Lakeside Gem - Stil, utsikt och komfort!

Detta hem har bara byggts i maj 2017, så det är glittrande nytt med alla nya apparater och allt du kan behöva för en bra vistelse i Rotorua.

Huset har också en värmepump så super mysig på vintern och sval på sommaren. Alla rum har också extra värmare för att hålla dig varm och mysig.

Huset är två våningar och har uteservering både på trädgårdsnivå och från andra historia däck, som har fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Bara en 10 minuters bilresa från centrala staden är detta ett lugnt och lugnt läge borttaget från svavelaktiga dofter i Rotorua, men ändå så nära till alla affärer, restauranger och aktiviteter.

Du kommer att ha tillgång till hela fastigheten, inklusive garaget för att parkera din bil och trädgård. Gratis parkering på gatan också.

Huset är oroat för säkerhet och kommer fullt möblerade med lakan och handdukar och allt köksutrustning samt wifi, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, luftkonditionering, uppvärmning och två smarta TV-apparater båda med gratis Netflix. 2 kajaker och flytvästar finns för den äventyrliga.

Great Holiday Destination

Spacious, well-designed house with lovely view

The house is wonderfully comfortable with a modern design and great equipment. We stayed for a whole week and were delighted to have all that space. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful lake views

We were more than pleased when we arrived at the house! The views of the lake are amazing and the close proximity to walking paths and fishing was an added bonus! The host went above and beyond with providing the home with all the basic necessities and even offered to replenish during our stay if needed. Our only complaint is that there was no proper aircon in the bedrooms and it did get a bit hot at times.

Spacious home with lake views-mostly great

We had a wonderful family stay in this spacious home, enjoying the multiple rooms and lovely lake views (though not directly on the lakefront). The fast internet was a bonus, and the games provided kept our kids entertained. The rooms were decent-sized with comfy beds.However, there were some areas for improvement. The lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms was noticeable, and we spotted mould, and cobwebs. The extractor fans and faucets in the bathrooms were also quite noisy and could be heard from the 2 bedrooms.Despite these issues, we appreciated the home's amenities and would consider staying here again. With some maintenance and upkeep, this property could truly shine.

Rotorua holiday

The property was fantastic! Very clean and well maintained with everything needed for an extended stay. The layout was perfect for two couples or a large family! It was easy to get to main attractions and Eat Street at night for a meal. It had a secure garage for the car and easy access to the lake. Awesome accommodation and would definitely stay again. Well done to our hosts!!!

Had a pleasant stay and property was clean. Fast internet. Had games to keep kids entertained. Decent sized rooms with comfy beds. Cons: - Found the layout a bit odd (living room upstairs, bedrooms downstairs) - Dishwasher tablet compartment was broken - A/C only in main living area. Had to use fans for bedrooms as it was hot. - The detergent compartment in washing machine was a bit dirty. - Ensuite was tiny :|

Stayed here for the 2nd time and again really enjoyed our stay. The kayaks are fun, great location with lake views and 1min walk to lake. Very happy.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Gute Ausstattung. Garage fürs Auto. 2 Kajaks vor Ort zur möglichen Benutzung. 1. Etage mit Kücheninsel und schönem Ess- und Sofabereich, auch vom Balkon aus Blick auf den See. Zudem separates Fernsehzimmer.

Excellent location

My family loved staying at this home. Excellent location on the east side of the lake for easy access to all the family activities. Great view of the lake. Two living areas upstairs so the kids could watch tv in one room while the adults were in the kitchen/dining/living. Downstairs rooms with bunk beds for the kids and master with ensuite were fantastic. We will be coming back. Highly recommend!

A relaxing location

A fabulous place to stay with everything we could want. Excellent proximity to the lake and our teenagers enjoyed the kayaks that were provided. Would thoroughly recommend to others.

Good but not great…..

Good property however needs a deep clean. Mould on aluminium joinery, cobwebs, general dust. Ensuite very small!! Extractor fans in bathrooms noisy and ineffective.

Wonderful and relaxing

A really relaxing place to stay. One house back from the lakefront it’s really peaceful. Great deck for enjoying the view. We appreciated the seperate tv room for comfortable sitting so teenagers could enjoy there “own” space

Suits a family

Modern house with everything you need. Even the games/toys for the kids. Kayak to take on the lake just out the door. Very comfortable beds. Great views of the lake. What more could you ask for on a relaxing holiday.

Awesome family holiday home

Lovely new home right near the lakefront. The house was really well laid out and easy to find and access. House was really clean and tidy and the beds were all super comfy to sleep in including the bunk beds.

All we could have asked for...

We found the property was fantastic for our stay in Rotorua. It warm, clean and comfortable and the pictures don't do the outlook justice. We would definitely go back.
