Platsen är allt! Sterling Sands enhet 112 ligger direkt på stranden och är GULF inför - inga vägar att korsa för att nå stranden! Den uppvärmda utomhuspoolen och bubbelpoolen är också viken framför. Sterling Sands är en av områdets minst trånga strandfronter. Ett privat gym för gäster och grillplats ligger också vid stranden på fastigheten. Två strandstolar och ett stort paraplyuppsättning ingår i din hyra (endast 1 mars - 31 oktober). Detta är ett värde på 200 $ / vecka och extra bekvämlighet!

Sterling Sands ligger i hjärtat av Destin på gångavstånd till restaurangen Back Porch, Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Go-cart Park, etc. Rakt tvärs över gatan hittar du pizza, subs, dryckesaffär, strandaffär och glass / yoghurt.

Enhet 112 har två sovrum, två badrum, ett fullt utrustat kök och matplats, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, och rymligt vardagsrum med uteplats med utsikt över havet. Du kan njuta av en fantastisk utsikt över den sandiga, vita stranden och smaragdvattnet i viken.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng. Rummet har en säng i full storlek. En bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet är en drottning. Båda badrummen har fulla bad. Plattskärms-tv finns i båda sovrummen och i vardagsrummet.

Det finns en fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. Vi använder en dörråtkomstkod så det finns inget krångel med att hålla koll på nycklarna. Gratis wifi ingår i din vistelse. Beach Service finns att hyra kajaker och paddelbrädor.

The outside of the property is kept very clean and safe. The housekeeper needs to step it up. Lots of dust on the floor in the kitchen near the refrigerator and when you pull out the oven door you see dust. A little misleading regarding the traffic on the road to the condo. It can get a bit noisy. Furniture not very comfortable. I guess what we pay to stay was hoping for a little nicer because the pictures looked perfect but not what we thought in person.

The room was nice and clean and having a washer and dryer in the room was great. On another note you can hear all the street noise at night due to the bedrooms being in the front of the condo, the second bedroom is tiny the bed touches all but one wall in the room so really no room to walk around the bed. You can hear the people above you as they close their front door and their glass door to the patio. You’re on the first floor so you’ll also hear the dump truck picking up the trash every other day at 5am. My husband and I had a great honeymoon we just wish the walls and ceiling were insulated better so you couldn’t hear people walking or running above you.

The property was beautiful. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Having an umbrella and chair set up was amazing! The owner was prompt when I emailed her. Would definitely stay again.

Great location!

The condo was very clean and Rebekah was great to work with! The beach was beautiful and just steps away. We were definitely spoiled by the beach service, but the addition of two more chairs and an umbrella for the week is not cheap. Be prepared to spend! The beds were comfy and water pressure was top notch. The second bedroom was pretty small for two teenage girls and there is not a closet in there (the girls didn't pack light)! A towel bar or something similar to hang clothes on in the bedroom would be helpful. Traffic noise at night can get pretty loud so I suggest taking a sound machine. Destin commons is not far down the road and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We had a great stay here!

Great Location but Second Bedroom Tiny

The location was great. The second bedroom was tiny. There was only one way in the bed and out. You had to climb over top of the outside person if they were still asleep or you had to go to the bathroom. The host was very responsive to our concerns and needs.

Amazing stay!

My husband and I spent a week at this lovely condo and had an amazing time! The views are breathtaking!! The shower pressure in the master was awesome!! I wouldn’t change a thing, Rebekah was quick to respond and very friendly! Highly recommend this condo!

AMAZINGGGG

This was everything we wanted and more. The pictures do not do it justice. The condo is super nice, clean and has a lot of amenities. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s super close to everything you want to see or do. The pool and hot tub were also great. Our favorite part was how easy and close it is to access the beach. You just walk right out onto the beach. We loved having coffee outside watching and listening to the waves. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Destin. The host was also VERY responsive to all my questions. Highly recommend!!!

It was a good place the only thing was no smoking but our people beside us were smoking it made our condo smell the whole time we were there so we left a day early and stayed out untill bed time my wife can’t tolerate it but it was great location nice condo and the owner tried to help us with it

Good week in Destin!!

The property was a wonderful location. The beach was a very short walk from the condo. Close to the Destin Commons and The Outlets if that is an interest to you. We had a great week and was sad to have it end.

Inaccurate description extremely expensive

The primary bedroom was barely big enough for luggage/storage. The closet is obviously meant to be shared with the secondary bedroom which did NOT have a closet at all. The outlets are outdated and barely hold plugs. You cannot walk around the secondary bed it touches the wall at both ends. The pictures are deceptive of the bedrooms. Would NEVER recommend this unit to anyone. The location is great and the living area is ok but just overall a total disappointment. Should be considered a 1 bedroom with a queen bed that takes up the entire “second” bedroom.

As Advertised!

We stayed in the condo from 6-22-6-29-24 and really enjoyed the stay. The condo was very clean and looked like many updates were recently done! Loved that every TV was a smart TV. We always bring our portable Roku with us when vacationing because most TV’s aren’t smart. My wife is a cook, we eat out 1 time when vacationing to keep cost down, so she always has something to say about that area of a condo. She said that it was the best furnished kitchen that we’ve ever used in our many years of travel. The view from the balcony is awesome, the walk to the pool or beach is so close. Oh, one more thing….. The most comfortable master bedroom bed ever!! Loved the long body pillows too! Highly recommend!
