Du är belägen precis utanför Central Avenue (Highway 7 South) och är nära alla aktiviteter. Magic Springs och Crystal Falls ligger cirka 7 miles, Hot Springs Mall, livsmedelsbutiker, restauranger och mer är mindre än en mil bort. Om du vill ha lugn och ro och nära alla aktiviteter är detta platsen. Gated community med pool.

Very nice accommodations. Had a slight issue with the air conditioner and the property manager addressed it immediately. They were very kind and communicative. Had a lovely lake view and access to a boat slipnwhich was great.

Memorial Day Fireworks

This property was defnititely the best balcony for watching the fireworks on Memorial Day - the view couldn't have been clearer and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The condo itself was clean and well maintained, although it is beginning to show signs of wear and tear - but nothing out of line for a lakeside condo. Would recommend.

If I could give it a half star rating I would give it a 4.5. The 2nd restroom door would not close/lock properly, there is a big hornet nest outside at the top of roof, and the utensils, condiments, accessories, etc. were a bit sparse. But other than that, it was very lovely. Very nicely decorated apartment, right on the lake. Good communication with the owner. Plenty of things to do within a 5-20 minute drive.

Great time on the lake!

We loved the condo for our stay in Hot Springs. The property was clean and inviting. The kids loved the pool, and my husband and I loved the views! Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

Just a quick weekend getaway last minute for me and my husband. This place is in a perfect location. This place directly faces the water, with beautiful sunset views, close to main road, and has a pool. We enjoyed all of it!

Condo was as advertised. Clean and spacious. Enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the balcony during the peaceful early hours. Would highly recommend this property.

Great visit!

We had a great visit to Hot Springs and the condo was the best part. Beautiful sunrises, great sunsets and the gorgeous lake. The condo was as advertised and it was clean. We had everything we needed available and easily accessible. First time using a vacation rental and this has been a positive experience.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay here. Property manager was fantastic. The unit was impeccable and having two king beds was perfect! The hallway bathroom door does not close all the way, just FYI to management. Would love to rent this unit again!

Good for families

Overall it was great. The technology (TVs in bedrooms don’t work, remote in living was broke, Wi-Fi info was incorrect) was an issue and the place is certainly showing it’s age in many areas but it had what we needed.

All aspects of this visit rate 5 stars; reservation, check in/out, location and responsiveness of manager. The unit was exactly as we had viewed online which is always good not to have an immediate disappointment when you arrive. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay on the lake!

This condo was perfect for our anniversary getaway. Our two kids stayed with us one night and there was plenty of room. The beds very comfortable and condo is spacious and clean. The views are beautiful and the location is perfect close to everything you need. We brought our boat and enjoyed the covered dock that is close to the condo. The internet worked fine for us and my son was even able to play his Xbox. Great price and we will stay again!

Business trip

We arrive after 6 pm. The condo was easy to access, looked just like the picture. The only issue was wifi and internet had a glitch. I contacted the host and they sent help. It was fixed by mid morning. Everybody was courteous and attentive. Would stay here again. Thx. The Nances

Very convenient and spacious!

My family and I enjoyed our trip at the condo! The location was close to everything, and it was very spacious! The listing stated a pull-out sofa was included, but that was not the case. The owner was very respondent and stated an air mattress would be delivered the next day, and it was. The remote was missing from the 2nd bedroom, but it wasn't an issue for us. The cleaning detail could be better, as there was cobwebs in the master bedroom fan, and furniture had clearly not been dusted recently. Overall, the condo was great and we'd definitely consider booking again!

Exactly what we needed!

This was our first trip to Hot Springs and it did not disappoint! We were hoping for some down time to relax but to also have some fun things to do. Staying here gave us exactly what we needed. The view of the lake with the gorgeous sunsets was perfect. We could walk to the boat rentals, a few restaurants, and a spa. Didn’t have to leave the area. But within a few miles there was so many other fun things to do. We walked the trails downtown as well as enjoyed the spas, restaurants, and shops. We played on the best putt-putt course we’ve ever had the experience to at The Pirates Cove Adventure Golf! And took the opportunity to go diamond hunting. Was such a fun trip and know we will make this a regular place for our family in the future.
