The property was clean and the condo was awesome. But the guards at the entrance were rude and not helpful at all. Overall it was great once we were able to get checked in.

Such a great place!!

Such a great and clean place to stay with family! It was the best location to the pool and beach and had everything we needed and then some! The beach chairs and toys were such a great bonus! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo-perfect family room

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Loaded with tons of children and adult books, games for the whole family and puzzles! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Wonderful balcony with the best view!

This is the most perfect condo!! It was clean, beautiful, and had everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It came with games and we played one almost every night!! It was truly wonderful!!!

Great stay

We had an absolute blast at After Dune Delight. The amenities are awesome and the resort offers many activities for the whole family. Definitely eat at Sassy Bass if you can . The only negative I have is the the glass shower had some water come from the bottom and would be all over the floor. Everything was great with plenty of room and options. We WILL be back .

One of our favorites!

This condo has everything you need including just enough dishwashing detergent, hand soap, and starter paper towels and toilet paper. There are beach toys and chairs in the front closet, and the beach is just a short walk away. The weather was cool but beautiful— we couldn’t have asked for a better week!

Loved the palms. It was clean and had everything we need. Pickleball courts, pools , hot tubs, lovely beach! Was very relaxing and away from the hustle, busy area. State park with lots of bike riding was a short drive away. Wish the patio door in the living space was functional but we did have access through the bedroom.

Perfect Vacation Spot for Anyone

Easy check in, great view of the Gulf from the balcony. The condo itself was clean thru and thru. The condo complex grounds, clean and well maintained. There were security guards around the property, which i enjoyed and felt safe. All amenities inside the condo were in working order and clean. The swimming pool, kiddie pool, all were clean and maintained. The on-site restaurant that we frequented a few times, the food was always good. No complaints with this condo, and i plan on staying here again. This condo and Ft Morgan in general is the perfect family getaway.

Disappointing

Not clean TV’s did not work Refrigerator took 8 hours to cool. Property manager said it always takes that long to cool and that they have had previous problems. Overall the worst place we have stayed as far as cleanliness customer care and appliances

Gorgeous condo!

The condo was updated with a gorgeous kitchen, amazing guest bath and the decor was beautiful. Plenty of dishes, and plenty of seating. The only thing I would change is the arrangement of the furniture in the living room. The couch is next to the TV so you can’t lay on the couch to watch TV. The only complaint I have is the bed sheets in the master bed would not stay on the bed, but the bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay in this condo again. I looked at 12 other condos with a real estate agent during my stay, and the one I rented was so much better than any of them that I looked at. Pool and hot tub was amazing. Easy access to the beach.

Great Place to Relax and Unwind

This 2nd floor unit is in a great location for relaxing and enjoying all that Alabama’s gulf coast has to offer. The kitchen has everything needed to accommodate “normal” baking or cooking. A stove, oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee pot, and hand mixer are present. The living areas are comfortable and tastefully decorated. There is some wear and tear to cabinetry and countertop but that is to be expected. In general, the unit is very clean and comfortable. Board games and movies are also on hand. The unit contains a very nice washer/dryer combo for keeping up with beach towels and swimsuits. On-site, you will find tennis courts, horseshoes, basketball, pools, hot tub, putting green, outdoor barbecues, etc. There is quite literally something for everyone, including a very shallow kiddie pool.

3rd time staying here

This was our 3rd time staying in this condo and it was great as usual. The upgrades made last year (new washer and dryer and bathroom upgrade) are very nice. The balcony has so much room and it's where we spend most of our time. There are a few minor things that could be improved. The toilet paper holder in master bath has been broke for 2 yrs. The front door doesn't shut unless you use lots of force. The sheets are cheap and do not stay on the bed at all. The master bathroom will need an upgrade at some point!! Given those issues we would still rent this condo because it meets all or our needs and we love the setting!!!

Cute Place, Beautiful View

I gave 5 stars; but with that said there were a few minor things. The biggest thing was when it storms the master bedroom sliding door howls so badly you can't sleep. Kept my husband up all night. He says the seal is bad. The TV in the other bedroom works but the screen goes black after a few mins of watching. You can still hear it but can't see the show. If you change the channel and bring it back to what you were watching it fixes it. So you have to do this several times watching your show. This isn't a deal breaker for us as we only watched TV in there for 15 mins or so to relax just before bed. I wish the on-site restaurant (Sassy Bass) would stay open later. (This is no fault of the condo owner) Thankfully there is another location about 5 mins from the condo and it's delicious!! NOTE* (There aren't alot of restaurants around this condo.) Plan to drive in 25 to 30 mins to get food. Pros were that there was a TV in both bedrooms!!! The washer and dryer were super helpful! The condo was clean and beds were comfortable! We visited 2 of the pools which were very clean and nice. Some fun we had at the condo.....we went fishing and caught 3 sharks! That was a cool experience! We also went crab hunting. The drive (to gulf shores or orange beach) to go to restaurants (other then the Sassy Bass and a Dollar General) and attractions is about 30 mins away but the Fort Morgan area is beautiful and seems a little less crowded. We would totally stay here again! 😊

Great vacation

Pros: location, views, very tastefully decorated, very comfortable (felt at home) Cons, only minor in nature and noted only to assist in improving: the fitted sheets kept coming off the mattress, again this is only a minor inconvenience. Overall, we were very happy and satisfied with our stay.

Perfect Condo!

As soon as we walked into condo it smelled clean and looked exactly as web sight photos. All kitchen equipment, dishes, silverware was good quality. Beds was also of good quality. We have stayed at the Fort Morgan Plantation several times and all have been really nice but this condo is our favorite of all. I would stay here again and again. My #1 pick was the walk in shower! The washers and dryer worked perfect also. Thank you for a great experience!
