Vår lägenhet ligger perfekt i västra hörnet, 6: e våningen direkt med utsikt över Lazy River och vattenrutschbana på Phoenix Orange Beach med fantastisk panoramautsikt över viken! Undvik hissar och parkera på samma våning som lägenheten !! Vi har också ett nyckellöst dörrlås, så du behöver inte hålla nöden med några nycklar under din vistelse! Du kan njuta av en spektakulär utsikt över viken från balkongen eller genom golv till tak fönster i enheten. Med över 1.980 m² är enheten väldigt rymlig, nyutrustad och ny på hyresmarknaden !!

Bekvämligheterna är rikliga på denna lägenhet i Phoenix Orange Beach: enheten är utrustad med full storlek apparater, våt bar med ismaskin, 65 "plattskärms-HDTV i vardagsrummet och en plattskärm 55" HDTV i master och 2: a sovrummet och 43 " Smart TV i 3: e och 4: e sovrum, tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en king size-säng i mästaren, en kung i det andra sovrummet, två queen sängar i 3: e och 4: e sovrum tillsammans med en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet för att sova upp till 14.

Our stay

We enjoy this property and its location. Was our first time ever in orange beach and we enjoyed every minute of it. We will be returning.

Overall condo was nice. Had a few small issues that need to be repaired. Did have a hard time contacting anyone after 11:00 at 2:00 am for noise complaint. Condo was smaller than pictures. Overall the stay was great.and got to spend time with family.

Nice unit

Very roomy, kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. We slept in front room to the right as you walk in- those mattresses need to be replaced!!!

Cleaner Rental Desired..

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Phoenix Orange Beach property is Nice. However, the unit had many issues. The first was how clean, or lack of cleanliness, the unit was. One Bed was full of sand. When cleaning that bed, including washing the linens due to stains, we decided to check the other beds. We had to wash both King Beds linens due to stains. The stains immediately came out. There was also several maintenance issues that needed to be resolved in Unit 601. A chair in the living room was about near ifs lifespan due to being broken, master bath faucet needs tightening, master bath toilet paper holder was half gone, a couple of lamps were broken, the washer/dryer is old and takes forever to do a load, and a couple other things. Other than the mechanical issues, the unit was in good shape considering its the end of rental season. Overall, it was the lack of cleanliness. Also, Phoenix Rentals has nothing to do w/ the management of this property, as a whole, just certain units. Check in was at 4:30pm and the property management people leave the desk at night at 5pm for this time of the year (Sept 25th arrival). I would recommend the property but not Unit 601.

Great view, and easy walk to the beach, also great location to eat, shop and site see. Loved being able to park on our floor and walk verses getting on an elevator, but the elevators were fast and easy to use to go to the pool and beach.

Great place

This place was just what our family was looking for. The kids had a blast on the lazy river and the water slide. When we arrived at the condo everything was ready and very clean. The code to the door was sent to me a few hours before we arrived which is great timing. All the rules and information was sent to me as well. I had to contact the manager only before our stay to make payments to this place and he always answered or called back promptly. I had no issues at all with this place. I definitely recommend anyone with kids and a family to stay here. And the beach view was great.

Girls trip!

Great family vacation

The location of the property was great. We were across the street from the grocery stores. We were walking distance from the Coastal restaurant. The views from the balcony were great. Being on the 6th floor was awesome as we could park on the same floor as condo.

Great Space for Multiple Family Beach Trip

This beach front condo at the Phoenix Orange Beach was perfect for our multi family group of 9! It was very clean and spacious with a great layout and design. The location was so convenient. We would definitely book this unit again in the future.

Relaxing Late Summer Getaway

Great trip with the family

Property is as listed. Great location, easy parking with this unit, and beautiful view. We had a family of 7 with ages from 17-75, and all enjoyed it. Great bed and bathroom setup. Pool area is for sure more for kids but that would be only concern if you wanted a nice pool area. Not a concern for us as we stay at the beach. Would most definitely stay here again

50th anniversary celebration

Loved the property and will plan to book it again soon. Beach access was excellent young ones enjoyed the lazy river, slide and indoor pool. We older kids enjoyed the hot tub. The beach was clean, close and fun. Thank you

Family vacation

Everything was great with the condo. Beautiful and spacious balcony. The indoor pool was over dosed with chlorine. Both of my grandchildren developed mild chlorine poisoning. No hospitalization but was sick for a few days. Maybe better ventilation in that area would help. We did really enjoy the outdoor lazy river.

Family Vacation

Plenty of room. I think the only thing we were kind of disappointed in is that their were not a lot of pots for cooking, no starter kits like soap, or games. Maybe it was just this condo. But, in the past others were fully stocked with more items. Other than that, great location!

Minor issue... could not find any excess toilet paper... went and bought some across the street so, no big deal. But, I though there would be some minimal supplies... tp, dishwasher pods (only 2), paper towels? Other than that... a truly fantastic place. Will be back

Fun family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay, perfect for our family. I thought the cost of the parking pass ($55.per vehicle, we had 3 cars) should have been included with how much the condo cost. Overall an enjoyable time.
