Denna andra våningen nyrenoverade 2-sovrum 2-badrum villa ligger på Bayside av vår egendom. Bayside har en pool, badtunna, fiskebrygga och kolgrillar. Det är också en mycket kort promenad till Gulf sidan delen av vår egendom som har en annan pool, två tennisbanor och vår vita sandstranden. För att följa Sarasota County Fire Code, sover våra två sovrum enheter högst sex personer. Det bekvämt inredda sovrummet är möblerat med en king size-säng och gäst sovrummet har en queen size-säng och en en våningssäng med en full size säng på botten och tvilling på toppen. Båda sovrummen har 32 "platt-TV för din underhållning medan vardagsrummet har en 40
plattskärms-TV med FIOS HD TV-tjänst. Båda badrummen har badkar / duschkombinationer. Det nyrenoverade köket har granitbänkskivor och rostfria vitvaror. Det är fullt utrustat med alla föremål du behöver för matlagning - krukor / kokkärl, tallrikar, redskap, brödrost och kaffebryggare. Lägenheten har plattor hela. Det finns också en bekvämt möblerad uteplats som kan användas av dig och din familj för att njuta av våra varma tropiska vindar.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was great for our family of 5. Everyone had their own bed in this unit and each room had its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable but the rooms did seem to not cool off as much as the rest of the unit. I love that it came with beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. No need to rent umbrellas because the unit had two. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but they also give you a parking pass if you want to drive to the beach. Midnight Pass is a busy road but I liked how there was a light and pedestrian walk right in front of the resort. This made it easy for the kids to come and go. The pool is also very close to this unit if you choose to take a break from the beach. Overall we had a great stay here!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We will def be staying here again. Loved it was all gated and bay on one side and beach on the other plenty of pools. When we showed up our coffee pot was broken. We were really worried we were going to have to purchase a new pot but they were very accommodating and brought us a new pot right away. They had so many things available for us to use. We did not use a lot of items available was nice to know they were there if we needed them in the future. Everyone was very nice. The elevator broke shortly after our visit but they had it fixed in one day so it did not effect our stay. Our power went out once and they very quickly came and it was fixed immediately. There was the frog hopper picking us up quickly anytime we started out short walk to the village. All and all was an amazing fun trip and even though we had these small few things happen was nice we could count on them to be available right away. It was so nice and clean and plenty of bedding all available.

Well done!

The rooms décor matches the local beach environment making the time in the home relaxing and happy. The beaches and the local area were relaxing and fun. It all felt like a real vacation home. Just what was needed!

Great getaway

My girlfriends and I stayed for a long weekend. The condo was spacious enough for the 6 of us and was perfectly located between the bay and the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment alone was amazing, clean, Cousy, with all tool need it for a weekend vacation. But the staff for the property were very rude since the time we made the reservation. Too much limitation, too much restrictions like only one car allowed in the property! I don’t like the way they treated us.just FYI a 1 year old baby count as a regular adult.

The premises was immaculate and beautifully appointed!

The location was perfect for our family w/ children who spent the most time in the pool near the bay! Not far to the ocean. There was plenty of privacy for the children and their mom to bunk in one bedroom and my husband and I had our privacy with our own bathroom in the master suite! Plenty of clean towels and pots, pans, dishes and glasses. Appliances seemed new and with the tile floors, easy to sweep the sand up for us! We hope to return next year!

A week in paradise

Can’t say enough good things about our stay here at 349! Great communication/clarity on everything, easy check-in/check-out, perfectly clean unit and stocked with everything we needed. Absolutely loved having a beach cart! Couches and beds are super comfortable! The whole place is beachy, cute and well-organized. Thank you for everything! We had an amazing week and will be back for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 (3 young boys) had a wonderful experience at Palm Bay.. The amenities of the complex were so nice - we had a blast at the pools and playing pickleball and tennis (So nice that rackets were available to use!!). The property is close to everything and in a great location. The unit was clean, nicely furnished and had everything you would need - the beach cart and chairs were so nice to have! I would bring a collapsable cooler next time and my only minor complaint is I wish they would have had a smart tv. I don't care if you don't have all the channels, but there were things we would have liked to have watched and had we been able to log into our own Directv stream we could have despite them not having a ton of channels. We aren't huge tv watchers but it was all the holiday football games my boys wanted to catch!

Great vacation

We thought the condo was clean and well kept. The rooms were exactly what we were expecting. The pools were perfect for the kids. The room came with plenty of towels, blankets, a pack and play, etc. We were fortunate enough to get early check in and late check out, the front desk was very accommodating and we had a wonderful vacation.
