Nice little escape!

This was a nice little get away for me and a couple girlfriends. Neighborhood was safe. Property was clean. We did rent a golf cart for easier trip to the beach and back since it is a couple blocks back. Would stay again!

The apartment, amenities and location were great. Close to the beach and restaurants. Instructions were clear and mangers very helpful.

Nice place

This was a nice place. Very clean and comfortable stay. Could use some new furniture for back deck, but overall furnishings were good. Nice stay for a family or two couples. Would stay here again.

Super comfy!

The rental was very comfortable. It felt like home at the beach. There was an issue with the hot water heater but the property mamager solved it right away! Highly recommend for a family of 4 with children.

Really nice condo

We had a amazing time in Carolina Beach. There was an issue with laundry when we arrived but then housekeeping came and fixed everything up. If we come back, I'd like to stay here again. The Management Company was very responsive and very nice.

Carolina Beach 2024

Spent Feb. and March at this condo. It was very clean and nice. The linens were wonderful. All the beds were comfortable. It is a short walk to the ocean and the Greenway is close by. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Great place.

This place had everything you needed . Each bedroom had a bath . Linens provided. Lots of little things provided. Toilet paper , paper towels, coffee filters ect. All the beach chairs , boogie board, umbrellas all there. Beach was fantastic.

Carolina Beach

The house was very clean and comfortable. It is well equipped. We really enjoyed having the beach chairs and other beach equipment available. The beach is an easy walk. The house is also conveniently located to the boardwalk and the NC Aquarium. We had a very nice stay.

Great beach house

What a great house in Carolina Beach. Couple blocks from the beach, don’t let the distance scare you it’s an easy walk and In a great neighborhood. The home was very clean and we loved the beachy decor. Love the top balcony. The outdoor shower is wonderful. Thanks for having us!

Family Getaway

I have a grandson at UNC Wilmington so I rented this property so that we could all be together. We enjoyed the convenience to the campus, beach, aquarium and restaurants. The townhouse gave us plenty of room to play games and prepare meals.

Family Wedding

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay! The layout of the house was nice with a separate bathroom for each bedroom. The walk to the beach was not too bad, and we were grateful for all the beach items that were available to borrow. When arriving at the beach, that particular area wasn't as busy as those closer to the boardwalk, so that was nice as well. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable, and had pretty much anything you could need. The outdoor shower was great as to not track the beach back in with us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Especially the proximity to the beaches. The home was well equipped. While the bathrooms were very clean, I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the kitchen. With that being said, I am extremely picky and a bit of a clean freak. Overall, we had a great visit and I would rent it again and I would also recommend the property.
