"Sunsets on Hamilton" Lakefront Condo!

The condo is newly remodeled with an open feel from the kitchen to the living room with a perfect view of the main channel of Lake Hamilton. Amenities include all toiletries, wifi with YouTubeTV and add on sports package. Enjoy your own music with a Bluetooth sound bar and ability to stream all of your favorite shows. The balcony has a table with 4 chairs, rocker love seat and a bench, all with the best view on the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook after a long day on the lake.

Included with this rental is a private boat slip located feet from the property. The slip can be used for the duration of your stay.

There is a private pool on property that is shared with the condo association and can be used during your stay. Beach towels are available with this rental.

There are also 2 pickleball courts available for use while staying. Pickleball paddles and balls are provided in the condo for use.

This is a rare find with dedicated parking for this unit, and no worries about finding a spot.

The condo is on the first level and no stairs are required to enter the unit.

We stayed over a weekend and loved the place. Next time we come back to Hot Springs, this is the place we will stay. I highly recommend it. The host was prompt with communication, very helpful, and a joy to work with. The place is clean and has easy access to Hot Springs.

What a wonderful stay! Super easy check-in/out, property exactly as described only BETTER! It had been 4 years since being on the lake and the boat slip right in front of the condo was awesome for parking the boat, easy access so quick in and out. We’ve been coming to Lake Hamilton for 45 years and we will definitely be back SOON!! Wonderful hosts!!

PERFECTION!

This place was clean, spacious and in a great location. The owners responded quickly to every message. We stayed 3 nights with our adult children and it was everything we needed and more. The views and sunset were spectacular. We will be back!

This was a really nice condo. There were a couple of purely cosmetic things that could be done to spruce up the place a bit more but it was clean, and well stocked. Perfect for our needs!

Fun times in Spa City

Everything was wonderful. There was water in living room next to sliding glass door after yesterday’s storm (Friday). Storm was so bad they cancelled last 2 races at Oaklawn. Rained so hard you couldn’t see across bay. Thought you should know about water. Otherwise lovely condo, great location. We had a great time. Thank you!
