Tre steg till stranden är bara det ..... gå ut bakdörren och du lägger bokstavligen tårna i de vita sandstranden i Smaragdkusten. Njut av den lugna avslappnade miljö med stora bekvämligheter. Vågorna är kraschar i de tidiga morgontimmarna ..... så se till att du är upp till känna vinden från viken och att se tumlare utfodring vid stranden. Denna 2 berättelse Gulf Front stads erbjuder gott om utrymme för familjen. Den 1: a våningen har ett öppet vardagsrum med bäddsoffa, kök och matplats och badrum. För enkelhetens skull finns det en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Här kan man sitta ute och titta på viken på 1: a våningen uteplats med sittplatser.

Can't beat this location!

We loved the gorgeous ocean front view from the lanai and deck off the master bedroom! You are literally steps from the sand. The condo is tastefully appointed and fully stocked for all our needs. I highly recommend this spot. We will be back!

We love this place!

We came to Three Steps to the Beach this time to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. This was our first stay since the unit was renovated and it was amazing! The unit was spotless, the kitchen had everything I needed, and there were plenty of bath linens. We always love being in sight of the water so the patio was used for morning coffee and evening sunsets. We love it there.

Amazing Stay

Our week’s stay at Three Steps to the Beach was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend a fall trip to the area. The condo is close to very good restaurants and shopping. It could easily sleep six people. The beach was very clean and quiet where this property is located. We would return again!

Great Location

Great beach front home for our large family with small children. I would recommend this property to anyone. I would love to see the home come with more of the basic amenities such as blankets for lounging on the couch, beach towels, salt/pepper etc. but this certainly won’t deter us from staying here again!

Best Spring Break Ever!

Perfect spot right on the water! We love this area so much, as you are minutes from everything, but quiet by the property. We spent most of our time on the beach and riding bikes along 30A. It is a total dream. Morning coffee on the porch and evenings spent on the second-floor balcony hearing the waves were the best! Thank you for a gorgeous spot to spend our family vacation!

Absolutely amazing location!

What a wonderful little gem. This is our favorite condo! Spectacular view and gorgeous sunsets. It has great features and is in the perfect location, right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Thank you for a gorgeous spot to spend our family vacation! Fantastic location!

My family and I stayed here for four nights in October 2023. This location is just what we were looking for in proximity to the beach as well as being conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, and other necessities. The unit was very clean and well stocked with the basics you would need to start your stay. The absolute best features though are the views and VERY short walk off the back deck to the beach. It really is just a few steps to the sand. I would highly recommend this location and we will stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Amazing beach front home!

The house was perfect. Great location, great floor plan, comfortable bedding, bright clean bathrooms, and fully stocked kitchen for cooking! The photos were beautiful, but the house was even more so in person. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. Sunrise and sunset views on the decks are amazing. Beachfront Luxury Property

Three Steps to the Beach is such a beautifully designed townhome. Wake up facing the Gulf from master suite. Recently renovated and gorgeous. We found this hidden gem and love the location, literally we had the whole beach to ourselves. The house has a modern feel and everything was spotless. Three steps is more than accurate!!

This beautiful place is literally 3 steps to the beach!!! The decor is bright and cheerful! The views are stunning with the ocean right outside the door. Perfect location with amazing views

Love being right on the beach, love all the windows facing the water bringing the ocean even closer. House is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beautiful views, white sand, sunsets and sunrises. We will be back!

This is an excellent property. It was perfect for my family for the week. Very conveniently located and easy bike ride to Rosemary and Alys Beach. The access to the beach is incredible, nothing beats the view. We have been all over the US and this is some of the best water and sand you can find. Owners keep this place really nice, we will be back!

Timeless comfort, cleanliness, and beauty

The views from the gulf front room and covered porch were gorgeous. Having a balcony overlooking the beautiful beach off the master bedroom was pure bliss. The condo was perfect size, the kitchen was well equipped with more than ample space, the beds were super comfy with luxe linens, the bathrooms were large, and the overall cleanliness of the home was by far the best I have ever experienced with a rental property. We would recommend this home to our family & friends. And hope we will have another opportunity to rent this property again.

Can't get over the view!

We loved our stay at Three Steps to the Beach. You really can't beat the location and view. Plus, this part of the beach is so much less crowded. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in and cook. You're also not far from great restaurants - Donut Hole, the Terrace, La Crema, Amici. We had a great time relaxing at Three Steps and we can't wait to go back.

Above Average

A few things I wanted to let you know. There was no dust pan and the towel holder in the master was broken and laying in the cabinet. I sweep daily and had to use cardboard to scoop up the sand. We have stayed in these condo's for the last 6 years and really like them. Lee

Highly recommend this piece of heaven!

Pristine property with breathtaking views! Kitchen was well stocked and the sleeping arrangements were great as well! We absolutely love it here. We will be back again.
