This place was perfect.Next time we are in the area, I’m definitely gonna try to book this house again. My 8 year old asked if we could live there.

The house was clean and check-in was easy. The home is older and seemed to have add on rooms but some of those were a little warm. The kids absolutely love the castle bed room and the pool. There is a Starbucks within walking distance and a Ralph’s right across the street from there. Overall it was a great experience and large enough to host our family. We had two cars so parking was not an issue.

Had to rewash some pots and pans. Garbage disposal stinks -probably needs to be replaced. Spiderwebs covering pool and hot tub area. Disappointed since I was told we could not check in early due to cleaning and the place was advertised as well taken care of. I booked this for a girls trip and wish I saw a review like this. Neighborhood is nice and safe. It is spacial and has all the amities you’d need, great for big fam Disney trip, it just was not up to the caliber that is advertised. Or charged

Wonderful location. Close to Disneyland. 15 minutes from Knoxberry Farm. Peaceful neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the pool. Would visit again.

My family and I loved our stay! This home is so spacious! We loved being able to park our car in a garage, and we felt safe in this neighborhood. We absolutely loved all the Alice in Wonderland decor. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again!

Hot tub was cold when we arrived, but it was fixed the next day. Kitchen could use a rice cooker and a bigger crockpot, new pool furniture and a light by the bar b q grill

Disney themed, great space, very close to Disney parks! We had a group of 9 and there was plenty of room for everyone!

The space was very roomy and no one felt that they couldn't have their privacy (for a group of business colleagues).

It was a good size house for our family and it was nice that 3 of the rooms had their own bathrooms. It was kid friendly and fun for the grand kids. Although it was a long walk, we were able to walk to downtown Disney and the drive to Disneyland was quick. There was some wear and tear on the house. Screen door kept coming off and broken cabinet in the kitchen, but this was just reported to the owners. There was a lot of rules that needed to be followed including not having guests over without their names being on a list and not being able to go outside after 10pm. It seemed to be a high expectation put on the guests in terms of check out chores after paying a cleaning fee. We also didn’t think the cameras in the backyard were necessary. All and all it was a good stay.

Thank you for your feedback. While we understand that reporting daytime visitors may seem tedious, the city of Anaheim is very strict about occupancy limits at the house and requires hosts to include daytime visitors into the occupancy for the property. The cameras in the back yard are for our guests' safety and security, so I apologize that you felt these were unnecessary. We're glad that the layout of the property worked so well for your group, though, and that the themes were enjoyed :)

This was a perfect place for 13 of us

We had a great holiday. Very busy Disneyland knotts Berry farm and universal Studio. Would recommend staying here

The home is ideally located to Disneyland. Home functions well for a large group. Home has some deferred maintaince but was very clean. Would rent again
