Snygg och mysig är vi vid älven, min hund och mig. Denna Sliding Rock Cabin ligger direkt på ELLIJAY RIVER, och har allt; biljardbord, stor veranda för uteservering, gated däck, inhägnad gård, badtunna, eldstaden, öppen spis, och naturligtvis musik av floden. Denna stuga är endast för vuxna (Inga gäster under 25 år) och behar inga katter. Hundar är välkomna utan husdjurskostnader. Konfigurationen av däck / veranda / inhägnad gård erbjuder ett säkert område för din hund 3/4 av vägen runt stugan.

Great stay!

The house was perfect for a group of four. We also had our four small dogs (note the front porch railing slots were wide enough that a small dog could fit through.) Very comfortable beds, clean and well stocked. We had a few issues with the hot tub jets and temps but still a lovely place.

Relaxing get away

Reviewer Comments: The property had a recent upgrade to the fire pit area, walkways to the front and fenced in yard, exterior fireplace and a lovely slate step down to the river - so even better than the pictures! The cabin was just as pictured-clean and well maintained.the property managers were friendly, responsive and a joy to work with. Sitting on the porch overlooking the river is the most relaxing experience. We basically stayed around the cabin enjoying the view and walks around the neighborhood. We saw deer next to our cabin everyday. I would highly recommend this cabin and company. Pet friendly-above and beyond!

Excellent Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. It was nice being secluded without being too far away from civilization. The drive to get to the cabin was a little daunting at first, but we got used to it. The nearby town of Ellijay has a very active downtown area filled with restaurants and small shops. We would definitely visit again.

Relaxing Waterfront Getaway

Each day started with breakfast on the porch while listening to the relaxing waterfront sounds of moving water over the rocks. The cabin is nestled in the woods with nature all around so enjoy the deer that come down for water and the squirrels that you can see playing in the trees. Our 2 dogs also accompanied us on the trip and the cabin is very pet friendly. There is an outside fenced area for them to run with access directly from the screened in porch. For those looking for a secluded cabin for a relaxing time, this cabin is a jewel.

Relaxing Retreat

Perfect spot in the Mountains

We saw various wildlife just hanging out at the lovely house also enjoyed shooting pool on the 2nd floor... the house was described perfectly Sliding Rock Cabins made everything very easy they gave us great directions through the mountains we went stray to the houseI would definitely love to visit the area again and would definitely rent from them again The house was immaculate kudos to the housekeepers

Smoky weekend in ellijay

Reviewer Comments: We stayed here during the terrible wildfires of 2016, was a little too smoky for outdoor activities. However, the cabin has a very homey feel and we enjoyed our stay. I would have preferred if the deck had wire fencing to prevent small dogs from wandering or falling through down to the river.
