Destiny Splash levereras också med en 4-sits elektrisk gata juridisk golfbil, så du kan gå över till Destiny East klubbhus där du hittar gemenskapens pool eller gå ner till stranden bara en kort bilresa bort. När du kommer in i detta vackert inredda hem välkomnas du av ett bekvämt vardagsrum som erbjuder en stor HDTV, två queen size-sovar soffor, två fåtöljer och ett halvt bad. Köket erbjuder helt nya rostfria vitvaror, Keurig-maskin, vanlig kaffebryggare och allt du behöver för att förbereda en hemlagad måltid. Frukost bar, inomhus och utomhus matsal områden erbjuder gott om sittplatser. De glidande glasdörrarna som omger det privata poolområdet och uteplatsen öppnar sig helt och hållet för att ge detta hem ett öppet planlösningskoncept med en riklig mängd utrymme. needs updated and a good cleaning

Beautiful neighborhood, lovely streets, but inside was very disappointing. Torn screens on birdcage let lots of leaves in the pool. Couch and chairs were very worn and spotted. Looked to me the that whole house needs several updates and deep cleaning. Nice golf cart and bikes. Ice maker was great in the garage.

Wonderful place

This experience was fantastic. It was our first time visiting Destin but it will not be our last. The property was well furnished and well maintained. Checking in was a breeze also. We thoroughly enjoyed and would happily stay here again in the future.

Would rent again!

Great time!! Loved the private pool & outdoor space. Close to Miramar beach, golf cart included. Plenty of space, there were 10 of us, good beds, lots of kitchen supplies, toys for pool & beach along with beach chairs & coolers. Will definitely be back again. Thanks Destiny Palms!!

Girlfriends Retreat

The home is beautiful and in a great location; However, some TLC is needed for the patio furniture (need to replace all outdoor furniture) as well as cleaning of the furniture and accessories in the home (sofas, chairs, dining room chairs, bathroom rugs, etc) My suggestion is to replace all furniture with leather or scotch guard protection. Overall stay was enjoyable 😌

This beautiful house was decorated so tastefully and more important, it was immaculate. The neighborhood is quiet and just a golf cart ride away from the beach. They have everything you might need or want to take to the beach. We can’t wait to make plans to stay here again. And maybe even bring our 6 kids and their spouses because it has that much room.

Not worth the money

Annual Florida Trip

We normally stay in a condominium but this was the first time staying in a home. The home is in a great neighborhood and within golf cart or driving distance to the beach. The home was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed for a five day trip. The owners golf cart was out of commission so we were able to have a 6 seater which was a nice touch. Management was friendly and check in very easy. Each couple had their own bathroom which was also a plus. Our only call out was the sliding glass door would stick and the child alarm would trigger quickly. I think it’s just from over use. Overall I’d recommend this home for couples or a small group of friends!

Very cozy and the neighborhood felt very safe with nice amenities to enjoy with the family, such as tennis, basketball, community pool. It was close to everything. Golf cart was a HUGE plus because we could use it to take us to places in close proximity on the scenic route of Hwy 98. The only thing I would’ve appreciated more was if the extra costs for things could have been more clear. I had the impression that the pool heater was complimentary but it was an extra $200+ and using the LiveWell credit cannot be applied to renting a golf cart unless the stay is a minimum of 7 days. So other than those clarifications, I really enjoyed my stay with Destin Splash.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was overall really good. We loved the location! One thing that could have been a little cleaner was the bathrooms, around the showers outside was dirty, you could tell it’s never been scrubbed or cleaned well. Also, the kitchen by the counter chairs was rather dirty. You could also tell the floor/that area never gets a good clean. There was also mold in the 2 guests showers. Which was taken care of while we were there. Another suggestion I would give would be to have the golf cart & bike codes on a paper for guests to view when they get there. I had to call to get them as I couldn’t find them in my check in emails or anywhere. Maybe a piece of paper with the gate code, door code, golf cart code & bike codes on it would be a good idea. We really enjoyed staying there, loved the location & the beautiful community pool! :)

Had a great week but a little disappointing.

The check in process was easy and property manager got back to us quickly. But when we first arrived the pool was filthy, there was dirt all over the bottom and hair with hair ties wrapped around the ladder. The water was cloudy and we were not able to swim in it. We did contact the property manager and the next day the pool guy came and it was much better for the rest of the week. The sinks were not draining well in the bathrooms only to discover hair clogging the drains. There was water leaking between the kitchen and the laundry pantry/laundry room area which never resolved. But Destin is a beautiful area and the gated community was nice so in that regard it was a good week. The golf cart was not well maintained and filthy when we got there so we had to clean it before using. After the pool was clean it did make the stay much more enjoyable but the house was not as clean as we had hoped.

Spring Break at Destiny Splash

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pro: The gated community park area was awesome, we used it often tho the pool was not heated. The house clean and had ample seating for any meals. The 3 1/2 baths was perfect for our group. The maintenance man came to fix the stove when he said he would and the rental company customer service was very helpful. The pools cushions looked new. Cons: I had double checked to be sure the pool would be clean and paid $300 to have it heated. The pool co had not been there due to a storm but it wasn’t until Thursday that we felt heat and someone must have backwashed the pump. Quite disappointing. There was a broken recliner and end table, the gas was on in the grill when we arrived. The house needs quite a few small things fixed. Loved the house but not sure we’d choose to rent it again due to the needed upkeep. Again good customer service. Wonderful beach close by.

