We had a fabulous weekend in Santa Cruz! The house was spotless and had lots of amenities in the kitchen, We enjoyed the hot tub too. Cathy was very easy to work with and super responsive to any communication. Great stay!

Great stay, clean and comfortable. Lovely hammock, hot tub, grill and yard. Owners live in house behind rental on property with privacy fence between.

This was one of the most beautiful homes that I've stayed in. Cathy was an amazing communicator, gracious host, and made it a very memorable vacation. Her property is a few blocks from the beach, walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and just an overall magical place to be.

This was a perfect house for a family with small children. The outdoor shower and hot tub were unbeatable after a long day at the beach. Quiet neighborhood, sand toys for the kids, as well as kid toys available in the house. The host was an excellent communicator, with a smooth check in and check out process. I would love to come back with my family.

The Kitchen had all we needed. Hot Tub was a fun addition! The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. The Yard and Household deco brought a fun treasure to look at every time you took a turn! Super restful and peaceful. Noticed some water pipes running during the night, being an older home with older gals...HA!

Our stay here was wonderful. The house was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very communicative, made check in very year, and sent helpful suggestions on what to do. The location is great, easy to step out the door in the morning and walk to the beach or along the coast. The grill worked well, the backyard patio was very nice, the hot tub was great. It was perfect. We'll be back!

This place is just wonderful. The hosts are amazing and lovely and took good care of us. The house is beautifully decorated and you just feel like home. It is located 5 minutes from the beach and I would come back any time.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! So comfy, bright and sunny with all the windows. Comfy couch, king bed, and well stocked kitchen. Plus only a 3 minute walk to the ocean! We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time to stay, and we loved it once again! The house is in a perfect location to the beach, very quick walk. Also a short drive to the boardwalk. The home is clean and bright and open and fit our family. We will be back.

My family and I had a great experience staying in Cathy and Andre's home. The home was clean and quiet, with an impressive display of indoor/outdoor plants, and an assortment of local bird species that seemed to be enjoying the outdoor feeder and yard. We'd definitely book again during a future trip to Santa Cruz!

Great location near the beach and easy drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Cathy was easy to communicate with and offered earlier check-in when the cleaners were done. Our family had a wonderful time with our stay.

Very comfortable stay for our family trip. Lots of games to try and the kids loved reading in the hammock. Short walk to the beach where we saw lots of wildlife and folks enjoying the surf. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this house! The front yard is amazing and very relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub and hammock in the backyard. The location is great and a short walk from the beach. The house was exactly how the pictures looked. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Cathy and Andre’s beach house. The space was clean and well appointed, the yard gorgeous and enjoyably peaceful (the owners have a green thumb—evidenced by the amazing orchids inside. I’ve never seen such a beautiful orchid as the one on the dining table!) The hot tub is always a MUST when we do our writing retreats and this was nicely situated. We enjoyed the proximity to beach and town. Dinner at Shadowbrook one night was also a treat. We struggled a bit with the WiFi connection with three writers accessing computers, but once we moved the extender to the window we had better luck! Loved the house history photo album showing the story of the family and how they made it their home. Would definitely stay again.
