This fantastic holiday home is just 800 meters from the Redwoods Forest making it the perfect base for your next Rotorua getaway. Three bedrooms (master with ensuite), two bathrooms and a lovely open plan living area to relax and entertain in at the end of the day. The house is well equipped with unlimited fibre, a Smart TV and a spa pool to soak in. On top of that, the property is Pet Friendly with a fully fenced back yard for your furry friend.

The Neighborhood:
Lynmore is a lovely residential neighbourhood, just 5km from the CBD and right on the edge of the Redwoods Forest. The area is sought after for it's quality houses and close proximity to the Forest and a number of lakes.

2nd Stay

Great location to the park . Love the layout of the house . Property managers are great to deal with :) . House would be perfect if it had air con and an outdoor umbrella would be a bonus when staying in summer as there is no shade in the backyard . Really nice house to stay in , enjoyed it :)

Great Location

Perfect short ride to the Forest if MTB riding is your thing . Good layout of house and great garage for storing bikes with multi box for chargers . Good communication with property manager re check in etc . Only thing it’s missing is air conditioning , there are stand up fans providi

Great stay

Property was in a great location and perfect size for us. We found it very clean, and the large garage was great for keeping all our bikes in. The overall condition of the house is more tired looking than in the staged photos, and the spa is small 4 person size but we generally found it comfortable and just what we needed for a weekend away.

This is a wonderful property. Very spacious and great amenities. It is a close walk to famous Redwoods walk and easy access into town and all other attractions in city. Great place to a family or a quiet getaway for a couple. We will definitely come again

luxury, yet dog friendly

Bath and spa great. Comfortable beds, lovely place and clean, a lot supplied. Though parties friday night, house next to us same property, then next door, another property, saturday night to 3,30am, then they turned down volumne. Other nights quiet, great location.

Nice quiet home a short drive to town

Nice modern home with all amenities a short drive into town. Didn’t realise no AC so can get hot in summer.

Great location

Place is clean and tidy, limited budget basics provided. The spa pool was the attraction for choosing the property with kids, but unfortunately it wasn’t working properly, also had no working dishwasher which was fun on holiday and came home to no power one night. Great location and would have been fab if we didn’t have to mange the issues that occurred.

Great for family and dog

It’s nice and close redwood . We will book it on Christmas again. My dog was so happy we can walk with him many times. And my boys loves the spa pool at backyard. Only two things 1. the light in the kitchen is broken so flashing when we turn on the light. 😂😂😂 2. The dishwasher doesn’t work well. We tried few times. The powder doesn’t fit this dishwasher. So we have to wash them on hand then use dishwasher to rinse them! Maybe you can bring your dishwasher powder to try again when you book it.

Absolutely awesome!

Wow - what an awesome home! Beautifully presented with quality furnishings, beds, linen, pillows, crockery, cutlery and an awesome spa pool! All of this and to be pet friendly....just awesome. Friendly, professional communication and I’m sure if we had any issues they would have been sorted. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again! Great quality home and a very good location - close to it all. Thanks so much - We loved it!!
