# 2110 Topsail Dunes är en lägenhet på första våningen i vackert skick med en fantastisk utsikt över stranden och havet! Se delfinerna spela i bränningen. Underbar strand med en mild sluttning i havet.

Andelslägenhet är på samma nivå som strandpromenaden och bara en trappa upp från parkeringsplatsen! Nyligen renoverad enhet med trägolv och en privat balkong. Andra enheten från strandpromenaden. Mycket nära poolen. Inkluderar boogiebrädor, skimboard, strandstolar, sandleksaker. Fullt utrustat kök. TV / DVD i familjerum och sovrum. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare i korridoren. Tryckkodkodlås på ytterdörren eliminerar besväret med nycklar! Vår lägenhet är i utmärkt skick och mycket bekvämt. Stranden är vacker, fridfull, orolig och familjevänlig.

Balcony view was lovely. We visited Topsail for a long weekend. We had a significant snag upon arrival, but Cathy was so very gracious and helpful. She saved our weekend!

Wonderful property and the check in process was very straightforward. You can’t beat the view it felt like you were still on the beach while on the balcony. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to spend a week in your beautiful condo. We definitely plan on booking another stay!

This place was just what my husband and I needed! It was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We also appreciated that the Host messaged us after we arrived to Make sure everything was ok. We especially loved how close we were to the beach!

Another great stay!

Our third time here and we love it. Wonderful location, beautiful view, convenient 1st floor and so close to the beach. Condo has everything you need. The added hooks in the hallway for towels were very helpful.

BEST BEACH TRIP

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place. Such short notice, the owner was wonderful at making our last minute vacation happen. We had a wonderful time. Condo was just as depicted in the pictures, beach was beautiful and weather was perfect. We will definitely be back soon!

The perfect oceanfront location for a quiet getaway.

Cathy's condo was perfect for our week long getaway. It is modern and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook when we didn't go out. Great views from the balcony. Going in September allowed us to enjoy the quiet beach which we walked several times a day. I would highly recommend Cathy's condo if you visit Topsail Island.

Great oceanfront condo

Had a lovely time at North Topsail Beach. This condo was perfect for my husband and myself. Nicely decorated, comfortable and great view! The beach is just steps away. Great shelling! Recommend driving 15 minutes to the Riverview Cafe - delicious, fresh seafood and great service.

Best location

First of all, the condo was beautiful and very clean. It was literally steps away from the beach. You cannot get a better view of the ocean. It was perfect for my little family. We plan to try to stay in this exact condo next year. It exceeded my expectations.

Great little condo on the beach!

This condo was a delightful find! So tastefully decorated, it felt spacious despite the small footprint. Cathy had the condo well stocked with basics for the kitchen and plenty of cleaning supplies for me to be able to properly take care of inevitable messes. I don't get away with just a couple of my kids often, but if I were going back to Topsail I would seek out Cathy's little oasis again in a heartbeat!

Decent Little Place

Not a bad little condo. Would be good for a couple but with 4 people it was really tight. Location to the beach access was the best part. The room was relatively clean but condensation from the HVAC ductwork is causing some mold above the washer and dryer unit and the ceiling is starting to sag. Nice kitchen and ocean view.

Hi Jeremy, Thanks for your feedback. Yes the condo is a one bedroom/one bath unit with a pullout sofa and a bunk for a smaller child. I have gone and checked on the ceiling and there was no sagging of ceiling anywhere. I have taken care of the mold from the condensation which seems to collect when we have the air conditioner set too low or if the doors are left open while the air conditioner is running. Don’t forget that you can always reach out to me during your stay so I can resolve any issues.

Great place!

This was our 2nd time staying here. Right on the beach and so convenient being on the first floor close to the beach access. Love sitting on the balcony with a beautiful view. Has everything you need. No problems with the wifi this time. Cathy is fast to respond to messages and makes the whole process easy. Thanks for another great week!

Welcomed by “clean”

A stay away from home has all kinds of pros and cons. As soon as I opened the door, the smell of “clean” pleasantly took me by surprise! Not a single negative thing about this place. The owner is very responsive and helpful. This 1 bedroom 1bath is very open, airy, and light. Cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. (Huge plus) The beach and ocean are literally just steps away and can be greatly enjoyed from the balcony as well since it’s so close! Perfect vacation gem! I will definitely go back time and time again!

Incredible

The condo itself was perfect. Had everything we needed and then some. The short walk down to the beach was perfect cause we’re in our 70’s. The deck was wonderful. We never once ate inside at the table. We did have some trouble getting the tvs working but my husband eventually worked them out.

Wonderful view from this unit.. 40 steps to the sand! Parking limited at times due to construction of some type on the northern most building. Ceiling fan in bedroom was inoperative. Overall a great location right on the Atlantic.. Would stay again for sure!

Get away!

We hadn’t been to the beach in years. This was a wonderful weekend. View was perfect! You can live on the balcony. Host thought of everything! Sewing kit.. ✅ Scissors ✅ Fully functional kitchen. ✅ Yet a quiet bedroom . It’s all there.

Relaxing Vacation Spot

Check in is super simple. Location is in an area with very little to do and minimal restaurants. However, a grocery store and more restaurants are only 15-20 minutes away. The lack of attractions really makes it feel like a VACATION, no pressure to sight see and go out to fancy dinners every night. Relaxing on the beach, by the pool, or on the balcony listening to the waves, is perfection. Our kids enjoyed staying here, too. The unit is close to the stairs to the parking lot and the beach is merely steps away, as well. The unit provided plenty of extra bedding, was beautifully decorated and clean. Our kids enjoyed searching for the tiny Jesuses around the unit. The pool gets VERY crowded during the day, but is well maintained. The beach was busy, but a lot of space to spread out. Perfect location to slow down and relax. The washing machine/dryer were very useful and appreciated.You do have to bring your own towels, paper towels, toilet tissue, (laundry soap if you plan to do laundry), and trash bags, so keep that in mind.
