning är lördag till lördag. Incheckning kl. 15, utcheckning kl. 10. Hyresgäster tar med lakan, handdukar och pappersprodukter. 400 $ deposition krävs med hyra. Halv betalning beror på fyra dagar från mottagandet av hyresavtalet, restbeloppet förfaller 30 dagar före hyra.

The house was nice and clean. The host was easily reachable and very friendly. At the end of the driveway, I could see the sun rising on the beach. Very cute cottage, we took our dog and had a wonderful time. We would definitely rent from Melanie again and recommend her as a host.

Cute little beach house 100 steps from the beach! Having the beach be such a short walk was so great. Made it so easy to carry stuff and go back and forth as needed. The house itself was great - clean and comfortable. Would definitely return!

We loved our stay here - great location (half block from the beach) with parking included, a nice front patio area with a grill and a clean and comfortable place to relax at after a day at the beach. Also so grateful it was dog-friendly!

Wonderful stay

We have a wonderful stay at Melanie’s cottage. It was a short walk to the beach and it had everything we needed for our stay. It was super cozy and we loved that we could bring our dog. He had a blast at the beach and loved the small front yard. We are already planning our trip to Dewey for next year and we hope to stay here!

Great for young families

We had a great time staying here over Labor Day weekend! We have twin 12 month old babies, and this place was perfect for our little family. It is extremely close to the beach- only 3 houses away. It is also close to numerous restaurants and coffee and ice cream shops. The cottage is exactly as described, and check in and check out was a breeze. We will definitely be coming here again for our next beach trip!

Highly Recommended!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Four Houses. The place was very clean, and location is perfect for enjoying Dewey Beach. We enjoyed the front deck and how it was set back from the street. The mini garden adds a nice touch to the location. Melanie was very kind and prompt in responding to our questions. Overall, a relaxing long weekend - we will definitely return - hopefully soon!

Lovely spot!

It’s truly rare to find a shaded, private outdoor space and be so close to the beach and restaurants in Dewey. And dog friendly! The cottage was just perfect for my family of four and 2 standard poodles. Parking is easy and you don’t have to carry your far, or up steps like you do in many condos. Quiet, despite being very close to the main strip of bars and restaurants. My older son loved going to the miniature golf place just a few steps away at the end of our street. We had one problem with the unit during our stay and the owner was very responsive and fixed the issue right away. If you haven’t been to Dewey, it’s casual and walkable/bikeable. We bring our bikes and take them everywhere. Most importantly, dogs are permitted in the summer except 10-5.

Very nice place

Very nice place. Small, but big enough for my wife and I and our dog. Kitchen has everything you need, beds and couch are very comfortable. Quiet street, but close to everything Dewey has to offer.

Perfect spot for beach lovers!

This cute, clean cottage had all the amenities needed for a great beach vacation! The outside deck was great for morning coffee and an evening cocktail! And the neighbors were lovely also! Parking was never an issue. The walk to the beach and restaurants was so convenient! Our family of 3 would definitely stay here again! Melanie was a wonderful hostess!!

Dewey Beach Cottage

A little beach cottage with so much to offer! Our favorite parts of this cottage were the location, comfortable deck area with lots of seating, being pet friendly, washer/dryer, and privacy of being off street.

Excellent location (4 houses from beach). Clean and we'll stocked. Quiet. Beds comfortable. Living room furniture needs upgrade ( sofa uncomfortable). Good for 2 or 3 people and pets.

Highly recommended

Very cute, comfortable cottage in a perfect location. It was well equipped and perfectly match the description as advertised. The situation with the parking was not a problem at all and the extra parking pass worked out well. I would definitely stay there again. Also, great communication with the owner.
