Detta fantastiska 4/4 BEACHFRONT hem har nĂ„got för alla! Bred CLEAN privat strand precis utanför din dörr! Fantastisk utsikt över frĂ€mre raden pĂ„ stranden och Mexikanska golfen frĂ„n de tvĂ„ stora tĂ€ckta balkongerna! NYA golv i hela, uppdaterat andra masterbad och fĂ€rsk fĂ€rg i de flesta rum! Rummen Ă€r mĂ„lade i strandfĂ€rger! Köket har allt du behöver för att laga mat. Öppet koncept i vardagsrummet dĂ€r det finns en 55-tums platt-TV! Tre av de 4 sovrummen ligger pĂ„ översta vĂ„ningen. TvĂ„ sovrum har king size-sĂ€ngar och ett sovrum har tvĂ„ uppsĂ€ttningar med tvĂ„ vĂ„ningssĂ€ngar. Sovrummet pĂ„ bottenvĂ„ningen har en king size-sĂ€ng och badrum i hallen! Bjud in vĂ€nner och dela kostnaden! BekvĂ€ma möbler för interiör och yttre! Huset har en stor kolgrill, solstolar, badhanddukar, leksaker, vagn etc. Dune walkover Ă€r 3 hus ner. Bara en kort 15 minuters promenad ner till stranden kan du njuta av bekvĂ€mligheterna i Beach Club! Beach Club Ă€r verkligen en utvĂ€g! Det har sötvattenpooler, lata floden, lekplats, naturvandring, restauranger, bar, gym, garderober etc. Beach Club Ă€r öppen Ă„ret runt och debiterar $ 10 per person frĂ„n mars till september. Avgiften Ă€r bra för hela din vistelse i Ă„ldern 3 och Ă€ldre. Den nĂ€rmaste Ă€r vĂ€lfylld och det finns en livsmedelsbutik 7 miles frĂ„n huset. Stranden Ă€r cirka 20 mil. Sommaren krĂ€ver endast en vistelse pĂ„ minst 4 nĂ€tter. 30 dagar före varje mĂ„nad slĂ€pper jag 2-3 nattminimum om det finns tillgĂ€ngligt. 2 nattminimum under lĂ„gsĂ€song med undantag för vissa helgdagar.

Great time had by all ages. Loved the view, the convenience to the beach, and the amenities of the resort. We loved our stay. Booking through VRBO was quick and easy, and the owner stayed in touch, providing all necessary information for a seamless booking. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Holiday

We had a lovely time at the beach house. The home was clean and inviting. We were able to spread out and give everyone room to relax. The location was great for going to the beach. We enjoyed the beach club. The food was amazing and it was such luxury to have canopies and loungers set up for us daily. We would love to come back and will recommend it.

Very nice

Nice location, house/property clean, easy to contact owner. Do need to bring wash/dish cloths, had towels, need more than 2 trash bags for week also. All in all nice stay!

Great house!

Prior to our arrival we got a detailed listing of all the items that the property had to offer, such as pool toys, cooking supplies--way more detailed that I have ever gotten before. We paid to use the Beach Club and I would highly recommend doing that. The climate control was very good. I would highly recommend this property--both for the house and for the owner who was very easy to communicate with.

Pointe West Vacation

Loved our stay at this beautiful home. Each couple had a king bed and private bathroom. It is a 30 minute drive to the city, but it wasn’t an issue as we wanted sand and sun. We loved the beach club and sunset beach with the lazy river pool, but the surf was our main attraction. I had some communication difficulties but there were no serious issues. The house was nicely appointed and it was clean and comfortable for our arrival. Our crew had a terrific week!

Great Beach Retreat!

The location of this home is perfect, just a few steps to the crossover bridge. The kitchen is very well stocked and we loved that there are three kings size beds! We would come again for sure!

Beach stay.

Good location to beach. Being a private beach made for fun time at beach. Little disappointed wasn’t a pool for neighborhood. Additional cost to use Beach Club for stay should be indicated before making choice of house. We did pay the $25 per person so we would have a pool. Overall did enjoy our stay and house.

Perfect family getaway

We had a family group of 5 adults and 6 kids (ages 1.5-10) and this home and location were perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of games and toys for the kids, plus baby gear for the toddler. The home was very close to the beach crossover - 2-3 houses over. The balconies were perfect for morning coffee, afternoon ice cream truck treats with the kids, and evening cocktails after the kids went to bed 😉 The owner was great at communication and anticipated our every need prior to our arrival. We love Pointe West for the private/vehicle-free beaches, family friendly atmosphere, and resort amenities - this will be our go-to Pointe West rental!

Easy beach access

Our host was very fast at responding. We had 2 families of 4, and we were comfortable. The kids complained a bit about the top bunk beds being squeaky, but we were able to put 2 kids in the room on the main level. Overall, the house was great!

Great property

This is a great place to stay. Property owner responded to questions very quickly. Walk 3 houses away to get to beach walkway. Has 2 decks where you can sit and listen and view gulf waves. Has toys and chairs available for the beach. Beach was nice and clean. Beach club has 2 pools which were very nice and not very crowded.
