Den praktfulla stranden hem! PÄ en lugn strÀcka pÄ Balboa Peninsula, men bara en kort cykeltur till fÀrjan, Fun Zone, The Wedge, Newport Channel, piren och matsal! Detta hem erbjuder totalt fem sovrum och tre och en halv bad. HuvudnivÄn ger ett vackert vardagsrum och öppen spis, matsal, kök och stor privat uteplats intill strandpromenaden, med direkt tillgÄng till stranden! Det finns ocksÄ ett garage med tvÄ bilar för parkering.

Cyklar finns och det finns ett lÄs för varje cykel.
GÀsterna kommer att vara ansvariga för cyklarna och det kommer att bli en $ 350. 00 ersÀttningsavgift för nÄgon cykel saknas.

Bucket list fun

I have always wanted to stay on the boardwalk in Newport Beach and this trip didn’t disappoint. We loved the location, the porch, the bikes and the large family room. Great experience.

Fantastic place. We loved the location--close to so many places that we walked to. Loved being on the boardwalk watching the passersby. Everything we needed was provided. Lots of beach gear. Very lovely and comfortable home. Our second stay. We hope to come back.

We stayed in the house over Labor Day weekend. Everything was awesome. The house is clean, very well organized. We were 13 people and there is plenty of space for everyone. Location is convenient right on the sand, 5 minutes walk to Balboa pier and 30 minutes walk to Newport Pier. Owner is very responsive. He even add chairs for us when we asked. We would definitely stay here again.

. This is a beautiful home and was perfect for 14 of us. So many amenities from sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, BBQ, beach cruisers, beach towels for all! The kitchen is the nicest VRBO I have been to! Pat has been an awesome host!

A perfect stay!

Location, location, location!! Pat has a beautiful place right on the ocean. The place is very well-maintained and has absolutely everything. We were a family of 14 and were accommodated with everything we needed from beach towels, regular towels, bikes, beach, chairs, toys

Oceanfront Heaven

Location is the key factor and you won’t find anything else on the oceanfront with the sand in front of you and people watching in full force! All the creature comforts are provided in this house from ample towels to luxury linens. With a fully stocked kitchen and board games galore as well. We will be back!!!!!

My family really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this property. We loved being right on the sand and that we could walk to the fun zone and many area restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

This house is the BEST! Clean, plenty of room and included everything you need for a stay at the beach right down to sand toys for the kiddos. Pat was a wonderful host who checked in with us periodically to make sure we were well taken care of. Our family enjoyed our stay and hated to leave!!!

Relaxing time

Absolutely lovely!

Absolutely lovely! Despite the fact that California had pouring rain during our Thanksgiving, we had a wonderful time staying indoors in this lovely property.. Very well appointed, clean, and spacious. Excellent location and easy walking to the center of town for restaurants and shopping. Would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely STUNNING property! Location, Location, Location this is the place! Family time taken to a whole new level enjoying this property. From sitting on the porch and enjoying the California sunset to walking (or riding bikes) along the boardwalk, to taking the ferry to Balboa Island, every moment was a moment we will cherish.

Premium Property, Premium Stay

Fabulous beach-front house and completely equipped with lots of space. We had 3 generations of family, ranging from 6 to 81 and house had great gathering rooms as well as private quiet areas. Perfectly located on Balboa Peninsula with many nearby options but a very quiet home inside. Older, well maintained home with lots of character and well decorated!

Spring Break Beach Vacation

We had such a wonderful time at this property and can’t wait to return. We stayed here with a few families and all our children. The location couldn’t be better and the amenities provided were so convenient to have. From the beach chairs, beach toys and bikes it made our trip so easy and fun with all the kids. Pat was a great host and very easy to communicate with, always quick to respond. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a perfect beach vacation!

Great location on the beach

This house is in a perfect location on the beach and just close (but not too close) to the Balboa Ferry and the restaurants on the Peninsula. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the house and all the amenities (especially the bikes!). We had a couple of small issues like a missing iron which were resolved within in an hour so could not have asked for more. And oh what a sunset every night!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Enjoy the peace and tranquility or walk to the "Fun Zone" for fun and games. Walk to great restaurants, rent jet skis, Duffy Boats, paddle boards, kayaks, bikes (electric and regular), go fishing, surfing, or do nothing at all except relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. You can have it all at this beautiful beach front home.
