While our maintenance team are able to fix many things, the internet providers require the homes occupants to call them directly. We apologize for this hassle. We appreciate your feedback and have been able to address the other items that you've mentioned. This condo has always been a favorite for so many and we hope that you and your family will stay with us again, very soon.

Hi Roberta. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The parking pass fees are regulated by the Home Owners Associations that run the condo buildings themselves and some do require you to purchase them when you arrive. Since the door code we provide allows you to go straight to the condo, you're not required you to "check-in" . We all have to buy these passes when staying at the properties. I am sorry that about the lack of lightbulbs and can assure you that they have been replaced. Please, call us next time so we can take care of this more quickly. We appreciate your feedback and hope that you'll be back very soon.

Nicole, thank you for the review. We appreciate that you let us know about the housekeeping issues so that we could come back to the condo to make it right. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that y'all were able to enjoy your stay with us.

We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address these concerns so we can continue improving the guest experience.
