Stora oceanview varv 2 hem. 2 minuter till stranden. Tillgång till stranden är direkt mittemot huset.

Ligger tvärs över gatan från stranden, det finns bra havsutsikt ... plus en första våningen rymliga däck.
På första våningen finns 2 sovrum med dubbelsängar med var och en har sin egen privata badrum. Ett stort vardagsrum med Premium-kabel-TV, en matsal med plats för 8 personer samt en 4 pall bar ligger i anslutning till välfyllda kök med nytt kylskåp! Också på första våningen, njuta av den fina inglasad veranda, utanför vardagsrummet med riktigt bra utsikt över havet eller du kanske vill sitta på främre däck.
Den andra våningen har ett tredje sovrum med en dubbelsäng. Dessutom ett öppet loft med två enkelsängar (bra för barn!) delar ett badrum.

Det finns gott om parkeringsplatser under huset liksom en vuxen picknickbord, barns picknickbord, grill och utedusch med varmt vatten!

Detta hem är perfekt för en familj eller två, eller ett par som söker en trevlig prisvärd hem, med stor tillgång till stranden. Detta hem ligger som möjliggör för privatlivet ändå så nära till stranden.

Labor Day 2024

House is in a wonderful location! Kitchen very well appointed. Great for families of all ages or a group of friends. Linda was very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend. Would absolutely rent this property again!

Convenient beach access

Easy walk from 2nd row home to beach access. This was especially nice since we had 2 young children (1 & 4 yrs old) who needed to nap throughout the day; returning to the house for naptime was a breeze!

Fantastic stay on Edisto Beach

We had a wonderful stay at “Once Upon A Tide” and would highly recommend it. The property was clean and very well appointed. The interior has been updated with new furniture and accessories and is much nicer than the listing pictures indicate. Pleasantly surprised to see that linens were included. Would definitely stay there again.

Hidden Gem

Went for a weekend stay and this house is more than you would expect. Comfortable the moment you walk through the door. Access to the beach is easy for anyone. Plenty of parking and love the privacy with the trees on street side. Large deck in front is great for sunning or having lunch break. Will definitely stay here another time and recommend that others ci sides this hidden gem.

Awesome location

Once upon a Tide is a beautiful home. The location is right across the street from the beach, the house itself is gorgeous very clean and well decorated. We absolutely loved our stay and honestly it couldn’t have been any better.

Enjoyed our stay

Listing said "two minutes to beach" and it was right! Good sized rooms, kitchen fully outfitted. Not quite as pristine as hoped and dryer couldn't be used due to interior rust but overall, we were very pleased with the house and enjoyed our stay.

This house is perfect! Beautiful interior. Looks small, but it’s VERY spacious!!!! Our family had a great time and the location is spot on. Right across from two beach accesses. Perfect! Would love to stay again.

House at Edisto Beach

Once upon a tide was great house for our family. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The house was spacious and is a good design for bedrooms and family space. The kitchen was well stocked with what every you would need to cook.

A perfect home for a ladies get together. Porch sitting, beach walking, a bike riding. The beds were comfortable, good water pressure, ALL AROUND PERFECT.

Exceeded Expectations

I stayed with three couples in this home and it was perfect for us. The owner is very communicative and friendly. The home was better in person than in the photos. The location and home exceeded our expectations and we would definitely rent this home again.

Wonderful home.

Been going to Edisto for over 20 yrs. Per usual everything was amazing. This house fit the bill for a fun girls weekend. Gorgeous house and an amazing host. Would recommend 100%.
