Ligger tvÀrs över gatan frÄn stranden, det finns bra havsutsikt ... plus en första vÄningen rymliga dÀck.
PÄ första vÄningen finns 2 sovrum med dubbelsÀngar med var och en har sin egen privata badrum. Ett stort vardagsrum med Premium-kabel-TV, en matsal med plats för 8 personer samt en 4 pall bar ligger i anslutning till vÀlfyllda kök med nytt kylskÄp! OcksÄ pÄ första vÄningen, njuta av den fina inglasad veranda, utanför vardagsrummet med riktigt bra utsikt över havet eller du kanske vill sitta pÄ frÀmre dÀck.
Den andra vÄningen har ett tredje sovrum med en dubbelsÀng. Dessutom ett öppet loft med tvÄ enkelsÀngar (bra för barn!) delar ett badrum.

Our stay was fantastic! Once Upon a Tide is a beautiful property, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The decor gives the beachy vibe and communication with Linda was easy and she was quick to respond. We highly recommend your stay to be here. Only a couple minute walk to the beach.

Awesome location

Once upon a Tide is a beautiful home. The location is right across the street from the beach, the house itself is gorgeous very clean and well decorated. We absolutely loved our stay and honestly it couldn’t have been any better.

Beautiful!

A perfect home for a ladies get together. Porch sitting, beach walking, a bike riding. The beds were comfortable, good water pressure, ALL AROUND PERFECT.

There is not a view of the ocean! Surrounded by trees makes you feel like You are in a dungeon. Uncomfortable seating and not a comfortable Bed in the house.

We had the absolute best time. We visit Edisto annually for our family vacation & this is this 1st time we rented 2 separate homes because of how much our family is growing. My mom usually chooses the rental & after hours of searching, this one felt perfect. The house was absolutely adorable, especially the color scheme & anything we needed when it came to cooking was there, which is really impressive. Let's just say, I over packed & I will definitely be back

Home away from home!

This home was even better than the pictures! Very comfortable for our family vacation with a very short walk across the street from the beach. Enjoyed my morning coffee on the front porch look at the ocean. Can’t wait to stay again!

Convenient beach access

Easy walk from 2nd row home to beach access. This was especially nice since we had 2 young children (1 & 4 yrs old) who needed to nap throughout the day; returning to the house for naptime was a breeze!

Hidden Gem

Went for a weekend stay and this house is more than you would expect. Comfortable the moment you walk through the door. Access to the beach is easy for anyone. Plenty of parking and love the privacy with the trees on street side. Large deck in front is great for sunning or having lunch break. Will definitely stay here another time and recommend that others ci sides this hidden gem.

Fantastic stay on Edisto Beach

We had a wonderful stay at “Once Upon A Tide” and would highly recommend it. The property was clean and very well appointed. The interior has been updated with new furniture and accessories and is much nicer than the listing pictures indicate. Pleasantly surprised to see that linens were included. Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

Listing said "two minutes to beach" and it was right! Good sized rooms, kitchen fully outfitted. Not quite as pristine as hoped and dryer couldn't be used due to interior rust but overall, we were very pleased with the house and enjoyed our stay.

Best House on Palmetto

My family and I had the best experience this past week and it is mainly because of where we stayed. Our extended family stayed in other houses but our house was the anchor point for us all. When my Sister in law walked in she looked around at said, “this house is just so happy”! 😂 Plenty of room under the house for cooking, playing or just sitting. My Brother in law bumped his head all week under the house where he stayed and couldn’t get over all the room we had. We love it! Already saved for next year!!!
