Great location but

The property is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Soller and very close to the walking routes. However there were a few negative elements which impacted our experience. There was only one bathroom, the second bathroom was beside the swimming pool and was locked because there was a problem with it. There was a smell of damp throughout the apartment, whether this was because there was no extractor fan in the bathroom or for some other reason I'm not sure but it was a bit unpleasant. When we arrived the swimming pool was covered in a layer of green powder which the agent explained was down to a storm the day before and he would see about getting it cleaned. The pool was only cleaned on day 10 of our holiday.

Fine Apartment, Great Location

Apartment was fine. Terrace & Pool lovely but no frills inside. I’d suggest bringing your own towels, given one towel for a week which was not enough given the towels don’t dry in the dark musty apartment. Communication with the host was poor. We did not have check in details until we were stood outside the apartment, when I had to ring him to ask for the details. We had a problem with the cleanliness of the pool & when mentioned to the host he did not respond. A lot is expected of you upon check out too. A few small additions which go a long way would have been nice - some sort of welcome booklet for the apartment & Soller. Had to ask for wifi info. Basic kitchen essentials left for guests are usually common place but not here ie cooking oil, salt, pepper etc Location is great & Soller/ surrounding area is gorgeous so if you’re out and about a lot this apartment would work.

Sehr schöne zentrumsnahe Wohnung

Mein Mann und ich sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden, die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist alles da, was man gebrauchen könnte. Sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Schöne FeWo mit kleinem Pool. Sehr netter Agent. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Isoliert mit einem hohen Sichtschutz zum direkten Nachbarn mit Hund, wie es die Fotos auch wiedergeben.

„Lieblos“ ist das richtige Wort

Eine solche Unterkunft wünscht man sich nicht. Wasser in der Dusche kalt, 1x Schüssel für 4 Personen, den ganzen Tag der Lärm der Poolpumpe (wirklich Lärm) direkt an der kleinen Terasse nicht abstellbar, Vermieter melden sich nicht, Die Wohnung total leer, kein WC-papier, kein, Salz, kein Spüli, keine Müllbeutel überhaupt nichts. Saftpresse defekt, Geschirr erstenmal selbst spülen. Keine persönliche Note - lieblos eben. Wir kommen nicht mehr.

Schöne Ferienwohnung fußläufig zur stadt Soller

Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, fussläufig ca 10 Minuten ins cento Soller. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich. Pool wurde nicht benutzt, da es zu kalt war um diese Zeit. Auto parken war auch kein problem, da es eine Tiefgarage gibt die wir nutzen konnten. Wir waren zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Lovely spacious apartment

All the amenities that you could need and air conditioning was great and really needed. Pool nice size might not be suitable for smaller children was great for cooling down with plenty of sun throughout the day. Upstairs guests a bit noisy and they overlook the pool. Walk to main square 10 minutes and quite straight forward harder to drive out of town as there are so many narrow one way streets which is confusing to start off with. If you hire a car get a small one parking garage underground is tight and cannot park on street without paying. TV is mainly German and Spanish with only Sky News in English. Plenty of restaurants but all have similar limited menus in Sóller more choice in Port De Sóller. Overall a lovely place to stay and convenient for Sóller and Port De Sóller driving or on the tram bit pricey at €7 per person each way.

A delightful property which provided everything we needed

The location of the property is ideal. In a quiet neighbourhood but only about five mins from the town centre. All rooms were spacious and well appointed. Comfortable beds, modern shower room and kitchen. Inviting outside area and if the weather had been warmer we would certainly have used the pool! Mar could not have been more welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this property without hesitation. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Stunning Soller!

