Detta nyrenoverade år 2017 ligger denna första våningen 2-sovrums 2-badrumsboende på Bay sidan av vår egendom. Det finns en vistelse på fyra nätter för denna enhet. Bay sidan har en pool, badtunna och kolgrillar. Det är också en mycket kort promenad till Gulf sidan delen av vår egendom som har en annan pool, två tennisbanor och vår vita sandstranden. Det bekvämt inredda sovrummet är möblerat med en king size-säng, och gäst sovrummet har en full size säng och en dubbelsäng. Båda sovrummen har en 32 "platt-TV medan vardagsrummet har en 40" plattskärms-TV. Båda badrummen har badkar / duschkombinationer. Det rymliga köket är fullt utrustat med alla föremål du behöver för matlagning - krukor / kokkärl, tallrikar, redskap, brödrost och kaffebryggare. Lägenheten är helkaklat. Det finns också en bekvämt möblerad uteplats som kan användas av dig och din familj för att njuta av våra varma tropiska vindar.

Interrim stay

We needed a place to stay while our condo was being cleansed/fixed following the last hurricane. This unit was perfect to accommodate my 95 year old mother and my family. We appreciated the convenience and security. We had Christmas here.

The condo was everything we hoped for and much more!! Great location, very clean(as I prefer) and accessible to all amenities. We were also surprised to find many beach items available in the condo. Great place to stay!

If there was anything to make it better, is if the washer and dryer were in the condo, but wasn’t the end of the world. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to the pool (few steps away) on bay side, which has a beautiful view and jacuzzi. It is a little walk to the beach, some days we drove to the 'other side' and other days we walked over. Beautiful white sands of siesta key are worth a little effort ;)

Perfect beach rental

Our condo was spotless as well as the entire condo complex. The beach was beautiful and the sand is like white powder that never gets hot. Beach lounge chairs are provided in the Palm Bay Club private beach at no charge which was wonderful. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Place

We wish there were some sort of bathrooms by the ocean. Supplies were a little scarce. 1 paper towel roll and 1 dishwasher soap. Ice maker made noise the whole time. Overall clean beautiful property. Pools are very nice. Would stay here again for sure! Close to Siesta Village also.

Good stay close to beach and eateries

Living vertical shades were not complete, missing a couple vertical blinders, not a big issue but could not close completely. One of the bathtub drain was clogged, I was able to use the toilet plunger available. It has a beach cooler. Kitchen well equipped, coffee maker with spare 4 cup coffee, no filter though (would be nice to have at least for first day) , had to buy before first morning coffee. Overall good stay.

Clean and Updated

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is clean and updated. Even the TV is Netflix-enabled for a rainy day. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the second bedroom had a full bed and a bunk bed (pictures just showed the full bed), so our daughter got to have a bunk bed sleepover with her friend who was staying with her family in another unit. Other reviews mention the proximity to the pool— it really is just steps away. This led to some noise when guests were returning home after the pool closed, mainly from the second bedroom. It also means this unit is one of the farthest from the beach. I would not recommend staying here with any kind of mobility issue — this unit is for active families who don’t mind a little noise and who can haul beach gear from one end of the Palm Bay Club, across the street, through the rest of the Palm Bay Club, and to the beach. That said, we enjoyed our stay but on a return trip, we would book earlier in hopes of securing a unit closer to the beach/across the street. Boogie boards, coolers, and 2 chairs were provided. A wagon would’ve been awesome. Our friends stayed in a unit a few doors up, and their hosts provided a slew of treats and goodies; that made us a little jealous. But their condo was not as updated and given the choice, I’d pick this one. This condo is also keyless, which led to a lot of confusion at checkout (“Where is your key??”). Ending on a positive, they provided tons of clean towels, the sheets were crisp white and so clean, and the mattresses appeared brand new. Thanks!
