Nice group stay, perhaps book directly

House was great. 30 mins walk to convention center. The 10pm cutoff on using the pool is a bit unfortunate (warning signs threatening big fines, and cameras).Would book directly with Funtierland next time. When I had to call them (to adjust dates) it was easy to speak to a human, and they were very helpful. Going through this website really added nothing but hassle.

Disney home

Loved staying here with the family. Space for everyone to decompress after a busy day at disney. Easy walk to disney gate, and quick Uber when the kids are too tired to walk another step. Quiet neighbourhood. Kids loved the heated pool for quiet days. Good kitchen and barbeque to keep food costs down. A couple of grocery stores in easy walking distance, and many more for easy delivery.

Conveniently Located, Fit Lots of Us!

We enjoyed our stay here, it nicely met the needs of our team while attending Expo West, getting to all stay together and hang out in the common areas. Pool and hot tub were much appreciated after a long day on the trade show floor. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked, but it could benefit from a little refresh.

Disney Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House met our overall needs and is in a great location.But it is outdated - especially the kitchen and bathrooms.The bathrooms are a little dingy (the second bathroom really needs a new shower curtain and the drain is slow). Also, there are a lot of restrictions - quiet times, parking, thermostat restrictions. I realize some of these are city enforced, but after a long, hot 95 degree day at Disney I want to be able to turn the thermostat lower than 75. Two of the rooms were extra hot with very little airflow/circulation. Overall ok, but we will probably not stay here again.

good hotel alternative, not perfect

We stayed at the house for 4nights. We've been to DL several times and this was our first time renting a house. The extra room, kitchen use and private pool were great. House was well equipped with plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner and kitchen needs. We walked to/from the parks. It took probably 15 min to get to downtown Disney and 20 to the gates of the parks. And, we had 5 adults, two walking kids and an infant. We used the double stroller. It wasn't perfect but got the job done. It was nice to not have to pack that in our car. It was great to in walking distance...After all those miles what's another mike there and back?! My inlaws did uber back and forth one day and it was $3...great option! We did encounter a few problems. I had a package delivered to the rental house hat arrived just before we got to the house our first day. They fully warned us that we could have it delivered but would offer no assistance with packages if problems encountered. The packages were not there when we arrived. No fault to the owners but it was a bummer as part of our kids bday present was in it. I imagine the cleaners were there when they arrived. Second,we had a pool/lounge/BBQ day planned before our Disney days. We got a bunch of stuff to BBQ and then the BBQ had no propane. They offered to replace it of course but we were not able to BBQ the rest of the trip because we were in the parks. Also, between park visits my mother in law took a dip in the pool and the pool was cold(we payed extra for heated pool). The refunded our money for that day...but, again a little bit of a bummer. The last thing is that we had our cooler lid disappear the last day we were there. It had been sitting in the garage with some other things. Perhaps the pool person thought it was garbage? I don't know? We searched everywhere. they apologized but offered no suggestions. It was just weird. Overal, I'd say renting a house was a pretty good experience. I'd do it again. The same price as the hotels directly across the street from Disney and way more room. This company was responsive...

Great Family Stay!!

I was traveling with 8 of my family members & we met up with some friends in California. This location was GREAT!! Close to Disneyland, like watch fireworks from the house EVERY night close!!! The house was well equipped & neatly decorated!! Kitchen amenities, beach toys, pool floaties 4 the kids, even stroller & pack n plays!! We could easily connect to our Netflix account for the down time!Even great customer service for the night our kids locked us out of the house!!!

Great location for walking to Disneyland

Really enjoyed our stay, will happily stay here again. So much better than a hotel as you get four different rooms with beds, a kitchen, fridge, living room, washer/dryer, etc. We walked every day to Disneyland and did not have to worry about parking or traffic, great location. And a few times came back midday to relax at the house then head back to Disney. Great place.

Great location and neighborhood

We really enjoyed staying at the Pirate’s Cove! The house is in a great, quiet neighborhood which I love as I’m not much of a noise person. There was plenty of space for our group of 6. Taking an Uber to Disneyland was simple, easy and quick. Overall the house suited our needs great, however, for those that like a pristine, new house, this is not it. It is an older house and you can tell it is a rental as there are some repairs and improvements that could be made. Regardless, it was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool immensely!