We returned to Soller and to this flat for the second time after loving it two years ago and yet again we had a fantastic holiday. The flat is a perfect size for us and our 1 year old and 5 year old. Mar (our fantastic hostess) kindly provided a high chair and a travel cot and our son LOVED sleeping on the top bunk of the bunk beds. The air conditioning is fantastic and a welcome relief from the 30 degree heat! Mar also gave us some essential supplies when we arrived late at night after a terrible flight delay which was most welcome. The outside area is small but perfectly formed and we had a wonderful holiday playing in the pool and dining al fresco! My husband and I enjoyed relaxing dinners and wine on the patio when the kids were alsleep. The flat is clean, well presented and also feels very secure. The centre of Soller is gorgeous and there are interesting shops and a lovely square where kids can play whilst parents drink coffee/wine! It is an easy 10 minute walk from the flat. There are two kids playgrounds near the flat too (one with a bar next to it). There is a Spar at the end of the road of the flat and a larger supermarket Eroski 10 minutes walk and also a shop near to the Eroski which sells every kind of pool inflatable you can imagine. We look forward to returning next year!

Excellent apartment with fantastic pool in a great location

Modern, well presented, air conditioned apartment within a short walking distance of Sóller centre. Children were in the pool at least twice a day. The pool is pretty deep (c5ft deep at the shallow end) but our 8 and 9 year old coped well with the depth (which was perfect for a lot of jumping in!). Spar shop on the corner sold a good rannge if food and drink with a fresh meat counter (note: it is closed between 1:30 and 5pm and on Sundays). Within walking distance to bus stop to various locations including Puerto de Soller (and if you do visit, Bar Ocea is worth a visit for fresh fruit cocktails and smoothies). Only slight downside was I got eaten by mosquitoes so come prepared. All in all an excellent apartment and location. Highly recommend if you are to visit Soller xx

The apartment surpassed our expectations and had all required for a really enjoyable vacation.

Mar was very easy to deal with; she responded to emails, texts and phone calls within minutes and gave us a warm welcome and orientation to the apartment on arrival. The apartment itself was always cool - even without AC - and the rooms very clean, well presented and spacious. The terrace with the pool were sublime - the pool was much bigger than expected.

Perfect for a family holiday, great location

Property had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. Outdoor space with pool and terrace was even better than we expected. Our two little girls loved spending hours in the pool. Apartment had everything we needed and the air conditioning was excellent. We found the location very quiet and peaceful. We liked that it felt out of town and yet was so close to the main square. Having a supermarket so close to the apartment was extremely handy too (2 min walk). Sóller itself has lots to offer and is stunning. The Miro and Picasso exhibit in the train station is a great discovery. We also enjoyed walking around the market on Saturday and taking the tram to visit the port. Would definitely recommend this property and location.

Lovely week here in Soller

Great location just ten minutes walk into town Mar was very helpful and informative and overall we thought the apartment was ideal for us as a couple The weather was not always hot enough to use pool but we found plenty to see and do and loved the tram journey to the Port which is very pretty The bed was comfortable and the kitchen good although more wine and beer glasses would be useful. If you want to use the DVD player you need to bring some with you. Our favourite restaurant was Sa Granja in the main square in Soller We have had a lovely week here and certainly recommend the apartment Mandy 56 and Michael 65

Comfortable apartment

Although the apartment was comfortable enough, it lacked privicy from the people in the apartment above it was also fairly noisey from them also. There is a hot tub on the terrace above the main bedroom so when guess were using that late at night it was noisey, it all depends on who is renting the apartment above!! It is within walking distance of soller and the many restaurants, parking is a nightmare in soller you even have to pay in the street outside, fortunately the apartment does have use of a garage across the road. The whole experience of Majorca wasn't for us it was far too busy, with a lot of traffic, but many people will enjoy it.

Great place to stay

The flat is lovely and in a good location, an easy walk to the centre. The outside space is wonderful and the accommodation comfortable. Mar, the property manager is friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and hope to return to Soller later in the year.

Sóller right at your doorstep

The apartment is located just a short walk from the city center and was therefore perfect for our holiday. Outdoor pool and terrace are perfect to relax. Living area is small jet very comfortable, kitchen is equipped with all necessities. Second bathroom is outside right next to the pool. We had a wonderful time! Thank you to Mar and all her helpers.

clean, modern, well equipped, comfortable and in a convenient location

Parking in nearby underground private facility, good for a small car. Kitchen excellent and would benefit from a couple more saucepans. Excellent walks direct from accommodation. Short distance by car, bus or tram to Port de Soller (evening sun). Quiet, convenient location. Mar was very helpful with keys and instructions.

