Beautiful Beach house

The location was amazing, just a few steps from the beach! You could hear the waves at night, it was very peaceful and special. There's an also a beach yoga class about 3 houses down which was an added bonus. I highly recommended this beach rental. clean house with plenty of beach towels, plenty of room and necessary amenities - great communication with the owner as well and friendly neighbors!

Sweet Little Hideaway

My friends and I enjoyed our stay this weekend. House is clean with plenty of room and a nice furnishings. We easily bicycled to Hampton Beach and Portsmouth. Great restaurants nearby. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Very clean house with a lot of extras. This property had a great location with a beautiful view. The ride along the coast is a must do, with the ocean on one side and the well kept landscapes and mansions on the other.

Great weekend

Although the weather did not cooperate for us, it was a great weekend. House is perfectly clean and set up. Arrival process was easy. Communication with the owner was friendly and quick. Looking forward to going back!

Perfect....in every way!

The area, the house, the owner.....best experience ever as we were able to celebrate a college graduation. Literally everything was perfect from hour 1 until we had to reluctantly leave and get back to our reality! Thank you so much for sharing your home and all of the amenities with us. 5am walks on the beach...definitely a bonus. Spotless.. Again. Perfect in every way. Wonderful beach house

The house was spacious and clean. We loved the views and being right next to the beach. The house was well-stocked with kitchen equipment and beach chairs. There was a great den with couches and a smart TV. The process for getting in and out was flawless. Many good restaurants close by and an easy drive into Portsmouth. I highly recommend this house.

Wonderful location and beautiful ocean side home.

This house was exactly what we had hoped for when we decided to meet my brother and his family at the beach. Everything was just as it was on the website. We even got a bonus for a 60 degree sunny day in late October at the beach!

AMAZING FAMILY HOME CLOSE TO THE BEACH

Exactly as pictured. Spotlessly clean and the kitchen is well stocked. It's proximity to the beach is perfect. Our boys, ages 5 & 6 had a great time playing at the beach and in the yard. They flew kites, surfed and built forts. It was a GREAT vacation. Wish we had stayed longer. We are already thinking of next year and a longer stay. The owners were amazing to work with, very prompt.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Charming, clean, well maintained, and steps away from the ocean! Accurately described in the listing. I grew up in Rye Beach, and we had such a wonderful time as a family getting together for the weekend at this house!

Wonderful beach house!

Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay at your beach house! It is not often we can get all of our grown children together at one time! Your beach home was the perfect place! Enough room where no one got on the other’s nerves. Everyone felt at home from the second they stepped into the home! The Home is very clean and spacious. Very close (about 20 yards) to a beautiful beach that lend its self to long walks! The yard is great for entertaining, complete with a gas grill. We were in the Rye area for our niece’s wedding. Relatives commented that this beach house and beach would be perfect place for a small wedding! There was plenty of parking at Jennes beach this time of year. Every one of us raved about the place! Thank you again for a great place to stay!

There is no adequate hyperbole to describe how wonderful is this property. Every drawer is filled with whatever you need; just open one! The cabinets contain every bowl, glassware or pot/pan you can imagine. Just arrive with whatever clothes you should wear on the best beach in New Hampshire. Everyone that came to visit observed the house was like a hotel: beautifully furnished, fitted and comforting. If you cannot have fun at this property you have a problem having fun. But rather than shame you into renting, let me describe that the best beach in New Hampshire is a scant twenty yards from the deck of the house. The owners have provided you with everything except your favorite expensive Scotch or vodka. You need not bring your favorite high ball glass. Needless to write I recommend this property without reservation (pun intended).
