Nyligen renoverat, Chatham Square Manor Àr ett stort, tvÄ sovrum radhus har gott om plats för upp till sex Lyckliga gÀster att koppla av i sanna södra stil. LoungenivÄn har ett ljust och ljust vardagsrum med en dekorativ eldstad, stor plattskÀrms-TV och gott om bekvÀma sittplatser. Njut av middag i den intilliggande matsalen eller en snabb mÄltid i köket. Stora fönster ser ut pÄ gÄrden, delad med trÀdgÄrdsutrymmet.

Parking was a big bonus, central to shopping! Chatham Park and Forsyth Park very close! CBP was so close and enjoyed a few beers for Octoberfest! Home was clean and very comfortable! Will definitely be back!

Chatham Square Oasis

Beautiful accommodations, a few blocks from Forsyth Park and a fifteen minute walk from River Street. Quiet location on the edge of Chatham Square. House is amazing and realty company was very user friendly. If you're looking for a perfect location to take advantage of Savannah sites and charm, this is it. Beds are cozy and comfortable, furnishings capture the charm and ambiance of old Savannah.

Easy walkabity to everything. The sleeper sofa is new and very comfortable. It would really be helpful to have more towels, more blankets, tissues, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer at the house.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location. Front door code was an issue- luckily this was posted by prior visitor so we realized we had to enter through the back ( and helped downstairs tenant figure this out as well) But prompt response next morning and codes sent. Nice to have back garden and grill.

The rooms are spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated nicely. We especially appreciated that the kitchen was well equipped, and for once we didn't have to run out to get extra paper goods! Lovely walk to main tourist area.

Everything, kitchen, appliances (all look brand new) furnishings, lighting, beds, bedding, bathrooms, excellent condition, nicely laid out floor plan whole place elegant look and feel. Easy distances walking to downtown, historic areas and Forsyth Park. Outdoor plantings and gardening in poor shape, but that didn’t matter to our group, we enjoyed the courtyard with nice outdoor propane grill and tables, for eats and drinks ( we didn’t try the grill, looks nearly brand new). Reserved Parking was a breeze. Highest recommendation from our group.

farewell to a loved one

property was nice beds were comfortable, quick 2 night stay for a funeral will come back like the neighborhood. now for the downs not horrible but just suggestions not enough towels no face clothes only 2 hand towels for 6 people and 5 towels, after reading other reviews we bought our own towels and face clothes, also tiki torches or something to try to keep mosquitos from attacking to enjoy the nice courtyard otherwise i would return oh yes do not lock any doors maybe 1 skeleton key near somewhere would help with that we were locked out of a room our own fault.

It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. You feel like you are in a friend's home and not a rental property. It is perfectly located - far enough from the busy areas of town to be quiet but close enough to be within easy walking distance of everything. Having dedicated off-street parking is an extra bonus. We would give the property 6 stars if we could. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Short walk to downtown and Forsyth Park very close. Very clean. My only disappointment was that my restaurant reservations were not made as requested after it was offered by the company. Lesson: if you want reservations make them yourself. Of course had nothing to do with property.