Nice stay in Sóller

The apartment was very clean and had a nice pool (although it was a bit too cold outside to take a bath) and had everything we needed. We could put the car in a garage, a little bit narrow to navigate in, but ok with a smaller car (we had a Opel Mokka). It is also close to Fornalutx, Port de Sóller and beautiful trails to walk or run.

Lovely apartment and good location

We really enjoyed our week in Soller and this apartment suited our needs. The location is a very easy 7-10 min walk into the town and is in a very quiet street. The pool is perfect for a family of four and we spent so much time in there, even with people in the apartment above it still felt private and secluded. Didn't realise the 2nd bathroom was outside by the pool but that does make things a bit easier rather than having to go into the apartment bathroom. The Spar is at the end of the road so great for frequent trips if needed. One thing to note is that it doesn't open on a Sunday so if you're arriving late on a Saturday you'll have a longer walk to the nearest open supermarket. There is a great choice of restaurants in the town and we didn't have a bad meal all week. Even if you want to eat in there is a great pizza/Indian take away within short walking distance that I'd recommend. Although there is an area that you could have a barbecue there are no facilities for this so suggest you bring/buy your own. The tram into the Port isn't cheap (€7 per person one way) but still worth the trip. I'd advise to get on at the first stop by the train station to make sure you get a seat. A cheaper experience is the local church at €1 per person and has a lot of history in it. All in all a great week in Soller and looking forward to coming back one day.

Lovely Apartment in Soller

Would like to recommend this lovely apartment which is 5 minute walk from the centre of Soller. The apartment was clean and in good condition and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Mar the owner met us and handed over keys and was very informative of the area and very helpful. Port de Soller is 10 mins on the bus and has a lovely beach and lots of restaurants. Recommend the Kingfisher. Soller has an array of good restaurants as well. Def recommend this apartment.

Fantastic!

Arrived in Soller, Mar (manager) came to find us as we were lost! She guided us to the apartment. It was amazing, everything modern, spotlessly clean and everything you needed. The pool is fantastic and spent most of the holiday in there as it was so hot. The apartment is 5 minutes from the centre and the local spar 100 yards away. We had the best time and would highly recommend this apartment. Mar let us stay until late in the afternoon as no one was due in to the following day ,which saved us wondering around. We didn't have a car but the bus service is very regular and cheap. Will definitely return. Mar thank you again.

Value for money!

Sikke en fantastisk oplevelse. Billederne passer med oplevelsen. Jeg dummer mig nok ved at skrive denne anmeldelse, for dette "hus" er virkelig flere penge værd. Mar var venlig og imødekommende. Jeg har kun gode ting og sige om dette hus.

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung - knapp 4 Sterne

Danke an alle ehrlichen Rezensenten dieser Welt - hier mein Beitrag: Gepflegte und recht gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit privatem Pool, wir waren ganz zufrieden. Noch besser wäre sie mit einer Lüftung für das Badezimmer, Mückengittern vor dem Fenster, ohne offene Chlorabfälle vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster und einer besseren WLAN-Verbindung. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren es ca. 56kb/s - wenn denn mal Daten übertragen wurden, was auch sporadisch der Fall war. Der Parkplatz ist in einer separaten Tiefgarage mit einem eigenwilligen Tor. Ein- und Ausparken schult das Rangieren auf engem Raum und man lernt die Abmessungen seines Mietautos schnell kennen. Wie die beschriebenen 90m2 berechnet wurden, hat sich uns nicht erschlossen, wahrscheinlich zählen der Aussenbereich und das etwas muffige "Gym" dazu. Übrigens hängt am Nachbarhaus eine Kamera, die den Aussenbereich mit erfasst. Die Verwalterin Mar ist sehr nett und wir wurden mit einer Flasche Wein und exzellenten Orangen überrascht - ¡muchas gracias!
