Trevligt inredda nybygg med allt du behöver för en perfekt strandresa! Hemmet är i slutet av culdesac på enormt mycket med massor av parkering och integritet. Stort däck på övervåningen är perfekt för att umgås, lyssna på vågorna och titta på havet. Däck har sol och skugga. Stort underhållande område i nedervåningen välkomnar familj och vänner att umgås, laga mat på gasgrill och äta upp eller ner med ätautrymmen på båda däck. Också rolig bar, hästskor & Bimini.
Bottenvåningen dusch är bekvämt för en snabb sköljning när du återvänder från stranden eller tar din dusch för natten! Om du bryr dig om att fiska - använd fiskrengöringsstationen bakom duschen för att förbereda din fångst! Foton berättar historien om detta hem mer än ord. Njut av!!

Everything is absolutely beautiful here and the best location to the beach. The door was a little hard to lock but that is literally the only issue during our entire stay! Can’t wait to turn this into our spot for an annual trip!!

We stayed at Sip ‘N Sea for a total of 4 nights and our stay was wonderful. The host (Carin) communicated well before our stay so we knew what to expect. The beach was a 5min walk and we enjoyed it every day during our stay. The house was clean and we had plenty of room for the 6 in my family that came along. Everything was fantastic and I look forward to coming back to Crystal Beach in the future. I hope this property is available when we head back! :)

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed to feel right at home—from cozy furniture to a fully stocked kitchen. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the water with super easy access. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore the beach, this place is perfect. Highly recommend for anyone planning a coastal escape!

Stunning Retreat

The home was absolutely stunning with beautiful furnishings and appliances, gorgeous and unique coastal decorations, beautiful outdoor furniture, huge deck and beautiful sunsets. We rent regularly in West Beach in Galveston, but this home was one of the most impressive homes we have stayed in with all the beautiful decor. We hope to stay again soon and highly recommend this special home to anyone looking for a lovely retreat in Crystal Beach. To the owners -- thank you for sharing your special place!

Perfect Family Getaway

Great host, house, and location. Checkin was simple and host was always quick in communication. Home was very clean and stocked with essentials for those who enjoy cooking. Short, quick walk to the beach. Home was perfect for our extended weekend family vacation.

Our son lives in Mississippi and we live in Arlington so we decided to meet here for a much needed vacation ! He proposed to his girlfriend at the beach everything about it was delightful, definitely coming back ! House had everything we needed and more ! 😃

Spring Break Get Away

Our stay at Sip N Sea was a great time away for a few days. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, it had great outside amenities, the area was so quiet and peaceful, and the weather was nice on top of it all.

Family and Kid Friendly

Beautiful home! We have a 3 year old and 10 year old and they both were entertained with the nearby beach and plenty of indoor and outdoor toys the home provided! The kitchen was spacious, comfy beds and beautiful deck! We made good use of the grill along with the provided outdoor games! There was a missing sheet on one of the beds and I felt the check-out list was a little bit tedious so give yourself plenty of time to begin the process. Overall- we had a great stay and made wonderful memories!

Our forever getaway!

This was our first time staying at Sip ‘N Sea and definitely not our last! It was the cleanest property and felt like a home away from home. The open layout was perfect and the house had everything you needed, and more! The patio was perfect with a lot of different seating, and you can see and hear the ocean waves. It feels more private with no one on either side of you. We are already talking about our next trip! Our kids 1 and 4 had the best time! I can see making this a yearly trip for us and we look forward to making more memories at this property!

The perfect beach house!

We had the best experience with this perfect beach house. It was extremely clean, super cute, and perfect for our group of teenage girls we had with us. We had the slight mishap of the house being struck by lightning but the property manager was wonderful during the ordeal. She made sure we had everything we needed and got things fixed right away. We will definitely be booking here again!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose Sea Breeze because the lot size was one of the larger we found. We prefer this end of the beach for a bit more of a quiet, family friendly feel. When you have a beach house, you can always use more room, but we were happy to start our first build with this 3 bedroom split floorplan. Entertaining outside is always a priority so we built a larger deck and added downstairs entertaining areas. We lovingly and painstakingly created a home away from home and hope our visitors enjoy and care for it as their own!

We are very near the beach with a short walk to cart path. Our neighborhood is small and neighbors watch out for each other. It's a quieter neighborhood with not a lot of activity. Family oriented and low key. We prefer that feel over the party scene!
