Koastal View Àr en Oceanfront 2 sovrum, 2 badrum lÀgenhet ligger pÄ 5: e vÄningen vid Pelican Watch, Carolina Beach. Den har allt du behöver för en fantastisk strand semester! Pelican Watch har sÀkrat tillgÄng efter midnatt, 2 hissar, en uppvÀrmd inomhuspool och bubbelpool, sÀsongsöppen utomhuspool, havsfront picknickomrÄde med kolgrillar, privat soldÀck, privat strand gÄngvÀg, utedusch och cykelstÀll. TvÄ parkeringspass finns för parkeringsplatsen tvÀrs över gatan. GÀsterna kan lossa bredvid ytterdörren och anvÀnda bagagevagnarna runt hörnet frÄn ytterdörren.

Upon entering Koastal View, you’re greeted with a beautifully decorated condo with an ocean view. Everything is laid out in a way that is easy to find and it’s fun to find the notes throughout with helpful hints from Dann and Nancy. There’s a helpful scrapbook with recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

Pelican Watch 503

The condo exceeded our expectations. My wife, daughter, and I loved it. It was very clean, well appointed, and the owners have clearly thought about what travelers may need while away from home. The balcony was great for watching sunrises and sunsets. Pelican Watch can be easily accessed by using Dow Road and Ocean Blvd instead of driving through Carolina Beach (though that’s not too bad). A great place to consider for time on the beach.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Dann and Nancy take pride in their property and it shows in every detail. They are very kind and responsive. The condo is exactly what you see in the pictures. Light, bright, beautiful and immaculate. With the framed notes around the condo with instructions, and incidentals available, we wanted for nothing. Checking in and out were an absolute breeze. Perfection Personified!

This was our 3rd time here. Consistently clean, bright and airy. The owners are awesome and only in competition with the fabulous view! The bed is sooooo comfy and love looking out at the ever changing ocean. The rating this property gets is legit - positively!!!

Best Stay Ever!

This condo had everything you need for a great vacation. We were there for our son's wedding. The location, condo amenities were above and beyond. Home away from Home!

Everything about this lovely space spoke of the owner's hope that the visitors would be happy and comfortable. Such amenities I have not found at any other rental. Thanks for giving us a perfect week of water and weather and luxury. Wish it were twice as big so I could bring my family.

Best stay in Carolina Beach area!

A vacation in this area for five straight years and stayed at multiple properties. This so far is my favorite. The host provides everything you could possibly need. Plenty of dishes if you’d like to cook. there are hygiene and laundry items as well as a first day cabinet. Each room is beautifully decorated. Primary bedroom has ocean front view and extremely comfortable. This property has an elevator to make it easy to get to your room, much better than many places with stairs.There are plenty of books and puzzles just in case of a rainy day. The balcony is accessible from the living area as well as the primary bedroom plenty of room for the family to sit and watch the ocean.I stayed here for four nights and I would book at this property again.

Fabulous condo

One of the nicest beach condos I have ever stayed in! Nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen. Great communication from the owners. Everything was labeled and explained. Great book of places to eat. One morning i laid in bed and watched the sun rise. Great patio to sit and enjoy the ocean. Fabulous! We really enjoyed Carolina Beach and will stay here again if we return. Thanks fir letting us enjoy your condo!

What an exceptional property! Condo was nicely updated, furnished beautifully and spotlessly clean. The owners have taken great care with all the details, down to instructions throughout on how to use various things in the condo which is a huge help. We have rented at Carolina/Kure Beach over the years and this condo exceeds any we have stayed at. The views were incredible, you can spend hours on the balcony soaking in the ocean view.The owner was accessible, easy to work with. Highly recommend Koastal View for a wonderful beach trip!

Amazing! Wish we could do 10 stars!!!!

This place was absolutely amazing! Everything and more was thought of when you stay in this home. Dann/Nancy are fantastic and any questions you have they answer. When you walk in you literally feel like you are home. The welcome gift was a very thoughtful touch.The view captures you no matter where you are and draws you out onto the wonderful deck. The deck furniture is wonderful and a great place to watch the pelicans dive bomb the water, we saw pods of dolphins go through in the morning and in the evening. The beds are so comfortable. There was not one thing that we did not have that we wished was there. My husband usually has something to say in the negative and this time, all he could say was Wow! He could not find one thing wrong with it and asked when we could book for next year! The pay it forward that all the guests do is fantastic. The beach and the ocean were amazing and easy to walk on. There are places within walking distance, otherwise the island has a Golf Cart Taxi for cheap to take you places that is very reasonable. Dann and Nancy, thank you so much, out of all the coastal places we have stayed in, yours is number 1! Definitely going back!!!

We have dreamed of owning beachfront property for years. We fell in love with the location and the friendly people in both the complex and in Carolina Beach. The unit is spacious and the views are amazing.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Its a feeling you get everytime you come back to Carolina Beach. The local people are very nice, the restaurants are fun, and everything you need is so close.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We wanted to make this unit very comfortable and not have the traditional wicker/steel furniture you see in most condos. We wanted to provide nicer bedding and mattresses along with new clean appliances. We tried to 'think of everything' so you don't have to think about anything, but what you are going to do on next on your vacation.
