BALBOA ISLAND Retreat 3Bed 2Bath [Downstairs]
Summary:
This beach cottage is classic Balboa Island. It's cozy, cute, and family-friendly! Just being a block away from the famous Newport Beach ferry, and not to mention all the amazing restaurants, markets, bakeries, and shops right there on the island! Perfect for couples, families, or a group of friends. The outside patio with a fire pit is perfect for making memories of a lifetime. The perfect island escape and vacation location!
The Space:
NEWLY Added EV Charger in the garage. It is a Level 2 charger that can change any car directly except Tesla [however, all Teslaâs come with an adaptor that will allow it to accept this J-1772 plug]. Alternatively if you have a portable charger in your vehicle, you should be able to plug directly into the Nema 220v 14-50 for charging.
Guest Access:
We have TWO Stand up Paddle Boards available for you to use in addition to TWO Soft Shell Surfboards available for your use and enjoyment. Many of our guests enjoy taking either the paddleboards or the surfboards out to paddle around the bay and view the boats and wildlife.
