Denna lägenhet ligger i ökenvindarna kör cirka 3 mil söder om Moab centrum. Byggnaden var klar i slutet av juli 2018. Dessa lägenheter är underbara och professionellt inredda och inredda. Den har 3 sovrum och 3 badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med en 55 ”platt skärm 4K smart-tv. Det andra sovrummet har 2 lyxiga queen-sängar. Det tredje sovrummet har 3 uppsättningar med två våningssängar för barn eller stora grupper. Dessutom finns 2 soffor med utdragbar drottning. En i vardagsrummet och en är på övervåningen. Sammantaget sover denna lyxiga lägenhet 16 personer! Alla madrasser är avancerade madrasser Serta eller Sealy, köpt lokalt, inte skickat in på Amazon. Du kommer att sova i komfort! Dessa lägenheter har 3 stora 4K-TV-apparater utrustade med YouTube-tv för att titta på live-show och sport. En 65 ”TV finns på loftet och två 55” TV-apparater är i nedre våningen. En ovanför spisen och en i sovrummet. Dessa lägenheter har fiberhastigheter med fiber på 1Mgb / 1Mgb. Snabbt nog för att alla ska göra allt du kan önska dig. Dessa lägenheter är kompletta med möbler i naturträ, bänkskivor i granit i hela och vacker infälld belysning. På toppen av garage med två bilar finns ytterligare trailerparkering på sidan av lägenheten som är tillgängliga för alla gäster i Desert Winds gäster. Dessa lägenheter är extremt välutrustade och mycket bekväma. Du kommer att känna att du är på semester när du anländer och under hela din vistelse. Uteplatsen är komplett med ett eldbord, en naturgasgrill och matplats utanför. Dessa lägenheter är en 4 minuters bilresa till centrala Moab och cirka 10 minuters bilresa till Arches National Park. Det finns så mycket att älska om Moab och om denna lägenhet! Du kommer verkligen att njuta av din vistelse!

Family of 4 with 2 teens

Overall was a nice piece of property in a great location. We would stay there again. I feel like the bed in the master bedroom could be updated. Great space and a comfortable home to return to after a day of outdoor adventures.

Dec in Moab

We had a great time in Clay’s condo. It is very convenient for Arches, canyonlands, dead horse state parks. We are all into hiking and many hikes. It snowed once, had high winds, but overall was great.

UTV vacation

We had 3 couples, 3 trucks with UTV trailers. We were a little concerned about parking before we arrived….had plenty of parking for our 5 day stay. Very nice & clean condo….beds comfortable…jacuzzi perfect after a long day riding and each bedroom had its own bathroom & shower! Would definitely check this unit out again next time we come to Moab!!

No dish soap, sponge/or! dirty dishes in the cabinets. no shower soap/wash.

6 people 4 nights 6 rolls toilet paper. extremely dirty dishes pans glasses were put away in the cabinets, no dish soap, sponge or dish rag to wash anything. No bathroom product in any of the bathrooms. We had to go out immediately for dish soap, sponge so we could wash the pots pans glasses plates before we used anything. The unwashed cookware and dishes would have been as much an issue if there was dish soap and dish rag or sponge to wash them. The rest of the house was just fine. Low quality sheets pillows and some beds but overall ok.

Nice Place to Stay

This was a nice place to stay. The hot tub was a hit with the kids. Location was just far enough out of town that it was away from the major traffic but close enough we could run in and get dinner without a lot of hassle. Check in was a breeze and no major issues while we were there.

Loved the Location

This condo in Moab was great for our group of ten. The kids really enjoyed staying in the bunk bed room! It was so convenient to Arches National Park and downtown Moab.

Moab offroad

Stayed here with friends for a week to ride 4x4 trails. We had 3 trucks with large trailers and it easily accommodated us. Plenty of room and excellent Floorplan. Highly recommend!

A week spent with friends

We couldn't be more pleased. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and Clay was always prompt to answer questions by email and also by phone. Can't recommend highly enough.

The Arches and Canyonlands

Clay was spot on when I reached out to him, always very attentive. The check-in process was easy. We had a garage for our use that was very convenient. However, the cleanliness of the house was just okay! I found dirty dishes in the cabinets and the laundry from the previous renters were still in the dryer. The kitchen was not well stocked. Overall, the location was great, but the house for being newer needs some attention.

Thank you so much for your review! Since August 1st I have a new cleaner that is taking care of my place much better now! Previous cleaner was really dropping the ball on me. Condo is much better cleaned and maintained with my new cleaner and local management team.

Nice rental

This was a nice rental approximately 8-10 minutes north of Moab. The rental was nice and clean. It could use a deep cleaning, new king mattress (really needs replacing) and some additional kitchen supplies (baking sheets and additional drinking glasses, for example). The living area was small for the number of beds available. It was great for a short 2-night stay but would have been very cramped for much longer.

Hot, dry, but lovely stay.

As advertised, nice stay. Would recommend to anyone coming to Moab. Only recommendation would be to investing in some sort of shade for the back patio.

Great location

It was right outside of the hustle and bustle. Close to the golf course and Mill Creek hike. 6 minutes to the store. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. We completely enjoyed our stay!
