We had a great time in this home. The place was very clean and had the perfect amount of space. The furniture, kitchen, and back deck were very nice. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals to save money which we lacked at our last VRBO, so that was great to have! Thank you to the host!

We’ll definitely be renting it again if it’s available. The management company is also a 10/10.

Great House With Ocean View!

Staying at this property was a wonderful and very comfortable experience. It is a well-appointed and well-maintained house with a great view of the ocean. Everything you need for in-home cooking is available in the beautiful, spacious kitchen. The primary bedroom is nice and cozy, and the bathroom is very spacious, especially the walk-in shower. Everything was very clean!

Hey Andrew, I will never understand having a "sabbath mode" for a stove. Especially though, making it SO difficult to turn it off! Thank you SO much for your patience. H :-)

Nottingham gem

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve rented numerous properties in Cambria with family and we all agreed this property is one of our favorites. Beautiful upgraded kitchen a joy to cook in. Well stocked. Great location and access to beach and park. Only negative is the small dining area and table. We were a party of 3 so it was okay. We would rent it again.

Fantastic Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Nottingham! The views and location are amazing, we loved the close proximity to the ocean and to the little park just a block away. We walked to town, relaxed, and just had a great experience. We took daily walks at the nature preserve just a few blocks away; it is absolutely magical! The house was clean and comfortable, the floor plan was great. The kitchen and appliances were one of the best aspects of the home. A couple things to note, some of the blinds were broken, probably from a lot of use, but it would be great if those were fixed and there was no laundry detergent but we bought some so we could use the laundry.

Awesome Home and Location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home had a great view of the Pacific Ocean and was very spacious. It was modern and clean. The only issue there was no shampoo, conditioner and body soap. I tried calling the management office and no body answered and I e-mailed no answer. I would recommend having access to these items. Other than that I will be back.

Beautiful New Home Steps from the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a gorgeous home in a perfect location on Park Hill - steps away from Shamel Park and Moonstone Beach. It's still got that "new house" smell. The views from upstairs are incredible. It was raining the whole weekend so we didn't get to enjoy the deck much. But we definitely enjoyed the push-button convenience of the fireplace. My wife and I went here for a birthday weekend. We've been coming to Cambria for 20 years and this is one of the best houses we've stayed in. The location, the comfort, the amenities can't be beat. And the team at Cambria Vacation Rentals is the best! We'll be back!
