Vackert konstruerat hem beläget i de lugna kvarterna i Lake Tahoe västkust. Gourmetkök, sova för 8, spel att njuta av, och mer erbjuds på detta vackra semester hem. Nära till stränder, skidorter och restauranger. Den unika entrén har 20-tak och sten- och trägolv. Planera att äta i, med vårt gourmetkök och ljusa matplats för åtta, kan du njuta av en hemlagad måltid hemma. Det stora rummet har en stor sten spis och ett komplett underhållningscenter. Det stora däck utanför det stora rummet har plats för 6 + en propangrill i full storlek - det har utsikt över den lugna och privata trädgården.

Det rymliga sovrummet har en romantisk öppen spis, stor TV och en lugn sittgrupp, samt en bubbelbadkar i eget badrum. Perfekt för en avkopplande morgon eller kväll. Det finns ytterligare två sovrum på nedervåningen och familjerum med stor TV, spel och en våt bar. Ta dig en minut för att njuta av den åtta personliga badtunnan från undre däck och njuta av frisk luft utomhus efter en dag i sluttningarna eller vid stranden. Vårt hem ligger på Tahoe's West Shore i staden Tahoma mellan Homewood och Meeks Bay. Det är en verklig flykt från ett livligt liv, men bara några minuter från allt du behöver. På sommaren erbjuder Tahoma tillgång till vackra stränder, cykling och vandring samt några minuter från Chambers Landing Bar and Grill, som ligger bredvid en trevlig sandstrand. Eller våga några mil söderut till Sugar Pine Point State Park för att njuta av fiske, sandstränder, historiska turer och fler vandringsleder. På vintern kommer du att njuta av att vara nära populära skidorter och snöskor.

Halcyon House is a spacious welcoming home with nice large bedrooms and baths. The open floor plan upstairs made preparing meals and relaxing easy and comfortable. We enjoyed hiking nearby, driving to different spots to paddleboard and quiet walks in the neigborhood. When our kids can join us, I would like to stay again.

This house was very lovely and great for our family. Only issues were that they were pretty stingy with items, such as “bar soap in each bathroom” (quarter sized soap bar smaller than any hotel I’ve ever stayed), tissue paper toilet paper (I went and got decent TP), 2 rolls of paper towels, no cleaners (went and bought counter spray since I like to keep a clean kitchen), and many spots in the carpet from previous guests yet they said you had to call them if dog accidents for them to clean, so I assume these people didn’t clean them when they happened, which is not great for the next guests. The downstairs bathroom had mold on the shower curtain, so overall, these things are easy for the property owner to fix or easy for guests to pick up at the market down the street. The house is in a great location in Tahoma, with a great table for games and space for my family to all hang out in the same room. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will most likely book again next time we are in Tahoma!

Great time in Tahoma

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great for my wife and I and our tow young adult kids. Everything was great, but in the spirit of improving, the tv situation in the living room should be modernized and the shower pressure in the master bathroom could be improved. Other than that, lioved that they are dog -friendly, quiet neighborhood, hot tub, backed up to a ton of trails, etc

Weekend away

Tahoma is a great spot and the home is in a great neighborhood! Lovely home and comfortable beds. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed. BBQ was filthy and the cleaning tool was awful. The house keeping could do a better job cleaning… shower curtain has mold and lots of cobwebs. Extra pillows would be a plus! Overall we had a great time. We just expected a little more for the price.

First & Second times the charm!

We’ve stayed in this lovely home before and we’re happy to find it available again for this trip. It's always so clean and well-maintained. The bed is sumptuous and the kitchen is well-appointed with up-to-date appliances. The home is right next to Sugar Pine Point Park, which offers the best in hiking and snowshoeing, so we never have to get in the car for the best of both worlds. We had a minor issue with the fireplace and the property management representatives were so helpful and responsive. There are stairs, so someone mobility-challenged may have an issue, but considering the amount of snow we got during our stay, we were happy for the elevation! We’ll definitely be back!

Clean and comfortable stay!

This property was beautiful. Very cozy and spacious inside, large kitchen that was fully equipped to cook in. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. The entire place was clean and very comfortable to stay in. It was nice we could park in the garage for those cold mornings. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay

We loved our time at this beautiful home in Tahoma. The house was sparkling clean, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. We loved sitting by the fire watching the snow fall. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare several meals. We especially loved the quiet neighborhood for walking and exploring. The rental company was especially great to work with, too. Highly recommend this gorgeous home!

Great house and relaxing location

Cabin was perfect and had everything we needed Location is quiet and away from busy areas of Tahoe. Can easily get to Tahoe city or major ski resorts in less than 30 mins. Perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Will definitely try to book again soon!

This is a wonderful property. The house is in excellent condition, was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is wonderful, close to everything but tucked away enough so that it was private and quiet. We liked it so much we've already rented it for next year.

We didn't want to leave

We absolutely loved the house. It was better than expected. Everything about our stay was amazing. The location is awesome...so close to the forest and the lake. Your kitchen is spectacular. For all of us that love to cook, it was a pleasure to cook and dine at the counter. We all took advantage of the hot tub...especially after paddle boarding and hiking. Looking forward to doing this again soon. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

Nice visit

All the bear warnings and wire's were a bit alarming, however we never encountered a bear. Nice house,, but smoke alarm went off several times, but finally stopped. Wish there was air conditioning however understand it’s hard to come by in Tahoe. A few maintenance issues, broken toilet holder, dresser drawers, but overall very nice.

Reviewer Comments: Halcyon House is situated on a quiet, dead end street in Tahoma, steps away from trails at Sugar Pine Point State Park., and a few blocks from the bike path. The rooms and living area were very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had a nice pantry to store our food, and had everything we needed for cooking.The jacuzzi and ping pong table were an added bonus!

Beautiful and cleanly home- in good location- as next to state park with easy access to beach- 10 min bike ride or 25 min walk. Highly recommended. The only negative things we experienced were-the kitchen faucet handle was detached from its base and made it tricky to use all week, and some neighbors did not respect the quiet ordinance at night so we had to wait for police to take action and break up the party

Halcyon House in Tahoma Ca

Loved the house . Our 20th year staying in Tahoma, first In this home. Lots of bears this year with the late spring weather into July. Home felt like a ranger station high above the Forrest. Bears playing in the yard and passing by on a daily basis. Just sit in the living room and keep your eyes peeled for the bears in the yard.