Great location - Property could use some fixes

For the pros, the check in process was a breeze. Very responsive management. Master and guest rooms were clean and kitchen had sufficient utensils etc. for cooking. Location of the property was great as well. Literally few mins away from James Lee beach. We enjoyed the club house, play park, and tennis courts. The house had a lot of extras like tennis rackets, beach stuff etc. On the cons, the pool was not clean when we arrived. Pool flooring had couple of broken/chipped off areas that could be a hazard to kids jumping in. The covered net above and around the pool was torn at couple of places and we had lizards come in. Outdoor furniture needs new cushions as well. The guest bathroom ceilings had a lot of black damp spots (not sure what). The door to the pool area was almost broke and wouldn’t slide easy. We had to quit using the handle as we were afraid it would break. The golf cart is pretty beaten up as well. It’s break definitely needs immediate replacement. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the proximity to beach and clubhouse but unfortunately the house could definitely use some fixes and upgrades.

We Love Destin - This wasn't the Home for Us

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in Destin! Destiny Splash is a great home. The community is beautiful, with lots of great homes in Destin East. We had 7 guests and it was just the right size. To fit 16 people as it states in the description would have been miserably tight!The kitchen is stocked nicely with all the pans, dishes and glasses you would need for cooking.We were totally satisfied with the interior of the home. Nice setup, all seemed very clean and room to spread out.The exterior/pool area needs some attention.The grill absolutely needs to be replaced!! The amount of money spent to rent the home and there should be a good working grill. We had seen this comment in the previous reviews, but had hoped with several comments it had been upgraded. Lighting it was dangerous.The patio furniture and cushions need some attention. They are definitely weathered and dirty.The public beach access at Crab Trap wasn't ideal, a bit too far to walk with beach gear and parking was packed. We did call and then email Destin Palms about missing wrist bans, so they knew the number was not as indicated and the break/running light was out on the golf car. We never received a call or acknowledgement of that call/email. It appeared maybe someone came into the garage at some point and fixed it because it was working by mid week, but we were never contacted.With a few fine tuning this house would be the perfect stay. Outdoor space is important when vacationing, so disappointing that this area wasn't kept up. We are frequent Destin travelers, so we are familiar with the area. With the beach access, this would not be the home we would look at again.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Good- Excellent location and very centralized. Destiny East is a beautifully maintained private neighborhood with a strong HOA. This was our 2nd Stay in the neighborhood. The house is the perfect layout, and is VERY family friendly with games,toys, and lots of beach accessories!The back patio area is a great place to hang out day and night. Very private, and has all the amenities you would want for an outdoor living space. The kitchen is overly stocked with EVERYTHING you would need to cook that amazing 5 star dinner at the rental.Decor matches nicely and the layout flows smoothly. The master bdrm has a very comfy memory foam bed with electronic controls for massage and elevations.The shopping plaza behind the property does have loud AC units, but we found it a nice background noise that filters out the busy hwy sounds.We absolutely LOVED the house.The Bad- Management seems a little displaced with the property. We had messaged prior to our stay asking if the house had any beach chairs or umbrellas. Management claimed that the house did NOT have any. Upon arriving we counted 15 beach chairs, 4 umbrellas, 2 canopies, and a slew of boogie boards and other fun beach items. THE HOUSE IS VERY WELL STOCKED. The app they have you download for the rental sends push notifications which is great, we received notifications every day while we were there EXCEPT for when maint and lawncare services would be popping in. The Ugly- The back patio area concrete is very dirty looking and could use a good power wash. Same for the outdoor cushions for seating, it was rather dirty looking and showing signs of heavy usage. The screens to the patio area are not secured properly so bugs, and wildlife do venture in (we had numerous squirrels and a bird find their way in, then confused on how to escape).Conclusion- Great location, beautiful community, and rental home. We would rent this property again

Horrible Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Destiny East neighborhood for many years now. This was the worst experience we have had. Late Checkin despite booking almost a year in advance, the owners stayed at the rental prior to our arrival which they checked out late and left the trash cans completely overflowing. The rental has a land line phone for some reason and continues to ring off the hook with spammer calls. The back patio area is so disgusting. There is black soot everywhere coming from the roof, which house keeping and or the owners did not bother to clean. Literally massive piles of the stuff. we attempted to locate a broom on the property to clean this disgusting mess up and eventually used a piece of cardboard since the rental has no visible brooms. The patio furniture is falling apart and the cushions look like they should have been replaced 5yrs ago. the lanai was so damaged that we had to call maint in which they were supposed to schedule someone to come fix and never did. the rental felt like we were staying in a low budget shithole. chunks missing out of walls, fridge doors falling off, all of the furniture is stained and looks absolutely disgusting so bad that we were concerned about ruining our clothing setting on the furniture. None of the sliding glass doors lock appropriately which is a major security concern. The golf cart is on its last legs, the headlights are about as bright as a child's night light so an evening cruise is risky at best. The seatbelts dont work, the benches of the golf cart are loose and feels like you will fall apart while driving down the street. The owners who stayed prior to our arrival also used up all of the propane for the gas grill and it took us several days before maint could replace the propane tank. all in all this was one of the absolute worst vacation experiences we have ever witnessed. we will NOT be booking this rental again and chances are high that we will be looking at different rental company moving forward.

Amazing location
