Stora 2: a våningen plats på kända Thomas Dr. på en av de vackraste stränderna i USA. Panama City Beach är känd för det är rena vita sandstränder och kristallklart vatten i Mexikanska golfen. Sovrummet har egen ingång till balkongen med fantastisk utsikt från alla rum. Ägare har köpt ett par stolar och ett paraply tillsammans med ett tält (var vänlig notera att dessa måste komma tillbaka varje dag om de lämnas utanför stranden patrullen kommer att kasta bort)
Många extras inklusive en Keurig kaffebryggare tillsammans med en ny regelbunden 8 kopp kaffebryggare. (Vi gillar kaffe) Brödrost ugn, Mikrovågsugn, och alla vanliga apparater för att göra din vistelse trevlig.
Sovrummet har en king size-s����ng med utsikt över bukten! Mästarbadet har en separat sminkfack från duschen.
Gäst sovrummet har en queen size-säng och egen ingång till hall bad. Alla rum har TV och vardagsrum.
Vardagsrummet har en extra stor tV bäddsoffa 1 soffa och 2 sittplatser. Matsal har ett bord med plats för 6 och frukostbar med plats för 2 fler.
Balkong vid B-byggnaden är extra stort frukostbord och 2 stolar och 4 stolar så att alla kan sitta och njuta av utsikten.

TVs and ceiling fans in every room. Nicely decorated. AC works great. Good location on the beach. Clean pool. Property is well maintained and staffed. Life guard station is close by once on the beach. Good communication with the property management folks. I would rent from them again.

The owner new the building was undergoing extremely load and disruptive maintenance. It was extremely annoying and prohibited quiet stay. Overall unit could use better lighting and better box spring in both bedrooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved are stay there. The condo had all the essentials accept hangers. The kitchen cupboards had way too much dishes, bowls. There were no empty shelves for food. Also the pantry shelves were filled with more stuff like wicker baskets, etc. the condo needs to be decluttered. Every coffee and end table was full of nicknacks. There had to be 20 pillows filling the closets. The couches need replacing, when you sit down you sunk into the back. We used about 3 pillows each to sit properly. We noticed cigarette holes in outdoor furniture. The second bedroom was wall to wall tables, no place to put your clothes in. Fridge shelf was broken and towels stained which I reported right away. Only 2 tea towel.

Would stay again. Very nice and clean place ro stay.

When we arrived the shower in the master bathroom was not working . But the maintenance manager got right on it and it was fixed the next day. The pools were very nice and not over crowded . Very short walk to the beach.

Reviewer Comments: To be brutally honest the Condo is nice and it is our second year in this Condo.Last year was a very quiet laid back stay.This year not so much.Very loud lots of horseplay and rowdy kids in the pool. It became such an issue especially in the late evenings you couldn’t even take your small children to the pool due to the rowdiness.The tennis courts turned into a Teen Rec Center where kids unsupervised were yelling and shouting.This is a family oriented area and I couldn’t get over the noise level that carried all the way through 1AM.It was difficult to sleep.Overall this condo is great it is what is happening outside that is an issue.Hopefully the “security team” will make sure this issue doesn’t ruin it for others in the future.People go on vacation to relax and enjoy the beach.

Only complaints would be to have more trash bags in the condo, there was no dish soap for washing things in the sink or hand soap for washing your hands, and the condo still had sand on the ground from past visitors. The smaller room's ceiling fan did not work but wasn't a huge deal for us.

Right on the beach, quiet, clean, gated access to the hotel, perfect size, 2 bathrooms, unbelievably comfortable beds and all for a great price. Great location also. Next time we want to go on vacation I am most definitely going check with 4 star before anyone else. The 1 and only thing I didn't like is having to print out the paperwork then sign it and fax or email back. That was nothing major though and definitely not a deal breaker.

Good but needs updates

Great location all around, close to St Andrews park and less traffic as opposed to the other end of town. Room was a close walk to the beach & pools. Had great views of both as well. The only negatives were a lot of the items in the rooms were outdated and could use a refresh such as ceiling fans, fridge, etc.

Not quite as advertised….

The room is fine. The balcony is great. The view of the pool is perfect. View of the beach— no. You CAN see it, but through the palms and if you lean over the edge some. There is great decking and a great path to the beach, as long as you go after 8 am. The beds are very squeaky and uncomfortable- the worst, I think, of any VBRO I’ve stayed in. The elevator is right in front of the door, which is great for unloading and loading. The trash chute is also right in front of the door, also good. Water pressure, great. Vent fans— LOUD— Great, quiet location. Far away from the main attractions, but quick access. We had a great time, love love love the beach as always! Would not stay here again.

The property was exacty as promised. We had all amenities we needed for the week. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Tvs in all the bedrooms. Only complaint i could have is the showers are really low and you have to bend down a bit to use it. But nothing worth complaining. Amazing view of the ocean. 2 pools and beach directly out back. Def would return.
