Please Read Carefully:

A true Mediterranean villa experience with beautiful orange roof tiles, well-kept gated community, and a large private pool and spa. This property is 9 miles from the nearest Disney attraction with major eateries and shopping centers nearby. The home features 4 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms (with streaming TV options), free WIFI internet, and a washer and dryer.

This home is located within High Grove Resort, a gated community that includes a clubhouse and community pool and spa. You will find that many of the homes within this community are also vacation rentals. This is quiet community, but has great vacation vibes with other vacation homes surrounding this property. One nice feature about this community is that our clubhouse welcomes all guests, which is a nice option in case you arrive early and are needing a place to relax while we are preparing the property for your arrival. Therefore, if you’re needing a place to rest after your travels, feel-free to stop by the clubhouse to kick up your feet inside or outside around the community pool. Remember to save some energy for your own private pool and spa when you officially check-in.

Smoking inside the property is absolutely prohibited and will result in a loss of deposit if violated. We take this very seriously.

The pool heat is set to reach 85 degrees year-round, and the spa is set to reach 102 degrees. There is no extra charge for pool and spa heat.

Guests have unlimited use of spa heat and can turn on the spa heat at their convenience.

Spa instructions and the code for the Front Door/Community Gate will be provided the day before your arrival.

It's important to know that the HOA does not allow street parking. Guests can park on the driveway of the property, which has room for two cars. There is additional parking at the clubhouse.
Note: The garage is unavailable for guest use since housekeeping items are stored inside the garage. Thank you for your understanding.

Quiet hours are between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am

Security may ask guests to vacate the property if quiet hours are not respected, so let’s make sure we follow all community rules.

Please do not place outside garbage cans inside the garage. The residential garbage cans need to be left on the driveway so our valet service can roll them to and from.

Perfect stay!

Rachel was non intrusive but very quick to respond to any queries we had. The villa was clean, spacious and was equipped with everything you’d need. The pool and spa were perfect temperatures even with the Weather being a little cooler than normal. The location is very convenient to shops and attractions.

Everything was as listed, very clean!!! Host is great we had refrigerator issues & she done everything to accommodate our needs until new refrigerator arrived. I’ll be back if ever in the area again.

Amazing place and great host!

This place was amazing and great for our family of 6. We didn’t know if we could make the trip due to Hurricane Milton but Rachel was phenomenal and worked with us as we had to adjust our vacation dates. She was great to work with and made sure the house was good to go after the hurricane. I truly appreciate Rachel’s flexibility and great communication. I highly recommend this place and host to others!

Great Stay in Claremont

Clean property. Quiet neighborhood. 20-30 minutes from all Walt Disney World areas in morning traffic. Property manager was friendly and quick to respond.

Total Relaxation

This home was a perfect for us having (4) kids and my wife and I. The location to Disney was a quick drive and with a pool and hot tub was great in the mornings and evenings. Gated community was quiet and with many local grocery options. Many options within minutes to eat if you are dining out. Our host Rachel was responsive and non intrusive. I highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

First off, Rachel was great! There was an issue getting into the gate and she immediately responded to my call and message. She was very attentive with any issue we had during our stay. The house was as described. Pool and hot tub were a hot topic all week and worked wonderfully. Pool heat was an issue that Rachel immediately fixed. While looking for some of my daughter’s toys before leaving we did notice the areas under couches and beds were unkept (someone’s bikini top, water bottles and little trash items, no fault of Rachel's), obvious house keeping is not cleaning under beds and couches. We also, were burdened with a not so nice neighbor who attempted to disturb our stay, all of which was relayed to and dealt with by Rachel, but outside of this everything was nice.

Disney vacay

Overall, great stay! House was clean and in a safe neighborhood. Having said that, there are a few additions that would be helpful…like mirrors in all bedrooms. The 2 queen rooms did not have them and made getting ready difficult. Newer bedroom furniture would be a great addition to the nice beds that are present. Again, overall we had a great stay!

