We’re very sorry to hear this was your experience. This is certainly not the standard we intend for our guests, and we understand how concerning the reported issues were for your family. Our team did attempt to come to a resolution by offering compensation that we felt was appropriate based on the concerns reported. Regarding the shower head, our Property Care team carefully reviewed the issue after it was brought to our attention and has since addressed it. We appreciate you sharing your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve the guest experience.

Brandy, thank you for your valuable feedback. We're delighted to hear that you found our location perfect for your gulf coast getaway! Parking fees are determined by each building's HOA and while we don't have any control over the policy or cost, we do include clear information in the guestbook, specific to each property, so there's no surprises for our guests. We appreciate your comments regarding the cleanliness of the unit. Providing a pristine and comfortable environment for our guests is of utmost importance to us, and we apologize for any oversight your may have encountered. We wish you had reached out upon arrival so we would have had the opportunity to address your concerns right away. Your feedback will be shared with our housekeeping team to ensure that we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the future. We truly hope you enjoyed your visit and we look forward to hosting you again in the near future!

Brittaney, we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and provide us with this valuable feedback. We work very hard to ensure each guest has the best possible experience and are sorry that y'all encountered these housekeeping issues. Especially, after waiting longer than expected. This is certainly not how we wanted your vacation to start. We appreciate you letting us know, even if you opted not to have us come back and address what was missed earlier. We are hopeful that you will be back soon and would welcome that future opportunity to impress you.
