Lake View Inn is a bright and airy holiday home with great views of Lake Rotorua and Mokoia Island. The house features beautiful wooden floors with wonderfully crafted furniture, a stylish open-plan living area with an entertainer's kitchen including a large island bench to sit around. Bi-fold doors open to the fantastic deck, with bbq and full outdoor dining set where you can sit and enjoy a meal while taking in the views. Pet Friendly (Charges Apply).

Guest Access:
You will have the whole house to enjoy.

The garden and yard are securely fenced and offer privacy as you enjoy your time in Ngongotaha and the Rotorua area.

The Neighborhood:
The property is situated in a quiet no-exit street on the fringe of Ngongotaha. There are lovely lake views but no direct lake access as the land in front of the property is private land. We recommend you walk round into Ranginui Street if you are looking for lake access. You will find some of the most productive trout fishing at the river mouth in Ranginui Street so bring your rod and give it a go.

The Ngongotaha Village is about 2.5km away where you can find cafes, bakeries and a small supermarket. There are numerous other stores there as well including a doctor's surgery, pharmacy, mechanic etc etc.

Getting Around:
We recommend having your own transport when staying here. Although there are public transport options, if could get costly if using taxis and the nearest bus stop is approximately 300m away in Ranginui Street.

Other Things to Note:
There is no lake access from this property. To get direct access to the lake, we recommend you walk around to Ranginui Street, just around the corner.