Nice people, but tired property

Was disappointed with appearance of home, and amenities. Location was further out than anticipated from listing,with a very difficult entry on to highway at exit of the property. Many small things that were disappointing. Needed vacuuming under one of the beds,old paper pieces kids saw and investigated. Fridge had no rods to hold anything in on the fridge door, we had to duct tape rows to hold items in. Many ants, realize it is Florida,.and we have been going to the Kissimmee/Orlando for over 35 years, but this was excessive. The living room rug is made out of a rattan like material,.hard to see what is in it or has stayed in the holes. The living room and kitchen tables have grooves lines, where there appears to be a buildup of crumbs, and dust, etc, that ants like. The bathroom door that leads to the pool area does not seal properly, leaving openings on bottom and edge of door. We had a lizard and frog visitor, and it was not by leaving any door open, which we are very diligent about. The stairs are quite steep and the rug on them needs a good cleaning. We purchased extra towels and face clothes while there and an umbrella for the table by the pool which we left there. The bathroom attached to the main bedroom has a toilet in a separate water closet and the toilet seat is attached way off center, and there is toilet paper pushed into a hole the corner of the baseboard. A tea kettle would be a nice touch. Queen beds were comfortable,the double mattress was uncomfortable

Wanted to give 5 stars butttttt

This was a beautiful property! There were just a few things that hold great importance that this property lacked. First things first, she only has a two cup coffee maker. Ya know the kind that motels have. Not knowing that , first morning was pretty rough. Most places give u a starter of a couple. Be great to have a Keurig. Especially since no coffee is supplied. Which I get but at least purchasing coffee in this way I could take it home. I drove every morning to get coffee. Only 2 half rolls of toilet paper so we did have to go buy that AND paper towels. You are asked to run washing machine before u leave placing all bedding in there but no laundry soap to do so. Another thing to buy. All these things add up and we werent prepared for. Aesthetically the place was nice:)Would of loved to have a full length mirror somewhere .Just make sure to bring all the extras. This place doesnt give much complimentary . All in all a nice place , beds comfortable, very updated. would just recommend letting people know the household items u don't supply.

Conference Stay

My co-workers and I stayed here for a conference at Champions Gate. Easy to get to and check in. Overall a good stay, but the company they use for cleaning could do a better job. You could tell they must of been rushed and forgot to clean areas of home. On the last night a large amount of items were delivered to the home that were not ours and we had to carry it all in. Be sure to bring toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap as they only give enough for 1-2 days. Not a bad stay, just a few things could of been better. Price was in budget so we went with it. Only 30 min to Universal and Disney Springs. EPCOT is 20 min away. Airport is 30-30 min away give or take traffic and time of day traveling. We didn't try the restaurant on corner, but it was nice to have a place to eat and drink within walking distance.

Amazing!

The house was perfect! So clean, amazing pool and wonderful location. This house is the prefect location to Disney. There is a “back door” into the Disney property that has very little traffic (as compared to 192) and it made getting to the parks so convenient! Close to shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to a wonderful local coffe shop called Minch. Rachel was a dream to work with and I will definitely be contacting her next time we need a house for Disney!

Great House & great communication

House was great. Owner/manager very quick to respond to minor hiccups and very quick to address any issues. Have rented many homes in the past and communication here was by far the best. Beds very comfortable, great washer/dryer, lots of beach towels, everything was clean. 25 mins to all parks. Walmart very close. Hosts very kindly accommodated us while stuck in hurricane/tropical storm airport closure for which we were very grateful. Would certainly rent here again.

Very Nice

Everything was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Had absolutely no issues at all and would highly recommend staying at the home. My wife and I along with our 4 kids stayed for only a few nights to head to Disney which was a 20 minute ride away. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to book this property and definitely would rent it again.

Beautiful villa, highly recommend

The villa is perfectly located within easy reach of Disney, shops, transport links, places to eat etc. It's well set back from the main road and the private gated estate is quiet and very well maintained. The pool and spa are lovely and the rooms of excellent size. I'd especially like to mention how helpful the host Rachel has been before and during our stay, unfortunately we had to return to the UK earlier than planned and Rachel has been amazing in her help. We would certainly recommend the villa :-)

Beautiful Home

First, communication with the host, Rachel, was plentiful and pleasant. The home was very clean and comfortable, as well as beautiful. The rules for the property were reasonable and the amenities plentiful. The lady in the community clubhouse was very pleasant as well. Loved our long weekend visit to the property!
