First off, THAT DRIVEWAY! It's a hard right wrap-around turn then a sharp and steep yet short downhill. Be prepared. Small trailers are do-able (<15 feet), but I'd be concerned with any larger trailers. You might be able to get 6 vehicles to park, but you'd have to play tetris to get them all in then be willing to play musical chairs with your vehicles for the duration of your stay.
Now, on to the house...
PRO's: It was very clean when we got there. The addition of having towels and hotel like amenities in the bathrooms was great! When we opened the hot tub, it too was clean, hot, and ready to go. Plenty of space on the deck to hang out (in the direct sun, so maybe bring an EZ-Up?) along with a couple of picnic bench tables to eat & drink at. The lower deck will have some shade and the two chair swings are nice to swing in while enjoying a beverage and the view. The refrigerator in the kitchen is spacious and nice, with another fridge in the garage. The wi-fi worked well during our stay and and we were able to stream TV without any lagging effect.
CON's: It's a fairly nice place but has been worn and not kept up. The paint on the decks is chipping and peeling, and will get tracked inside. Be wary of walking in bare feet on the decks! There are missing fascia boards from a couple cabinets. Another one in the master bath is short by about an inch. There are loose and chipped tiles on the kitchen counter.
