Denna tredje våning 2 sovrum 2 badrum villa ligger på viken sidan av vår fastighet. Denna enhet kräver minst fem nätter. På grund av dess centrala läge är det en kort promenad till vår vita sandstrand, tennisbanor, pool och kolgrill. Denna lägenhet har allt du behöver för att njuta av din Siesta Key-semester. För att följa Sarasota County Fire Code, sover våra två sovrumsenheter högst sex personer. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med en 48 "TV med HD-service och gäst sovrummet har två full storlek sängar med en 43" platt-TV. Det vackra huvudbadrummet har en duschkabin och gästbadrummet har en dusch / badkarkombination, båda utrustade med gripstänger. Vardagsrummet är utrustat med en stor 55 "väggmonterad, platt-TV med HD för din underhållning. Det nyrenoverade köket har alla bänkskivor i granit, tillsammans med apparater i rostfritt stål och är fullt utrustade med allt du behöver för matlagning - krukor / kokkärl, disk, köksredskap, brödrost och kaffebryggare. Dessa lägenheter är helkaklade i hela. Den visade uteplatsen gör att du kan njuta av våra vackra tropiska vindar.

Great Stay

Rental was clean and updated. AC worked great. Love the coastal decor. Property was well kept. Liked that they rake the sand early in the morning and had chair attendants to help bring complimentary lounge chairs down to the beach for you. Everyone was friendly. We highly recommend and can't wait to be back.

It was a chilly and rainy week, so we traveled all over the area and used it as a home. We did not use any of the facilities, but did go to the beach. The beach is very clean and beautiful. Everyone was friendly. The sign where we turn onto property has a burnt out light and difficult to see where to turn. If we had known the area, we probably would’ve stayed closer to the village where the shopping and restaurants are.

Palm Bay 148

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we loved our experience at Palm Bay! The staff was friendly and helpful, we liked seeing a security presence around the grounds, the pools were nice, and the beach was BEAUTIFUL! Our unit was beautiful and clean. Staff notified us at check-in that one of the shower doors was scheduled to be fixed that week but was usable. It was not an issue having maintenance fix it during the week. The only inconvenience was that the location of the unit overlooks one of the pools and the crowd could be a bit noisy at night when we were trying to go to bed (9:00 or so). I used a sound machine in the mast bedroom to drown out the noise and it was fine. We were grateful that a cooler and beach wagon were provided. We definitely plan to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our clean condo and appreciated the beach wagon and umbrella. Kitchen was stocked with things we needed for cooking (especially skillets). Loved the amenities including pickleballl and the free use of resort lounge chairs and that someone brought these to us in the morning for setting up. Our biggest complaint was the rowdy and mound teens who took over the bayside pool at night starting around 8pm- they threw glass bottles and drank and put feet in the hot tub - essentially intimidating the adults and young kids. Security didn’t do much unless we called and even then they weren’t consistent or turned the other way. Loud partygoers in the condo behind us (different condos) also kept us up at night (sometimes until 1pm).

Reviewer Comments: This is the 4th time we have stayed at the Palm Bay Club the week between Christmas and New Year's and the 3rd time in this unit.A few things that were disappointing this year were:-Felt like hot water in the unit never got very hot for showers-New laundry app more expensive-Beach chair situation worse than ever. Palm Bay Club does not have enough chairs for all guests, so you have to get up early in the morning to try to reserve. Very stressful and defeats the whole purpose of being on vacation. Many parties were reserving 12-15 chairs at a time which obviously limits amount other guests can use. Palm Bay should limit to 4-6 chairs per unit or purchase more chairs for guests.

Absolutely amazing

Loved the decor, beds were very comfortable, loved the sleep sack, location was perfect. We will be back!!! Didn't want to leave. Only disadvantage was the spare bedroom TV only had one channel and kids sleep with TV so if it would of been a smart TV for them to log in bedtime would have been much easier. But absolutely loved the unit, loved the place was absolutely perfect!!! We actually left sand toys for others to use. This unit has everything you can need including a wagon to take to the beach.

Great stay!

We had a great trip to siesta key. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Our kids loved the pools. It was very nice having the beautiful beach so close by. The beach is incredible and not too crowded (compared to the public beach). Being able to hop on the trolly into town is super convenient! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect Condo for a getaway to Paradise!

Obviously you have to bring your own food and what not but there was a bucket with sand toys in it, plenty of towels and even a small cooler to use for the beach. Very clean and amazing staff! Our stay at the Palm Bay Club was relaxing and it was very convenient to be so close to the beach. Our Condo was very nice and we were very pleased to have a kitchen full of everything we needed to cook, pans, utensils etc.

This was the 1st year i would say that the property showed some signs deferred maintenance. But that did not change the wonderful time we had. Staff is friendly & attentive. We s/w the GM, France on multiple occasions. He was always visible & present on the property.1 suggestion would be regarding checking in & room availability.Check in is @ 4pm & the office closes @ 5pm, maybe have 1 of the office staff start later & stay later til 6 or 7pm. Just a suggestion.My only issue on this visit was the door to our unit was damaged, we reported it & nothing was addressed.We have recommended many friends & family to stay at the PBC.

great clean and updated Condo close to beach

we had a great stay at this condo. Beach towels provided and lounge chairs were already at beach to enjoy. The only thing you need to remember if Coffee filters- none provided. Ice machine and water dispenser also didn't work Everything else was great!

Always a Great Trip
