Our favorite Vrbo to date! Condo was perfect. The tastefully decorated high quality furnishings were much appreciated! The bed was absolutely the most comfortable! Views of the lake beautiful as advertised. Rented a party barge at Kahuna next door and spent a lovely day on the water. Tasty eats downtown. Great golf at Hot Springs Village. Only drawback was the pool was really small, but in looking around at other properties they all seemed to be that way? Thank you to our hosts…really enjoyed our visit! :)

Great place to stay. Beautiful views. The condo had everything we needed. It was in a very quite area. I loved setting on the balcony watching the boats go bye. Had my coffee out there in the mornings. Very nice Condo inside as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay!

The property was exactly like the listing. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful to watch from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay! I will definitely recommend people to stay here when visiting Hot Springs.

Quiet on the Lake

Shawn's place was a peaceful, relaxing place to call home during our visit to Hot Springs. The condo wasn't too far from downtown HS, and yet you felt like you were in a different world once you got back to the condo. The views of the lake from both inside and outside on the porch were absolutely delightful as we watched the various boats and the birds and ducks going to and fro. The condo seemed larger to us than the pictures on VRBO, and everything was clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking equipment you might need, and plenty of toilet paper was provided as well. There were not any extra paper towels, tissue boxes, aluminum foil, or plastic wraps provided, so be sure to bring your own. We had a few questions while we were there, and Shawn responded within 5 minutes every time. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Great place, great time!!

For someone that loves water views, this is a GREAT location. It’s also close to historic Central Avenue and the racetracks!! My wife had a great time for our anniversary. We WILL be booking again.

Valentines Weekend With a Great View

We loves this condo and the location.It is only about 8 minutes from Oaklawn and about 10 to 15 from the bath houses.It is less than 5 from the best restaurant Fishermans WharfThe views on the balcony were spectacular The beds were very comfortable. Had everything we needed for appliances.It is gated so not a lot of traffic and quiet.The owners were very responsive and friendly.

The Beauty

The beauty of the sun beaming off the water while standing on the balcony of the condo we were in was amazing! The rest that my husband and I were able to get and the intimate atmosphere for us was beauty! The condo was actually right across the water from where we stayed for our honeymoon 21 years ago and we truly enjoyed ourselves to the point we were not ready to leave.

This place is Fantastic

When you book on VRBO, you are at the mercy of the listing person that they are accurate with the description. This place is Fantastic! The pictures, the description are exactly what is there. There a lot of decorations without being overly done. THE VIEW over Lake Hamilton both sunrise and sunset are amazing! When you stand at either one of the two sliding glass doors you are 30 feet from the waters edge. This place doesn't disappoint, we will be back. Danny is a great host with quick communications.

Property was mind blowing! It was neat, clean and stocked with great necessities. The view from living room and bedroom was amazingly beautiful. We enjoyed the peacefulness the entire weekend. Outings were near allowing short distance of traveling. You receive a 10 rating!

Perfect Property

We had a wonderful time. This property was perfectly beautiful. We had a beautiful view. Breathtaking sunsets. Can’t say enough about the owners. They stayed in touch with us during our stay and were so accommodating. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here when we return.

Great Lake Views

The condo was comfortable, well-furnished, and very tastefully decorated. Close to several restaurants and just minutes to about anything you could want, yet the property itself was quiet and peaceful. The views from the balcony were great, especially the sunsets, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by. Communication from the owner was great and everything went smoothly from reservation to checkout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if we go back to the area.

I am from Hot Springs and Danny is pure Cajun (and I'm a converted Cajun). We live in Lafayette, Louisiana and love both cities. I still have family in Hot Springs and we love to visit this great place when time allows.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We had rented condos at The Landing before so when this unit became available, we jumped. It is in the westernmost building on the waterfront at The Landing and has the best unobstructed views, bar none. The boat stall is right in front of the building. We could not be happier with this unit and are excited to share it with our VRBO guests.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We fell in love with the unit's balcony and fabulous views of Lake Hamilton. And, we love that the unit's kitchen and bathroom upgrades are fantastic. Our kitchen is wide open with plenty of space. We'll be changing out a few items to make it our own, but you can't beat 'life on the lake' here at The Landing.