Wonderful place! Just as described and pictured. Great communication, very clean, easy check in, 6 minute drive to Disney, pool was warm, plenty of space for multi family guests. Would definitely stay again!

Outstanding service

Communication was top notch. Loved how easy it was to get into contact. House was impeccably clean and well stocked with towels and swimming towels. Kids loved the fact that there were floaters to play with in the pool. Kitchen was generally well stocked with plates and glasses. Some sugar would have been great to fuel up our coffee in the morning. Location is top notch with a short drive to the parking lot. Will definitely recommend.

Nice location, fun home

Good communication. Nice home, plenty of room. Due to strict quiet and parking rules, it was a bit nerve-wracking to wonder if we were compliant enough. Walk to Disneyland wasn't bad ...quicker than driving, parking & tram process. Uber was 5 minutes.

Six days of fun!

The house was roomy with plenty of rooms for our family of 14. Was concerned the 2 bathrooms wouldn't be enough, but no issues in the end. Refrigerator's in door water and ice didnt work; however, onsite manager had ice delivered to us along with the pack n play that was not available upon our arrival. The hottub operated normaly the first day we arrived but after that we had to call or text mgmt to have them turn on the hot water remotely. Not a big deal just an extra step. Foosball table was broken so we weren't able to use it. Trashcans were left full upon our arrival. We were told the cans would be put out for trash day but the narrow driveway didn't allow the grounds person to do it. Had we known in advance we would've happily put them out. Mgmt had to come and take some trash to make room for us. It appeared to be a recurring issue so was surprised they didn't ask us to put the cans out in the first place. Lack of doormats allowed dirt to track in so we had to sweep regularly. All that said, beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of towels for the bathrooms and for the pool/beach. We enjoyed the pool and hottub very much! The kitchen was well stocked with everything but the food so we enjoyed preparing our meals and eating together at the large table with a small countertop bar nearby. We appreciated the double stroller and beach toys and beach towels provided for our use. Great house! Curfew STRICTLY ENFORCED!

Family Vacation spot

Overall we had a great stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids loved the pool. Fast communication with management. We thought it was a little closer to Disney land so we ended up driving instead of walking, but it was an easy commute. Only complaint is check out being 10am, but we can’t make any noise outside until 9am. So that made checkout very rushed

Hidden fees

Can’t park in the driveway without getting fined. Can’t stay on the patio past 10 pm without getting a noise violation. Can’t be on the patio earlier than 9 am. Garbage pickers in the neighborhood. Stand off with officers pulled guns on street during our stay. More fines tried to be applied after received tickets for parking in the driveway. Shutters falling off the house.

Great Location, large and perfect floor plan for families

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. 40 minute drive to Huntington Beach and a quick 5 minute Uber to Disneyland! Great floor plan, plenty of room and a pool and hot tub. We struggles with getting the hot tub warm and it does not always stay warm. So if you set it when you head out for the day, it won’t be ready when you are back and ready to enjoy it…that along with the kitchen needing some updates on items like bottle openers or baggies would be our only “complaints”. You can see the fireworks from the front yard which was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Disney trip

Overall it was great! The house is well stocked and the pool and hot tub were so nice. It was a little farther from Disney than we anticipated which was hard with the little legs for the kiddos. We made it work and still had a blast! Just ended up using Uber to get to and from the park a couple times to save some leg energy. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen worked out great. Nice to have a garage.

Nice stay

Beds were comfy, pool was nice. Nicely set up and the kids had fun with the theme rooms. The house could really use someone to go through it and replace the things that are worn out. We did let the manager know there were no spoons and had a big pack of spoons within an hour. Management was very responsive and fixed any problems we had.

Our only complaints were the very strict hours of quiet time, the floors were so dirty it made our feet black and the Internet NEVER worked. Even when I called and messaged the rental company about the internet it never got fixed. Otherwise we enjoyed the location and house.
