Our stay

No access to Laundry room, no cable in living room, no access to the small office at the front, never interacted with a person the whole week. Called the number that went to answering machine. The room was clean. Internet worked.

Great location for accessing Gatlinburg and the National Park. Nice amount of space!

Overall our stay was very enjoyable! We were able to walk to Gatlinburg to enjoy the restaurants and shops. The location was also convenient for hiking in the national park because it was located close to many trail heads. The space in the condo was perfect and it was especially nice to have two bathrooms. The balcony provided great views. The check in and check out process was very simple and easy!

Great location and great view. But our smoke detector was going off then entire stay!

Great location and great view! But our smoke detector kept going off and when I tried to reach out to someone to fix it I kept getting told it was going to get fixed but no one fixed so we berly got any sleep

Great Stay!

Very Clean (except the air filters: very dusty) 5 year old spilled water out of the tub and went to clean the floor with white towel and little dirt was on the towel. Ceiling fan light in master bedroom was out (flickering) but we used the side table lamps. The TV remotes in the bedrooms were very hard to figure out.

Never again

I do not plan to stay on a Vacasa property again. The property management was terrible. On first arriving, we found what looked like cigarette ash/dirt in the both toilet bowls. Then we discovered the dishes in the cupboards were filthy. I like to take my shoes off when 'at home'. Put my feet up to watch tv, and my husband pointed out bottom of my feet were BLACK with dirt. Gas fireplace did not work properly, could only see the blue pilot light in rear. There were pot lids, but no pots. The only positive experience was working with the customer service. Tina was good about attempting to fix things. She arranged for Trisha to come and clean our unit. The condo pictures were deceptive. They had arranged furniture to have it appear larger than it was. Took out the tiny table (which was the only table inside) when the pictures for the living area were taken. Although it was described as for four adults - four could not use the table at the same time. Very unpleasant stay. We left a day early to go home to our clean home

Lovely condo

Two bedroom condo was very clean upon arrival. Bedrooms were very nice sized and each had its own bathroom . Location was good. There were back stairs which led to a street that led directly to the Main Street in Downtown gatlinburg. It was a nice 5 minute walk. Saves on parking hassle and cost. The condo had all the extras you could ask for. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels , bath towels , garbage bags etc. Plenty of parking is available . We were also very impressed with the continued contact from vacasa while we were here. They let us know that our condo was ready 3 hours early, checked in with us to make sure our condo was prepared well and clean and also gave us a final email before we left . We will definitely deal with them again. All and all this was a great family vacation with my daughter and her family for the Thanksgiving holiday .

Nice condo

The floor was a little dirty (my baby’s feet were filthy) but otherwise it was great! However, not super handicapped or stroller friendly if you plan to walk everywhere because there are only stairs to get down unless you walk down the big hill.
