Eller promenera längs stranden njuter dagarna slut på lugna havet och vackra vyer.

Fantastic location and view!

Wow, what a great location in Kihei! A little north of the hustle and bustle, but still close to everything. Plus, the beach access was fantastic. The apartment was as expected and loved the two bathrooms. We would come back!

Perfect location

I really enjoyed our stay at Maui Sunset. It is a perfect location next to everything you’ll need! This was my second time in Maui and if I whenever I return I will definitely stay at this property. The grounds are well kept and clean. I enjoyed being able to BBQ and relax by the pool after a full day of activities.

Great Condo experience

Loved the condo, there was plenty of space for our family of 4. When the AC stopped working, the onwners acted very promptly on making sure it got fixed asap. We will definitely be back again.

Spent a week here with my family.

Great location to nearby restaurants and grocery store. Check process was easy and the resort grounds were immaculate. The BBQ’s were cleaned every morning and pool was super clean. Will comeback and stay again! Thanks.

Maui Sunset in February

The condo was great. It had all the amenities and extras (beach chairs and towels, etc.) to make our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended. One note: the toilet paper holder in the small bathroom needs to be replaced.

Clean, in a good location with a view of the ocean. Nice pool and hot tub.The park next to the ocean is really great.Nice and quiet. Beach chairs and towels were a plus. Suggestion: provide a kettle for tea drinkers, pour hot water into a cup from a pan is a little dicey.Good value for money.Earl was a delight to work with !

Kihei Condo

Lovely condo with a great view of the ocean. Enjoyed drinking my morning coffee out there. Condo was fully loaded with dishes and silverware which was super helpful. Very clean. Washer and dryer in unit as well. Earl was very responsive with any questions. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

Properly met our expectations and beyond. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Location was great. Not to busy of a neighbour But close enough to pretty much everything that we had a short drive to all the things we did on the island. Beach was rocky and lots of coral but was a great spot for a walk and sunsets. Lawns were so well taken care of and pool was great. Only suggestion would be to update the pans as they were scratched, flaking and didn’t sit flat on the burners, but obviously we made due and didn’t effect our stay. Mahalo!

Bugs in this unit!

Think twice about renting this unit!. We noticed bugs when we first arrived, I bleached the unit, and they came back in full force. It took two days for management to check out the unit. We insisted on leaving and requested a full refund. (Which we have yet to receive.) Later, the owner wanted to charge us for exterminating and cleaning the unit. There are many fabulous units here at Maui Sunset as we were here for a wedding, and other family members had beautiful units. However, there is no quality control from one unit to the next, unlucky for us. Be forewarned -- we highly recommend that you do not rent this particular unit.

Hawaii...Sun and Beach are Good Therapy

Great place for two friends, couple or couple with a child. We were two friends traveling. Nice to have two bathrooms, so the person sleeping on the daybed in the main area doesn't have to traipse through the bedroom to use the bathroom. This was a big plus, as we could both be getting ready at the same time. Nice to have the daybed and not have to use the sleeper sofa. No pulling out every night, and putting away in the morning. Good size deck. Best part is that you can see the ocean and Haleakala from the deck. The architect did a great job placing these buildings on the property, so all condos have views. One day the tradewinds came up, and we could sit on the deck and there was no wind. Liked being on the 4th floor - just a better view of the water. The best part is that S. Kihei road is east of the complex, unlike many Kihei condos where this busy road runs between the complexes and the parks/beaches. There is a public park with tennis courts and pickleball courts - so no busy road to cross. The beaches in Kihei are not the best, but you are just a short 8-15 minute drive to some of the best beaches on Maui in Wailea. We were there during Covid and before the holiday rush. So, the pool was busy, but not overly crowded. Could always find a lounger. Guessing this might not be the case during high season. Lots of little kids. So, would say this complex is popular with families. The condo is well stocked with cooking utensils, tin foil, plastic wrap, cups, wine glasses, plastic glasses, etc. Plenty of beach towels, and stackable washer/dryer for laundry. Short walk to local coffee place, Coconuts fish restaurant, and grocery store. The property manager was very helpful making sure we were aware of the Covid restrictions and process to enter Hawaii. And after our departure I mentioned just a couple small items to him, and he was appreciative of the feedback. I highly recommend and hope to return with my husband.

Great Facility & Host

Stayed in late December, 2024. Saw whales and turtles from the beach right outside the condo! Views are great. Pool/hot tub areas are very nice and well kept! Condo worked well for us. Only issue was the cleanliness, but comfortable and upgraded as mentioned. Host allowed a late checkout for us which was great! Overall, would stay again. Love South Maui!!

Beach front living

Maui Sunrise A409

We had a great time here. Excellent location just outside of the busy town but still on the main strip. Very nice property with BBQs and pool. Beach is great for sunsets but very shallow for swimming. There are great beaches nearby.

Voyage familial du 3 au 18 juin . Le condo est propre et bien situé à Kihei. Endroit tranquille avec vu partielle sur la mer! Le seul point négatif est le matelas du divan lit est très désuet et inconfortable.

Nice condo in Kihei

We enjoyed staying at the condo. It was a great location for us as we enjoyed being able to walk to the closest shopping plaza to grab a bite to eat. We also appreciated the beachfront. The beach is much rockier than other beaches we have stayed near in Maui but because of that it often felt like you had the whole beach to yourselves. We loved seeing the kite surfers out every day. The condo was well stocked with dishes, some basic spices and coffee filters etc. It had good beach chairs. There are two suggestions for improvement, one, either new knives or a knife sharpener. The all of the straight edge knives were dull and made it hard to cut things up for meals. The second, install a keypad entry system. On the second night in the condo we went out to look at the stars at 10pm and the key accidentally fell out of his pocket. Thankfully we were able to locate it. After that we noticed most other condo units did have keyless entry systems installed. Neither of these things were show stoppers though, overall it was a fantastic stay and we would stay there again.

Great condo!

We’ve been to Maui Sunset many times. This unit is the BEST appointed, with total kitchen remodel, exceptional workmanship, new granite tops, custom cabinets, tile floors even out to lanai. The video needs to be updated—doesn’t do this great place justice. Thanks so much and we hope to be back to this unit! (All else also worked great BTW).

10 days of Paradise

Our first time to Maui was amazing and we can't wait to go back. We arrived after hours on 6/25 and there was a delay with locating our keys, it was taken care of quickly. We also had an issue with our air conditioning leaking on our lanai. We made a call to maintenance and the issue was addressed right away. Everything in the condo was clean and comfortable. It was much appreciated to have everything we needed stored in our room like beach chairs, snorkel equipment, umbrella and cooler etc. The grounds were beautifully maintained every day and we really enjoyed our stay.
