Denna charmiga stuga, perfekt för en romantisk semester eller en semester med familjen, ligger på en lugn cul-de-sac bara några steg från 26th Avenue och Moran Lake stränder. Beachbreak Bungalow är en underbar tillflyktsort för din semester i Santa Cruz.

Moran Lake Beach & 26th Avenue Beach är en två minuters promenad ner en lugn naturstig, längs en vacker lund av eukalyptusträd - den perfekta platsen för dem som söker tröst på ett stort stenblock, pelikaner och kraschar vågor, familje tid att bygga sandslott, simma i vågorna, eller en vacker solnedgång promenad.

Hemmet har 3 sovrum och 1 badrum, med en queen size-säng i master, en dubbelsäng i 2: a sovrummet och en dubbel futon säng i det tredje sovrummet. Badrummet har en dusch med ett stort badkar. Det finns också en utomhusdusch med varmvatten - perfekt för att skölja av efter en tur till stranden, och barnen alltid älskar det!

Den stora, vackert lanscaped bakgård är underbart för en avkopplande familj BBQ där du kan umgås med familj och vänner eller bara slappna av och lyssna till ljudet av vågorna. Huset är obefläckat ren och väl inredda med allt du behöver när du vill komma bort från allt.

Downtown Capitola med sin livliga restauranger strandnära och shopping är en kort 5 minuters bilresa som är Santa Cruz Harbor med dess många båtliv aktiviteter. Detta den perfekta central plats för din resa till Santa Cruz!

This house had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. It has all the essentials, and the fact it's pet friendly is a plus. My labradoodle and my three year old loved spending time in the beautiful backyard, and I got to kick back and relax. The house is super close to the beach! We will definitely be staying here again, I highly recommend it.

This is a lovely little bungalow minutes away from a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Check in was easy and we had no problems getting into the house. The backyard was a wonderful place to sit and have morning beverages and it was a perfect space for our little pooch.

Very nice, comfortable, well organized and maintained house, beautiful and spacious fenced backyard, 4 minutes to the Moran Lake ocean beach ( just ignore Google maps recommendations about walking to the beach - it gives you 12 minutes walk through the streets while real route is 4 minutes in the opposite direction through Moran lake trail). Quiet and friendly place.

What a refreshing retreat! We were there for a work trip, but it felt like vacation. As a typical bedding snob, I was thrilled with the selection and quality of the sleeping accommodations. Usually, I regret not bringing my own bedding, but this was on point with down comforters and decent pillows. We loved walking the trail to the beach and were thrilled to see so many monarch butterflies. Amy and Dave were wonderful hosts!

Family getaway

My family and I had a wonderful stay and thought the property was beautiful and just what we needed! The bathroom is small and a little tight for our family of 5, but was expected from reading other reviews. Great communication and would love to come stay again.

Sweet cottage

We opted for this sweet cottage because it allowed pups and had minimal stairs - which we needed for my elderly grandfather. It was a cozy place to stay, and the beach nearby was also perfect.

We had a great time, the home is cute, clean and the back yard is really nice. The back fenced yard has grass trees and shade with a nice path to the beach right outside, perfect for our small dog. If you are a beach person this is home is in the best area of SC, we would definitely stay again. Thank you Amy!

Dog Friendly Cottage in Santa Cruz

This cottage was absolutely wonderful. It is very charming and an easy walk to the beach. It was great to able to bring our Border Collie on our family vacation. Amy was very easy to work and was a terrific hostess. We loved our vacation and would definately come back here. Bob Branson

Perfect escape to the coast

Perfect home for a family getaway

Absolutely beautiful home, lovely outdoor garden, perfectly located for your family vacation. The hosts have thought of EVERY little detail to make your stay in their home very comfortable including towels, wet suits, nice hangers (and plenty of them in every closet), comfy throw blankets, access to laundry , etc etc. This place is an absolute gem!

Great little beach house

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dog Friendly Cottage near Pleasure Point. We had a lovely time as a family. The house was very clean, the backyard is big and beautiful and the house was very close to the beach! We would be interested in staying again in the future. :)
