Just do it

The place was a little smaller than what i thought it would be, but we still had plenty of room. The condo was equipped with everything you would need for a short stay and was well cleaned. The only down fall was there was no garbage shoot access from the first floor bc the door was always kept locked so we would have to go up a floor or 2 to get rid of our garbage. Orher than that everything was perfect and our trip went well.

Disappointed in B-109

We loved having a first floor condo and the love the Beach Club amenities. However, this condo was infested with mosquitos and other flying bugs. My 22 year old got bitten numerous times and had visible bite marks all over her legs and arms. Other family members got bitten, but she was way worse and itched constantly. There was a mosquito zapper in the condo, but it did not work. For the price we paid, I would have expected the unit to be much nicer.

Good and bad

A few positives first. We liked being on the 1st floor. Very convenient. No carrying things up stairs or waiting for elevators. Kitchen was big. Bathrooms were good sizes. Closets were big. Beds were comfortable. Liked having 3 tvs that worked. The not so good… Smelled like mildew when we walked in. I know it is on the beach but maybe plug ins would have helped. We bought candles. Everything seemed damp. This might have been why there were tons of mosquito looking bugs flying around. Every morning the coffee maker had about 5 bugs fly out of it. They were mostly in the bathrooms. I bought 2 fly swatters. My family got bit throughout our trip. The floor didn’t look filthy but after a shower and walking around for 2 minutes without shoes our feet were black. We had to wear shoes or socks in the condo at all times. I think these are fixable things but just wanted everyone to be aware.

Perfect beachfront vacation spot

Our family loved this property. Being right on the beach and on the ground floor with the pool and beach just steps away was fantastic! The best feature is how absolutely quiet the unit is! With the doors closed, you cannot hear a thing from outside. And we didn't hear a peep from any neighboring unit. It was amazing. It was our first visit to this area of Alabama and it won't be our last. Thanks for helping us make wonderful family memories.

Amazing Location, Great Service

The condo’s location on the first floor near the pool was perfect for our family. We loved staying here, and our hosts were so accommodating responding to our questions quickly. They went above and beyond to help us get a package delivered during our stay. I highly recommend staying with Beach Life vacations.

Great stay

The condo was awesome! Plenty of room for the four of us that stayed there. You are right beside the pool and is so convenient when you want to go back and get a snack or even eat your lunch. Beach was just a short stroll away. We would definitely stay here again.

Property manager was great!

Great location. Great property manager contact. The baseboards where dusty and had hair on them. The ceiling fans all had about 2 inches of dirt on them, which means no cleaning them for 4 months or more. Electrical outlits on the island did not work. Neither did Tvs, but the nice excellent manager helped with that. All in all, the place needs a good deep clean. But we did enjoy our stay.

It was fine. Overall, surrounding area seemed crowded and dirty. 109 was clean enough. Needs a good deep clean in kitchen. Coffee pot was very dirty. Had to scrub to use.

Ground floor is the way to go

The kids loved throwing the ball and running around outside. Very easy access to the pool and beach. No waiting for elevators is the way to go! We loved the cubby’s it made organizing my kids stuff easy! The unit was well stocked with everything from a cheese grater to a basketball! Would definitely stay again.

Great condo!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The location was great with it being on the first floor. Our two boys, 2 and 4 were able to run around on the grassy area. The guest bed was a bit high for them so we used the blow up queen mattress and that worked out great. There was only a boogie board in the closet - I imagine people have used the other toys and left them at the beach. But just FYI make sure to bring your own toys. Already planning our trip for next year!

This was our first time staying at the Beach Club Resort. We have been coming to the Gulf Shores area for over 30 years this was our best experience. Our kids and grandkids have voted this will be our new summer vacation spot. Thanks Beach Club owner and staff.

Family vacation was great!!

The condo was wonderful and so conveniently located on the ground floor! Perfect for our daughter who is in a wheelchair. All amenities were exactly as stated. Huge TV! Beds were very comfy and air conditioner worked great. It was so convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Having a fully functioning kitchen was so beneficial, even if the cabinets and lighting do need a little updating. One drawback was that the resort is undergoing a lot of upgrades currently with irrigation and landscaping. Also, the condo is located next to the main trash collection for the floor. While this was extraordinarily convenient, it could be a little noisy at times. All things considered, it was a great family vacation and the condo is a wonderful place to call home for a week!
