Amazing

The studio apt was perfect for our needs, close to all restaurants and casinos, right on the beach. Host were great any questions we had they responded right away. We will definitely stay there again

Cozy

Great cozy apartment for our stay for a week. Beach front, pool, parking, plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Having a wash/dryer in the Apt was such a convenance even though they also have a common area wash in the lobby. Beach chairs, and coolers provided by the host was a big plus!Will surely Book this place again in the near future!!

Great location

If you are looking for a beach vacation this area has the best beaches. The location is excellent and the common areas very nice. The apartment needs updating mainly the bathroom but it looks as advertised. Good for two adults and maybe one kid.

Careful, you’re gonna break something, but it’s in a great location.

Not as nice as it looks. Bathroom could use a good deep cleaning. The shower is fine for rinsing off, but it’s not nice. You’ll have to turn down the automatic air fresheners so that you don’t gag on them. The microwave handle is held together with super glue,so be careful, and when the coffee pot overflows, the owner is going to try to charge you 600 for a new countertop. Otherwise the location is great. Really perfect for a weekend in San Juan with kids. Very close to the beach and restaurants and the grocery store is a 10 minute walk away.

Perfect location

Truly could not be in a better location! Walking distance from stores, restaurants and beaches. We loved our time here ! And the host was kind enough to give us a late checkout as well which we really appreciated :)

Nice studio Apt close to beach and food nearby

This property is conveniently located close to a good beach and was clean. The complex was gated and had decient size swimming pool. The owner was responsive to questions we had. Would recommend this property.

The appartement is little but perfect for short stay. Little kitchen for prepare the bassic. Have a great location, beach in the backyard, clean pool, restaurants, drugstore.

unbeatable location

The unit could use some updating (a coat of paint, a lamp by the bed and a comfortable sofa would add appeal), but it was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the beach from one end of the balcony and the view of the lively street scene from the other end. The parking is easy, the beach access is right at the edge of the property and there are restaurants and shops just across the street. We would definitely return to this rental!

The only thing I would recommend is instructions if you’re circuit breaker goes off and what to do other then that it was a great place to stay !

Great location, nice studio, excellent location

The studio is little but perfect for a short stay. Little kitchen for preparing the basics. Having a washer/dryer was a big bonus. The communication with the owner was excellent. The building is close to everything. You can walk to get anything you need. Nice access to the beach from the back of the building. Clean pool. I'm going to keep this property on my list of preferred ones. Super recommendable!

Great for the Price

The place is in a grest location close to restaurants abd a 24 hour CVS. The beach is just walking distance from the roon. We had a slight problem with the door code and was immediately given the right one by the owner. We experienced 2 power outages but realized it was a norm im Puerto Rico. The ownee worked with us really well.

Great location, great beach

Property was as listed. Unfortunately the outside chairs were mostly damaged before we got there so it left only two able to be used on balcony (we had a group of four) the futon is ok for one person to sleep but not two adults, you can feel the wooden bar in the middle, the main bed was firm and a spring mattress so just took a minute getting used to..the kitchen is too small for group of four if you plan on eating meals in. I knew exactly what we we’re getting and it suited us but it would not suit just anyone. We absolutely loved our stay, no car needed unless you want to venture out over to different areas

Good enough

Location great, on beach and convenience store easy walks. Studio room small for the three of us, but that's on me, property description was accurate. Furnishings somewhat dated; bed good, futon and couch not so good. Bathroom and utility room very small but shower was good (no bathtub though). We made the room work. Biggest issue - insufficient directions and communications. No responses to messages for a while was unnerving! Better directions and info on local area would have been helpful.

A Home Away From Home

Communication was excellent. We were contacted directly after booking and again, about a week before our arrival. We were greeted at the gate by a woman named Noreida. She was super friendly and helpful with information about the activities in the surrounding areas. The apartment is small (bedroom/kitchen combo, bathroom, and patio) but exceptionally CLEAN. The room boasts a washing machine/dryer, WiFi, Tv, fridge, microwave, strong A/C , and a set of beach towels in the closet. Not too many amenities, however, it felt like home. The building’s security is on point! Key fobs provide access to the pool and beach areas. We felt very safe. Neighbors and people we met on the street were friendly and welcoming. Isla Verde beach is right in the building’s backyard. Breathtaking view and food trucks carrying empanadillas, pinchos, and piña coladas are spread out over the area. There’s a 24-hour CVS directly across the street, as well as a Burger King, and a place called 24 Hour Marketplace. They have an extensive menu/bar area on one side and more of a convenience store atmosphere on the other. Within walking distance is Foxwoods Casino which is gorgeous inside. A Chilis restaurant is across the street from there. We will definitely consider this rental for when we return. Our stay was excellent!
