Amazing!

We had a wonderful experience and will most likely book again in the future! My daughter had a small get together with some friends for her birthday and everyone had a great time. Host was quick to respond, so sweet, and super helpful with everything. Definitely recommend!

Memorable Weekend

Had a beautiful small wedding here. The backyard was amazing having the covered area. Location is close to the beach and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.

Great Sea Isle Location

The cabin was clean and comfortable, and the host was very helpful and responsive. The location was easily walkable to the West End Bar & Grill. My wife and I and our dog enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Beach Home

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! Extra points for the ramp as our Great Dane is terrified of stairs!! The owner is the most responsive I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with! 10/10 definitely recommend this home!!

Fun Getaway!

We had a great weekend stay at the beach house. Our family loved hanging out on the deck and relaxing together. Our host was very responsive and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Great stay!

Super friendly homeowners— great communication and clear instructions for check in/ out. Home was even nicer in person. Great layout with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and an awesome outdoor area. Will return and recommend in the future!

Charming house

Great house, i love the deck space. We couldn’t open the storm shutters to the smaller deck, but not a big deal as we only stayed a couple nights. Bed was comfy enough. I would stay here again if we bring our family next time

Awesome environment with fun times

This property was beautiful, from the volleyball net, to the porch and deck below. I celebrated my 21st here and don’t regret it one bit. The host was amazing and helpful from Check in to check out. 10/10 would rent from this host again :)

Great getaway spot in Galveston

We had a great time. Short walk to the beach and a nice, quiet neighborhood. The best part was the owner. She was fantastic and easy to communicate with. Extra helpful with some nice touches at the house. Bring a volleyball to enjoy the beach court at the house.

Nice short getaway with the dog

We had a very nice short trip . The house is comfortable. Check out West end Marina , it’s only five minute walk from the house. Order fish tacos! There is also a small convenience store.

Great quiet family beach trip

Our family enjoyed staying in the property which had everything we needed. The location is further down the island so there isn't as much traffic. The house is very close to a beach access that was never too crowded, and there is also a marina shop and restaurant very close as well. Check in and out was super simple and the only time I needed to contact the host, she responded immediately and even called to explain the details. It was super hot in June so we didn't utilize the outdoor space as much as we wanted to, but it was a cool set up. Overall it was a nice quiet family getaway that we'd rent again in the future.

Well Appointed

The home was well stocked and very nicely decorated. I docked the rating one star due to the presence of a ring doorbell with cameras located on the deck. As someone that likes to enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck in my pajamas, the cameras left me feeling uncomfortable.

Family Vacay 2023

This place was perfect for meeting our needs during our family Vacation! Amenities were accurate and pleasant! Bridgette was great at communication and our kids had the time of their lives! The public beach access is within walking distance or you can drive there easy peasy! The kids had a blast playing volleyball and chasing crabs during the evening on the beach. There was plenty of room to sleep for all 8 of us, appliances worked and you know when you go to the beach several times you need to shower often and we never ran out of towels! Everything was easily accessible, recommend the marina on Friday night for Karaoke and you can have your meal there right on the bay! 10/10!!

House As Pictured

We enjoyed our recent stay in Galvestion. The house is as described. I really like having the toaster option available so I did not have to use the oven. Great option! There is a restaurant with pretty good food and small convenience store a short drive down the road, or easy walk from the house. We were disappointed the tennis courts were closed / under construction as that was one of the reasons we selected the property.

Peaceful retreat

We needed a peaceful retreat for our family and our hope is this may be an annual event for us! The beach house had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was peaceful (with lots of neighborhood pups which was wonderful because we brought our four-legged family members). The simple pleasure of just sitting out on the patio enjoying the ocean breeze restores the soul. We went for long walks around the neighborhood and marina, as well as to the beach. A short drive took us to the national park and lots of great restaurants! Finally, one of our favorite restaurants was literally within walking distance. Bridgette was responsive and accommodating! The cottage was a wonderful experience overall!

Don't even do it!

Literal worst experience. Please pass on this property unless you would like to share a beach house with mice. 5 sightings of mice in the first day. Terrible communication with host and we took a financial loss to leave this place and the mice.
