Detta 4-sovrumshus med 3 badrum ligger i det populära Solana Resort, nära Publix stormarknad och restauranger.

Vår vackra och rymliga villa ligger på en nivå och har två vardagsrum och två matplatser. Den formella matsalen och vardagsrummet på framsidan av huset och anslutet till köket är en frukostkrok och familjerum som leder ut på poolen. Villan är helt luftkonditionerad och har ett sovrum med eget badrum och ett junior sovrum med eget badrum. De två tvåbäddsrummen delar ett extra badrum. Alla rum har TV förutom familjerummet.

Garaget har inrättats som ett spelrum med fotboll och biljardbord.

En av de stora fördelarna med Solana Resort är säkerheten och säkerheten det erbjuder eftersom det är en 24-timmars bevakad gated community. Det finns ingen genomgående trafik och anläggningarna tillhandahålls uteslutande för användning av villaägare och deras gäster.

The home we stayed at was wonderful. The owners stayed in contact with us to make sure everything was going well and to let us know of things we may be interested in doing while there. The home was perfect for us and well maintained. We would definitely stay again!

Family hopifay

Well what can I say this house is unbelievable the owners have thought of everything. Arrival was very quick and the security staff are very friendly. The house was spotless the pool and hot tub were just what you need after a day at the parks. I would highly recommend this property as everything is so easy to get to from here.

Family Disney Vaca

We loved this house! It was close to Disney and Universal which were are main targets for this stay. My girls loved the pool and hot tub. The house was big enough that we weren’t on top of each other and everyone had their own space. We received a message from the host midway through our stay to make sure we were enjoying the house and that everything was going okay, which was very thoughtful. This is a great family house!

Great place to stay!

An Amazing Experience

Our family had an awesome experience at Susan and Rick's property. It was a much shorter drive than we expected to Disney, and we spent our non-Disney days hanging out by the pool. The house had everything we needed plus more. We would definitely stay here again!

Super stay in Orlando

An amazing house, really spacious and great location for visiting the Disney parks. After a day at the parks it was lovely to come back and cool off in the pool or relax in the hot tub. A great family holiday and would definitely recommend this house - 5 stars!

Great home away from home for Disney destination trip

Such a nice place!

Such a relaxing, clean, and fun place to stay! The beds were comfortable. The pool was the perfect temperature. The back yard also provides just the right amount of privacy. We will definitely be back.

Great Vacation Home!!!

We had such a great time!!!! The house was very family friendly and in such a quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub made such an enjoyable way to wind down a day. It is in great proximity to anything you want to do. We went to Universal & Outlet Mall Shopping. I would DEFINITELY recommend this house.

Lovely home close to Disney

We brought our 5 year-old grandson to Disney World. It was great being able to come home from our busy days and stay at such a lovely home, swim in the pool and relax in the hot tub. We were surprised at how nice it was and would love to stay there again.

Great family house!

The house was very clean when we arrived. It was plenty of space for our family, and the kids loving having their own rooms. It was awesome to have our own pool to go to after spending the days at the parks. Communication with the owners was great before and during the visit. We all loved staying here!

Family Vaca

House as advertised. Close to all attractions/shopping or stay and play at the pool or community center. Plenty for everyone to do. For those that like to cook, it was nice to find a house with decent cookware and sharp knives. And if you get the opportunity you can see Space Coast rocket launches from the back yard. Would definitely stay again.

Great House and Property Owners!

The house was beautiful and clean! The pool was nice and we enjoyed everything including the theming in the kids rooms. We would definitely stay again! The neighborhood was cute and gated which made it nice to enjoy. We did not use the larger pool as having our own in the backyard was perfect but it looked nice and the cute little bar is as well!
