Önskvärt bottenvåningsenhet beläget på den vackra marken Kona Isle och bara några steg från en soluppvärmd utomhuspool med direkt utsikt över vardagsrummet vid havet och BBQ vid den steniga strandlinjen. Ett trevligt och avkopplande område att njuta av i lite sol, koppla av i skuggan, titta på valar och havsliv eller solnedgången. Kona Isle ligger bredvid Ali'i Saltwater pool som är statligt ägt (inte övervakat, simma / använda på egen risk).

Vår enhet är ett snyggt möblerat ett sovrum ett badrum lägenhet med stor platt-TV, kabel-TV och WIFI internet. A / C-enhet ger ett bekvämt utrymme att koppla av efter en dag med äventyr på paradisön Hawaii.

Enheten har ett fullt utrustat kök (ingen ugn) med diskmaskin, duschkabin i badrummet och tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten.

Kona Isle ligger nära Kailua med flera restauranger och köpcentra, White Sands Beach Park, Kahalu'u Beach Park och Ali'i Garden Market. En lokal vagn stannar framför Kona Isle och är tillgänglig för transport till flera lokala områden.

Great Kona Condo

Cute vacation rental in Kona

We really enjoyed our stay in James's condo! It's a great location, really close to everything in the Kona area, and we especially loved spending time on the terrace and in the pool, plus the fact that the Ali'i Salt Water Pool is right next-door!

Fabulous condo in Kona!

Everything about this condo was perfect! It was beautifully designed for vacation rental, with all the accoutrements we could have imagined included. We were able to eat outside on the patio most meals. James was a great host, very responsive- although we had very few concerns, as he covered questions we may have had with email/text instructions. We also loved the complex and how friendly they all were. Swimming in the pool, watching the Humpbacks, grilling/sunset watching right from the the property grounds.

Beautiful little condo!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is very clean and well appointed. Very well maintained. We stayed with our five year old son and on the night we arrived the pull out couch had been set up with sheets and pillows already laid out. This was such a nice touch and very much appreciated after a long day of travel. The condo grounds are beautiful. Also very well maintained. The pool is nice. It was a bit busy in the afternoons, which we liked because our son had a couple of children to play with. But it was empty most mornings and evenings.Beautiful ocean front location, lovely to cook dinner at the bbqs and watch the sun set! James was very responsive when a question came up. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family. We would stay again when we visit Kona. The “public” salt water pool is not swimmable. Maybe it was due to the time of year, but it is covered in algae and full of fish and other sea creatures. Although, we did enjoy going to see the fish, crabs and snails that currently live in it :)

Noise

The condo is lovely. The only issue I had was that the bedroom window opened directly onto main corridor. Several nights other guests came home late, 1-2 am, were drunk, drinking and yelling loudly. That was frustrating. I don't know what you can do about that situation.

Hawaiian Getaway

This property was the perfect place for our Hawaiian getaway. The location is superb. It’s close to town and within walking distance of many amenities like coffee shops, markets, restaurants, and shopping. The complex is oceanfront with a pool and private beach area. A great place to relax and enjoy the amenities. The condo was clean and well appointed. The owners were communicative and check in was a breeze. This is a property we would definitely return to.

Quiet on shore

The unit was clean and well stocked. Just far enough away from mid town to be quiet. The other guests and owners on the property were very friendly and informative. Great all around location and we would stay again.

Perfect stay!

We loved our stay in this condo and were sad to leave. It is one of the nicest rental properties that we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot! It is spotless and has everything you could possibly need. The A/C was a must especially in the BR. Don’t let anyone tell you it’s not necessary in Hawaii! For us, the best thing is the oceanfront location. We spent many hours sitting on the little private beach. It’s the perfect place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine and you don’t have to fight the crowds! James was lighting fast at replying to all questions. Book this slice of paradise and you won’t be sorry!

Ultimate relaxation

Very comfortable condo in a convenient location close to many restaurants and beaches. Everything you need to prepare meals for a night in and also beach necessities provided which was much appreciated for days at the beach. Great amenities, we frequented the pool and grilling area. James was very responsive with a few questions I had and was accommodating when we arrived in the area a little prior to check in time. Would definitely come back if we find ourselves visiting Hawaii again in the future.

The condo was exactly as described online. The plumbers were a bit distracting, but when we contacted the owner he put everything to rights. He even came to the property to talk to the manager while we were there. He was most considerate

Fabulous condo with great views

Condo was amazing. Fully stocked with everything you need. Great access to ocean to watch sunrise and sunset. Close to everything. Walking distant to market. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed.

Yvonne and I have been married for 19 years. She has worked as a pediatric nurse for 30 years while I am a combat veteran who returned home after my service where I served my community as a police officer for over twenty years. I was medically retired in 2018 and moved to Hawaii to began a new career. We are fortunate to be able to live here on this island of paradise and have the opportunity to experience daily activities offered such as diving or snorkeling.

Our condo is located in Kona Isle which is located along the ocean shoreline and has a property layout which allows the guess to maximize their ocean experience. The solar heated pool is located near the sandy lounge/picnic area and allows for direct views of the ocean and sunsets. The lounge area has both sunny areas for those looking to suntan while also offering shady areas under palm trees. There is a BBQ area and tables setup near the shoreline with lighting so you can do some grilling while enjoying the ocean front property.

This is a ground floor condo with no steps or stairs to travel on. Kona Isle is located next to the famous Ali'i SaltWater Pool which is state owned but not supervised (use at your own risk). Kona Isle is located close to the main shopping areas of Kona, White Sands Beach Park and Kahalu'u Beach Park. After a day of play or shopping, our condo has AC so you can rest comfortably.
